Choosing the best wireless Bluetooth headphones. Wireless Bluetooth - devices and technologies.

After several weeks of listening, carefully studying the characteristics and reading user reviews, I can say that the Jabra Move Wireless Bluetooth Headphones will be a great buy for most users. Jokes aside, these are the best wireless headphones for phone or tablet. If for some reason these headphones are not available for purchase, then the JBL E40BT will be an excellent replacement. The cost of both models is about 5-6 thousand rubles. Unfortunately, models for less money do not stand up to criticism and there is simply no point in switching to them from wired “ears”.

If you need a simple adapter that can turn your favorite wired headphones into a Bluetooth headset, then BlueAnt Ribbon costs about 2,000 rubles.

Why should you believe me

As I already wrote in the site description, I have been writing about technology for the last 10 years. At the same time, I’m on the road quite often and I can’t do without good headphones. I've tried (and broken) many models - from cheap to expensive. From in-ear drops to large and heavy monitor headphones. Even though I still consider regular headphones best investment money (at least in terms of the money/pleasure ratio), I also actively tested Bluetooth headphones.

Why do you need bluetooth headphones?

The only reason you might want to buy wireless headphones is because you're really fed up with wires. You can finally stop getting tangled in the cord running from your phone to your headphones and, best of all, move away from the sound source to a distance of 5-10 meters. For example, leave your phone in your jacket pocket and walk around with headphones somewhere nearby. This, I repeat, is the main and main advantage. The disadvantages are that:

In addition to the above points, there is one more point - if you are looking for wireless headphones for your TV, then Bluetooth headphones will not work either. Why, firstly, you will again get worse sound quality. In the near future we plan to post a text on choosing just such wireless models for your TV, so come back to us in 2-3 weeks, the text will be ready. Secondly, you will have to pay extra for functionality that you don't need - we're talking about about control buttons that simply will not be used. Thirdly, depending on the model of headphones and the model of the transmitter on the TV, there may be slight delays in sound transmission. For music this is not critical, but with video it can be very annoying. Of course, if you already have Bluetooth headphones and your TV or receiver supports such a connection, use it to your advantage. But buying such headphones exclusively for TV is irrational.

What good people should be able to doBluetooth headphones?

First of all, they must produce good quality sound. Please note that I do not write “excellent” because it is unreasonably expensive. Just good. Secondly, they should sit comfortably on your head and not rub your ears. Thirdly, they should be easy to manage. Since control is done by touch, this is very, very important. Fourth, they must work by wire, no matter how ridiculous this argument may sound. Many of the bluetooth headphone models I know do not work if they sit down. Those. if the battery dies, you will have to sit and wait until the headphones charge.

Why did we choose what we did?

Jabra Move came out on top for five reasons.

  1. They sound really good (although if sound quality is your top priority, you might want to consider the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless, more on that later). They have very well balanced highs, mids and lows, so almost any genre of music sounds good on them. Fans of ultra-bass will be a little disappointed, but everyone else should enjoy the sound.
  2. They work well (unlike other headphones with their confusing buttons and fiddly controls) and fit well on my head. The buttons are rubberized and easy to touch. In addition, they have one important advantage - they make it easy to understand whether the headphones are turned off or not. Why do I specifically dwell on this? Since headphones are battery-powered, to save battery it is important to know whether they are working or not. Jabra Move has a convenient switch, the position of which cannot be confused with anything else. Most other headphones require you to press a button and/or have to look at a diode. It is not comfortable.
  3. They work for a long time. The average operating time is about 15 hours. This is very, very good. By the way, they report a low charge in a female voice directly into your ear.
  4. You can clearly hear your interlocutor in headset mode. Plus, you can be heard well too. But there is nothing outstanding here, everything is at the level of competitors.
  5. Even though they sound a little worse than my audio favorite Sennheiser Momentum, they cost only 1/5 of its price. And this despite the fact that they also cost a decent amount - 5..6 thousand rubles. Those. yes, they sound worse, but clearly not five times worse. Again, the price compares very favorably with the new Apple AirPods.

Disadvantages, where would we be without them?

As you can imagine, they are not perfect. First of all, many users complain that one of the ear pads comes unglued after a month or two. Thank God it's easy to fix.

The second drawback is that switching tracks is done by voice. On the other hand, you can always ask your voice assistant (Siri or Google Now) to play a specific track. From the outside, of course, it looks stupid.

The third drawback is not so significant - you cannot use the headphones as a telephone headset while you are using a wired connection. There is simply no microphone in the wire, and to turn it on in the headphones they need energy.

Who else likes these headphones?

One of the reviews on Yandex.Market

Advantages:

— goodbye, wires;
— minijack-minijack wire included, needed if you’re dead or need a wire as an antenna for a radio;
— volume switching buttons.

Flaws:

— no track switch button;
- the entire ear is not covered;
— I expected more bass from the sound.

A comment:

Not ideal, but everything is good. But the ideal simply costs several times more.

If Jabra Move is not available

If for some reason the Jabra Move is not available for purchase, I would recommend the JBL E40BT. They cost the same. Structurally, they are even better - their cups are bent inward, which allows them to be transported when folded. However, this is where the advantages end.

In terms of sound, subjectively they sound a little worse than the Jabra Move. They have slightly raised high frequencies (at the same time they are slightly blurred, but this is a drawback of all bluetooth headphones in the mid-price range), while they have very mediocre bass. Those. If you like bass, then this model is not for you.

Control. Everything here is also average. The headphones turn on without problems. But the shutdown is not very successful - you have to hold the power button, after which the headphones will go into pairing mode. Press again and the headphones turn off. The problem is that if you press the button, the headphones forget the phone and have to be paired again. With a certain skill there are no problems, but after Jabra Move you will get a little crazy.

And lastly, you can also listen to them via wire, but the connection is not a standard 3.5 jack, for some reason it’s 2.5. Those. If you have lost the supplied cable, you will have to look for an adapter. Why it was necessary to do so inconveniently - I can’t imagine.

Otherwise, these are very high quality wireless bluetooth headphones with a good price/quality ratio.

Review of headphones on Yandex.Market:

Excellent headphones, I haven't heard better for this money. Of course, the sound without a wire is much worse. Those who like high-pitched bass may not like them, of course, but in my opinion they are both classic and prog. metal sounds excellent and clear, you can disassemble each instrument. They put a little pressure on my ears, but I bought them for a girl and she doesn’t have this problem.

If money is not a problem

If price is not a deterrent, then the Sennheiser Momentum Wireless are an uncompromising choice. Most experts agree that they are the best sounding. Besides an additional bonus There is the possibility of active noise reduction, which only adds to the advantages of this model. The noise reduction itself is not ideal (there are more successful models), however, when combined with sound quality, I can't think of anything better than these headphones. Excellent "first class".

That's actually why they sound good. The fact is that these headphones are built on the basis of Sennheiser Momentum - one of the best wired headphones in the range of up to 20,000 rubles. Removing the wire increased the price by another 10 thousand.

In addition to high-quality sound, the headphones are very well made and are made of materials that are very pleasant to the touch - mainly metal and leather. Plus, they have a completely clear and not confusing control system. In a word, everything is as it should be, except for the price.

Disadvantages (nothing is perfect) Noise reduction is not turned off during operation. Those. Noise cancellation always works when Bluetooth is turned on. In other words, no one will shout to you while you are listening to these headphones. Thank God, when working over a wire this function does not turn on.

What they write about headphones on Yandex.Market

I am writing briefly, but based on experience in selecting similar headphones in the price category of $300-500 and in comparison with the following personally tested competitors: Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H8, Sony 1ABT, Denon GC20, Philips M2BT.
In sound, Senkhs are good both with and without wire. The only worthy competitor for a wired connection is the Philips M2BT - their sound in the lower register is endowed with better attack, but the depth is not so great due to a different way of wearing it, otherwise this model has parity + - with the Senkhas, but the pleasure is the same in both. When connecting wirelessly with Philips M2BT there is again almost parity, but the presence of ANC has its advantages on Senham Street.
Ease of use:
1. Landing:
The Senhas are one of the most comfortable ears on the entire list, only surpassed by SONY with their plush headband and ear pads. You will want to take Beoplay H8 off after 2-3 hours, but after adjusting it you will suffer for another hour, Philips will torture your ears after 2 hours and you will no longer want to put them on.
2. APTX range:
I’ll make a reservation right away - my SONY Z3 lacks stars in the sky in terms of the strength of the Bluetooth transmitter, but the Senkhs work with it confidently, I tested it in the most difficult conditions. The same reliable connection was provided by SONY and Denon. But the B&O H8 and Philips M2BT have shown themselves to be rare weaklings; with them, there are often cases of gaps in the music even when you put the smart phone in your pocket.
3. Control:
My favorite buttons and joysticks, touch controls have bypassed these wonderful headphones, and I am grateful to the manufacturer for this. Turn the volume at your temple in a circular motion, as in the B&O H8, in public place may not be safe :-). In addition, the sensor is very sensitive to accidental touches, and just in case you get through to someone.
In Senkha, one joystick is enough for you to do everything you are used to + there is the ability to rewind within a track (a rarity).
There is also a voice notification function about the remaining charge.

Bluetooth for wired headphones

As mentioned above, the sound quality of wireless headphones is inferior to those that sound over a wire. This means that if you already have headphones that completely suit you, then sometimes it is easier to buy a special Bluetooth adapter that will turn your wired headphones into wireless ones.

At first glance, the most convenient adapter is BlueAnt Ribbon, which is practically unheard of in Russia, but you can easily order it on Ebay for about 2,000 rubles, including delivery.

One charge lasts about 6 hours continuous operation, which is a good indicator. Unusual shape The adapter makes it quite easy to attach it to clothing, and the rubberized surface, plus raised inscriptions on the buttons, make it easy to operate it by touch. And most importantly, it sounds great, especially if your phone supports the APTX audio codec.

An additional advantage is the presence of a built-in microphone, which allows you to turn any headphones into a telephone headset. The disadvantages include not the most reliable signal reception, which can cause stuttering during playback, but, alas, all the adapters we tested suffered from this.

Wireless headphones for phones won’t surprise anyone today. You can surprise with something else - the price-quality ratio. In order to break into this very promising market and become known to potential buyers, many companies take some risks, making the margin on certain models indecently low, while diligently improving the quality of the product. Plantronics BackBeat 100 wireless phone headphones are good example works of a recognized brand - high build quality, predictable behavior during daily use and good sound.

At first glance, it may seem that such a design would be inconvenient or cumbersome, but this is not entirely true. We must admit that wearing these headphones in winter, under a jacket and scarf, may not be as comfortable as in summer. But you can be completely sure that the headphone battery will not be damaged in winter, because it is in the headband, and it will be under your jacket.

Among the proposed models, everyone will be able to find their own option, which will fully meet all their requirements and ideas about truly reliable headphones.

3

Greetings readers! Today I want to do short review to a once very popular wireless technology, which, although it has given way to more modern WiFi, is still in many cases more convenient and is still used - we are talking about Bluetooth. It appeared in 1998 thanks to the efforts of several companies, including IBM, Ericsson, Intel, Toshiba, Nokia. Nowadays, all developments in the field of Bluetooth are carried out by Bluetooth SIG, which, for example, includes Lucent, Microsoft and a number of other companies. And you will find the “blue tooth” icon on most boxes of TVs, phones, watches, tablets, etc. - many modern digital devices support Bluetooth.

Bluetooth Wireless

The main purpose of Bluetooth is to provide ergonomic (in terms of current consumption) and, most importantly, cheap radio communication between various electronic devices, while also imposing conditions on the compactness of the electronic components of the technology. This condition will make it possible to use Bluetooth in very small devices, for example, in watches, etc.

bluetooth technology

The Bluetooth interface allows for voice transmission (at a speed of 64 kbit/sec), as well as other data. To transmit information, either an asymmetric transmission method can be used, then the speed is 721 kbit/s in one direction and only 57.6 kbit/s in the other, or a symmetric method, then the data transfer speed in both directions is limited to 432.6 kbit/s /sec.

In digital devices, the Bluetooth chip, which is a transceiver, allows communication at a distance of either 10 meters or 100 meters, depending on the power. This difference in distance is significant, but the transmitter, which provides communication at 10 meters, consumes very little power, and also has a compact size and low total component cost. In standby mode, such a transmitter consumes only 0.3 mA, and in information exchange mode 30 mA.

The basic operating principle of Bluetooth technology devices is the FHSS principle, which stands for Frequency-Hopping Spread Spectrum or spectrum expansion method. To simplify the description of this method, it can be described as follows: the transmitter breaks all transmitted data into packets, which are then transmitted using a pseudo-random frequency hopping algorithm (about 1600 times per second) or using a pattern consisting of 79 subfrequencies. At the same time, “understanding” between devices occurs only when, if they are configured to the same pattern, for other devices all this information will be just noise.

Basic structural element Bluetooth networks are a piconet, a kind of collection of 2 to 8 devices that work according to the same pattern. In each such piconet, one of the devices necessarily operates as a master (master), and all the rest as slaves. The master device determines the pattern according to which the entire piconet will operate, and also synchronizes the operation of the network. Bluetooth technology allows you to connect up to 10 independent and synchronized piconets in a “scatternet”. For this to be possible, each pair of piconets must have at least one common device, which is a master on one network and a slave on the other. The Bluetooth frequency range in most countries is free from licensing, but in a number of countries (France, Japan, Spain), due to local legislation, it is necessary to use other, non-standard frequencies.

As for the security of the Bluetooth connection, in addition to the need for synchronization of transceivers and various manipulations with frequency patterns, the standard also supports data encryption with a key with an effective length of 8 to 128 bits, while there is also the possibility of choosing one-way and even two-way authentication. In addition, it is worth noting that the Bluetooth standard was developed in such a way as to reduce the impact on the human body to a minimum.

Bluetooth devices

The use of Bluetooth will be effective and justified in so-called personal networks, which may include completely different devices, such as Cell Phones, MP3 players, computers, and microwave ovens with refrigerators. Since it is possible to transmit voice using technology, this led to the emergence of wireless headsets for mobile phones. In practice, the possibilities of Bluetooth are almost limitless. You can synchronize the PDA with a desktop computer or connect low-speed peripherals to a desktop machine (keyboard or mouse).

In general, the Bluetooth interface is better suited for those cases where you need to connect devices wirelessly, but not exceed the minimum budget, and, of course, there is no need for very high speeds. A big advantage in the development of Bluetooth has also been the fact that the technology is not required to be licensed, which means that its use does not require the payment of license fees. Therefore, many companies have become involved in the development of devices that support the Bluetooth interface, as well as devices that provide a transition from other interfaces to this technology.

The most popular examples of using Bluetooth devices today are the following:

1. Connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard to your computer
2. Bluetooth headset for cell phone
3. Hands-free kits for cars
5. Wireless headphones or speakers
6. Exchange files between devices, for example between phones or a mobile phone and a PC.

I use it very often last method, if you need to quickly transfer some small document, since it requires much fewer settings than WiFi. As I said, many devices have built-in Bluetooth support, but if, for example, your computer does not have such a module, then it can be purchased separately - on the market great amount Bluetooth adapters, mostly connected via USB. So providing a computer or laptop with this wireless technology is not difficult.

Telephone headsets have long been firmly established in our everyday life, helping to answer calls without interrupting work without the use of hands, which at that moment may be busy, for example, driving a car. But there are more examples interesting use“blue tooth” - in a Chinese online store I came across such an interesting thing as an LED light bulb controlled via Bluetooth with mobile phone— a special application is installed on it, from which you can control color and brightness. Moreover, you can control not just one, but several lamps throughout the apartment.

Until now, there have been very few articles on the blog about devices and Bluetooth technology, and now I plan to eliminate this shortcoming, so expect new reviews and lessons with examples of various connections via this type wireless communication.

66 ratings, average: 5,00 out of 5)

If you have a pair good bluetooth headphones, you hardly have to worry about device incompatibility. Plus, you won't have to worry about tangled wires. All best wireless headphones have a number similar problems: high cost, dependence on battery and slightly worse sound compared to their wired counterparts. However, all these shortcomings pale in comparison to the main advantage of a Bluetooth headset - the absence of dangling, torn and tangled wires.

The headphones are comfortable to use, they fit well on the head and do not put pressure on the ears. However, they are felt on the cheekbones, where they transmit sound. This feeling is normal and did not cause any severe discomfort during testing, however, you need to be prepared for the fact that these headphones will take some time to get used to. As with any unusual thing, be it a new car, new clothes or new way lose weight.

The quality of the transmitted sound is good, but you need to understand that the AfterShokz Bluez 2 are not audiophile headphones; it is clear that if you need impeccable sound quality, listen to expensive monitor headphones at home in silence. The AfterShokz Bluez 2 Bluetooth headphones are ideal for outdoor use when you need to hear the sounds around you to stay aware of what's going on. This is especially convenient for cyclists, because they need to constantly understand who is around so as not to run over or get hit by a car themselves. The sound is better than you'd expect, good enough for listening to music, and even more so for podcasts and audiobooks.

Moreover, Bluetooth headphones can be used as a headset for talking on the phone, the built-in microphone has a noise reduction function, and therefore conversation on the street will be quite comfortable for your interlocutors.

The headphones work up to 6 hours on a single battery charge.

Bottom line: I recommend AfterShokz Bluez 2 wireless headphones to those who spend a lot of time outside the home or driving a car, these headphones will be an ideal option for you.

Each person hears sound differently, so no uniform standard or opinions regarding quality headphones. Of course, expensive models are made of higher quality from stronger, more durable and pleasant materials. And, of course, in general they sound much nicer. I’ll reveal my cards right away and won’t fool you, inexpensive wireless Bluetooth headphones SVEN AP-B350MV are only good if we take into account their cost. For this price you are unlikely to find a better option. I'm serious, you don't even have to look.

However, headphones have several drawbacks; for many they may be of little significance, and the SVEN AP-B350MV were created precisely for these people.

The design is not very reliable. This means that with proper care, they will serve you for several years, but if you often want to carry them in a backpack among other things, or you carelessly like to throw your headphones on a table or shelf, know that more than a year headphones will not serve you. The weak point is the attachment of the cups to the headband.

The second minor drawback is the sound quality. You need to understand that the headphones sound exactly at their cost - at an average level. If you adjust the equalizer to your taste, you can listen to these headphones without difficulty, but if you don't have an equalizer, the sound will be flat, without good detail. But even then, they will be suitable for podcasts or audiobooks.

The operating time on a single battery charge is about 10 hours, and this is a definite plus of the headphones, not every wireless bluetooth headphones, even more expensive ones, can work just as long.

Bottom line: SVEN AP-B350MV headphones are suitable for those who are not looking for perfect sound for a price of $25. These headphones are for those who want good, mid-level sound at a reasonable price wirelessly and are willing to put up with a few minor drawbacks.

Defender FreeMotion B611 inexpensive in-ear Bluetooth headphones

If you need in-canal, extremely inexpensive, but wireless bluetooth headphones with decent sound, then Defender FreeMotion B611 is created for you.

These headphones have many more pros than cons.

The sound quality is very good considering the price of the headphones. I am sure there is simply nothing better on the market for the same money. Of course, Bluetooth headsets that cost 3, 5 or even 10 times more will have clearly better sound, however, the Defender FreeMotion B611 shows us a fairly confident average sound. The bass is in place, the mid frequencies are reproduced well and only at high frequencies can you notice some flaws, but they are insignificant even on overall quality have almost no effect. And if you adjust the equalizer, consider yourself to have excellent taste.

The headphones are lightweight, fit well in the ear, and do not fall out of it.

The only drawback of the headphones is their short battery life of up to 4 hours. This is enough to get to work and back, or go for a walk or ride a bike. But you will have to charge them every day.

Bottom line: among in-ear models with Bluetooth, the Defender FreeMotion B611 headphones have no competitors in terms of price/quality ratio.

QCY QY12 are probably the best bluetooth headphones at an average price

In Russia, the QCY brand is not very widespread, but in vain. This company makes good headphones. I decided to add to this collection top model of wireless Bluetooth headphones QCY QY12.

Operating time on one battery charge is about 5 hours. It doesn't seem like a very long time, but pay attention to the fact that all the batteries are located in the headphones themselves, which are inserted into the ears. There is a small remote control on the wire, but it is very light and will not pull one of the headphones down. Many people do not pay attention to this point, but it is very important. On many other competing models, the battery is located in this remote control, and it is noticeably heavier as soon as you insert the headphones into your ears - the remote control begins to pull them down and you have to constantly adjust the headphones. There is no such effect in QCY QY12, which is great.

An interesting feature of the headphones is the built-in magnets. Imagine that you are listening to music and you need to take off your headphones. With other headphones, you need to completely remove the headphones and put them in your pocket or bags, because otherwise you can easily lose them and not even notice it. With QCY QY12 everything is much simpler, you just take the headphones out of your ears and hang them around your neck. The magnets in each ear cup are attracted and connected. This way they hang around your neck and you won't lose them. Convenient and practical. At the same time, when the headphones are connected, the phone automatically pauses music playback, i.e. you don't need to take out your phone at all. I would like to note that much more expensive competitors do not have such a useful and obvious feature.

The sound quality is good. I am sure that for most people it will be absolutely sufficient for daily use. There are low frequencies, they are clearly audible, but not amplified. This way, the headphones try to give you honest sound. Mid frequencies sound pleasant, vocals are natural, no complaints. High frequencies sound clear and bright. In a word, the QCY QY12 Bluetooth headphones sound good, without serious complaints.

Bottom line: if you are looking for not very expensive, but stylish and good-sounding headphones, the QCY QY12 is what you need.
