Let's move on to our favorite books with our daughter for children 5-6 years old.

The time has come for my favorite writer Astrid Lindgren.

The book “About Lotta from Loud Street.” Lotte does not want to give in to her older brother and older sister in anything, and she does this very well. She is 5 years old, but it is not a problem for her to get a tree and sweets for Christmas. She knows what she wants, and different funny stories happen to her.

The book “The Adventures of Emil from Lenneberga” is about a boy named Emil. He is terribly mischievous and stubborn. He wears a cap and a gun. And for his tricks he sits in the barn and carves wooden men. It is not difficult for him to land his head in a tureen, break a window, catch his father's leg with a mousetrap, train a pig, feed a crowd of homeless people, win a horse and even save a person. Emil is a wonderful boy, he is brave, smart and very cheerful.

The book “We are all from Bullerby.” Imagine a small village with only three houses, and they stand side by side. And in this village there live children: Lasse, Busse, Lisa, Britta, Anna and Ulle. This is a whole gang of inseparable friends. They go to school together, help their parents together, celebrate holidays together, and most importantly, they play together. And their games are very interesting; adults certainly cannot come up with such games.

And again Andrey Usachev co-authored with A. Berezin the book “All about the dragon”. How cute is this green dragon who lives in the Druzhinin family. He lives with them at the dacha and in the city. They are trying to hide him, but how can you hide that smart and mischievous one? There are many interesting colorful characters in the book, many funny moments. The child will be delighted with this book.

Eno Round's book "Muff, Half Shoe and Mossy Beard." Very unusual characters and extreme things happen to them unusual stories: either they are chased by a thousand cats, or they are surrounded by thousands of rats. But friendship helps the main characters overcome all difficulties and even win medals.

The Labyrinth Press publishing house has released the “Open the Book” series with excellent quality. We purchased from this series next books: “The Adventures of Dunno and His Friends”, “The Wizard of the Emerald City”, “The Adventures of Baron Munchausen”. I will not write the content, since the plot of these books is known to everyone. Just buy books in this version, you will not regret it 100%.

But I can’t help but write about “Nils’s Wonderful Adventures with Wild Geese.” Somehow it turned out that I didn’t read this book as a child, and this is a huge omission. After all, this book describes an interesting adventure so colorfully that even an adult will say “wow.” Together with Nils and the goose Martin you will fly all over Sweden, the evil fox Smirre will chase you, you will visit underwater city, take part in the festival on Mount Kulaberg (only once a year all the animals and birds converge on it), make friends with all the animals and birds, fall in love with nature in all its beauty and splendor! You will soar above the clouds and marvel at the wisdom of Akki Kebnekaise, the leader of the pack.

This is ours interesting selection books for the next age: The best books for children 6-7 years old

P.S. I buy books from the Labyrinth online store, good price-quality ratio.
