Abstract of GCD in mathematics in middle group. Topic: “Orientation in space”

Summary of GCD on the formation of elementary mathematical concepts in the middle group

Subject:“Orientation in space: left – right.

Spatial relationships: above, on, below.”

Goals: Learn to distinguish and name spatial relationships:

right left; exercise children in identifying the right hand

and right side, left hand and left side; exercise

children in determining the location of objects “on, above,

Develop attention logical thinking, spatial orientation.

Develop independence and confidence.

Material: boxes, nesting dolls, cards with images

vegetables, image of a tree, sun, hedgehog, mushrooms,

flowers, birds.

Progress of the lesson:

1. Introductory conversation.

In many fairy tales, heroes stand at a fork in the road, at a crossroads, and read an inscription that contains the words: “You go right, you go left.”

Do you know how to determine where the right side is and where the left is?

Guys, I'll tell you one secret. Where the heart beats is the left side. Then the other side is right.

Raise your right hand. Name the objects that surround you on the right.

Raise your left hand. Name the objects that surround you on the left.

2. Game for attention.

Touch your nose with your right hand, your left ear with your left hand, stamp your right foot, raise your left hand up, etc. (the pace can be accelerated).

(children sit at tables)

3. Clarification of spatial relationships: on, above, under.

(children are given boxes and small nesting dolls)

Guys, three new words came to visit us: on, over, under. We'll play with these words now.

Place the nesting doll on the box, and now hide it under the box, hold it over the box, hide the nesting doll under your right hand, hold it over your left hand.

(children stand in a circle)

4. Game “How Vegetables Grow”

Children are shown pictures of vegetables, children name vegetables and show movements accordingly. If the vegetable grows on the ground, arms to the sides; if above the ground, arms up; if in the ground, arms down.

5. Game “On, over, under”

A picture of a tree is hung. Pictures are laid out on the table: the sun, clouds, a bird, a hedgehog, flowers, mushrooms, grass.

Guys, let's try to make sure that the tree doesn't feel lonely. We will place all the objects on the tree, under the tree, above the tree. Children choose a picture and place it above, below, or on the tree accordingly, commenting on their actions.

6. Summary

The teacher summarizes the lesson based on the children’s impressions.

Target: Exercise children in correctly determining the spatial arrangement of objects relative to themselves.

Tasks:

  • Cultivate observation skills
  • Active memorization
  • Activate dictionary
  • Learn to verbally describe the location of an object in the surrounding space
  • Development of fine motor skills of the hands.

Material:

  • puppet character "Dunno"
  • toys (doll, pyramid, matryoshka)
  • sheets of A-4 format, for each child
  • handouts (square, circle, herringbone, chanterelle), glue stick

Progress of the lesson.

Children sit in a semicircle in front of a table. There is a screen on the table.

Educator:

- Children, one boy came to visit us, who can tell me what his name is? (Dunno)

That's right, it's Dunno and he wants to play with you a little. Dunno brought toys with him. Look what toys Dunno brought?

(Children's answers, children name the toys that are on the table).

- How will we play? Dunno, tell the children! - the teacher starts the game.

“Guys, let’s play with you,” says Dunno.

— I will arrange the toys on the table. Look how they stand? (children’s answer: next to each other);

-Where is the doll? (in the middle of the table, between the matryoshka doll and the pyramid);

-Where is the pyramid? (children’s answers are to her right);

- How can you tell where the nesting doll is? (to the left of the doll).

Do you remember how the toys are? Dunno puts a screen in front of the toys and asks 2 or 3 children to repeat. Praises them for the correct answer.

Okay, guys, now I’ll cover the toys with a screen and rearrange something here, and you can guess what has changed. Fine?

The teacher covers the toys with a screen and rearranges them. Places toys one after another. The doll is closer to the children, and behind it is a matryoshka doll and a pyramid. Dunno asks the children what has changed. How are the toys now? Who is closest to them, who is farthest? Who stands in front of the nesting doll, who stands behind it. Then another 2-3 rearrangements are made.

IN last time Dunno suggests arranging the toys as they were at the beginning of the game. Helps if difficulties arise. And then he invites all the children to go to the mat and play.

A game " Who is behind whom?

The children scatter, Dunno asks the children to remember where they have right hand, then touch your right ear with your hand, then touch your left ear. Ask 2 or 3 children who is standing to his left and who is standing to his right. Then Dunno asks all the children to turn to the right. He asks 3 or 4 guys who is standing in front of him, who is behind him. Dunno praises the children and offers to play another game.

A game " Guess where I am»

The teacher changes Dunno's location, and the children must answer where the character is (on a chair, under the table, behind his back, in front of me, on the floor, etc.).

After the game, Dunno thanks the children for the fun time they had and says goodbye to the guys. And the teacher invites the children to go to the tables and do finger gymnastics.

Physical education minute.

I'll rub my palms hard.

I'll twist each finger,

I'll say hello

And I'll start pulling out.

I'll wash my hands later

I'll put my fingers together,

I'll lock them up,

And I'll take care of the warmth.

Children sit at the tables and move trays with preparations towards them.

The teacher asks the children to be very attentive and work strictly according to the instructions.

The teacher addresses the children:

- take a square and glue it to the center of the sheet,

- triangle over square,

- what did you do? (children - house)

- circle in the upper right corner,

- Christmas tree to the left of the house,

- a fox in the lower right corner,

- bunny in the lower left corner.

Then the children attach their work to a magnetic board, examine it, and clarify who succeeded and who made mistakes. Work analysis is underway.

The teacher conducts gymnastics with the children to relax their eyes.

At the end of the lesson, the teacher praises the children and says that Dunno left a little surprise for them. Shows the box, opens it and hands out chocolate medals.

Conclusion: The lesson was conducted in order to develop in children the ability to navigate in space and on a plane. With subsequent reinforcement by a typhlopedagog when modeling the simplest schemes (plans) of microspace.
