"Naruto" in general is an extremely well-staged show, having watched a mountain of anime, I can appreciate it. And with Naruto’s funding, everything is more than in order - mistakes in the art are rather an exception to the rule, the seiyuus work brilliantly.

The most common complaint about "Naruto" is the presence of fillers, of which from episodes 250 to 468 there are as many as 107 pure episodes - this is not counting the flashbacks about Itachi (Season 22: True story Itachi ~Light and Darkness~, episodes 451-457), an adaptation of the novel "Itachi Shinden", and episodes that are at least partially not filler - even if there are two minutes from the manga in the episode, the remaining nineteen minutes are one hundred percent filler.
What can I say - there is no need for filler on filler. Some were simply impossible to watch, but there were also pearls that successfully complemented the main story.
Successful fillers are no less exciting than a direct adaptation of a manga - and sometimes more, because I’ve already read the manga. Sometimes such episodes fill in plot gaps (episodes about Aburame Torune, for example, 316-317), and their writers do what, in an amicable way, Kishimoto should have done so that the story does not turn out to be too condensed, concise, but why should he expectedly there was not enough strength. The principle “accept the help of others, don’t do everything alone” is the main idea in the Naruto story and in the work on this story.

But this only applies to short filler stories, up to three episodes. Long ones depend on the writers, depending on your luck, and the function of such fillers is different: they introduce you more fully to the world of Naruto, force you to remember the main events and characters, and give some characters, only mentioned in the main plot, their own story. And, of course, they contribute to the development of fandom - long fillers have enough fan service and character interaction. However, this is also present in short fillers. For example:

- Gaara and Naruto from the crazy episode 377, most similar in spirit to Gintama... more precisely, Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth. Series 376 keeps her company.

- Kurenai and Tenten from episode 428, together with 427, revealing to the viewer the Eternal Tsukiyomi that Tenten saw. This is the same universe as in the ninth film, so fans of the stern Menma instead of Naruto and the frivolous Sasuke with roses should definitely watch it and get a lot of pleasure.

Unlike short fillers, there is too much in long fillers that should be pity-worthy, but it doesn’t work for me, bummer. And there's a lot of water. Final result It feels most like... rubber.
But long fillers are much less likely to look like their writers were smoking something heavy, as in the story about Eta, for example (episodes 313-315), which, however, became even more reasonable towards the end. Some of them are received with a bang.

For example, the filler “In the footsteps of Naruto ~The Path of Friends~”, episodes 394-413, about the chunin exam that Konoha members took in Suna while Naruto and Jiraiya were wandering. There is a good move here with Fuu from the Hidden Waterfall, the jinchuriki of the Seven Tails, who “replaces” Naruto in the exam. She bright character with the same values ​​that he has, she also has interesting feature speeches (adds “ssu” at the end of each phrase), Fuu is also a jinchuriki, and she is a girl. And it’s lucky with her village - especially for those who watched the OVA “Takigakure no Shitō. Ore ga Eiyū Dattebayo!”, because the head of this village is the same OVA GG, Shibuki. The fact that filler writers provide references to other fillers is more than commendable - it brings the overall story together.
Women are also well represented in this filler. Let's start with the fact that among the teams of three people who gathered for the exam, there are many with two girls: Choji, Ino and Sakura; three Sand teams: Yukata, Matsuri, Mikoshi; Sen, Yome, Shira; Sana, Saya, Mamushi. There are purely male teams in the fillers, just like in the canon. But I haven’t seen pure women anywhere. Hm.
But it seems that Sand's teams are more progressive... or it's all due to the greater modernity of the filler. After all, filler is the only place where girls' workouts are shown, as opposed to the ubiquitous guys' workouts. Yes and a lot significant women in "Naruto" - filler.
One way or another, by the end I got tired of the filler, which is why it ended much earlier than I felt it should have. And the “those twists” inherent in Kishimoto’s manga were clearly not enough in the story. Like all fillers, however.

The filler about Kakashi's plight, "ANBU Kakashi ~Shinobi Who Lives in Darkness~", episodes 349-361, unlike the flashback about Itachi, does not rely on a clear basis in the form of a novel (and it seems to be a very good novel), so it looks difficult. It’s just that he leaves a feeling of rubber, but since I like the character Lately cute, you can stand this filler. And it fills a gap in the canon - now we know how Kakashi met Itachi and Tenzo. Fillers about Eternal Tsukiyemi are sometimes funny, sometimes poignant. In addition to the episodes about Tenten's dreams, 427-428, episodes 429-431 are also noteworthy - two about Killer B's dream, one about Karin's dream. The episode also reveals her past.
Karin has a terrible, terrible Eternal Tsukiyomi. I really feel sorry for her.
Note to the ficwriter: in the anime, we were not shown Eternal Tsukiyemi of all the characters. Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and Kakashi did not see Tsukiyemi, they were under the protection of Susanoo, Minato, Hiruzen, Tobirama and Hashirama were not seen either - the resurrected Tsukiyemi was not a hindrance... as well as everyone who managed to hide from the light.

I also liked the filler episodes about the Hyuuga clan (fan, whatever you take; episodes 306, 389-390) and about Obito (episodes 415-417). They evoke sympathy for the character... in general, Obito evokes sympathy. And fillers 460-461, 464-468 ​​are good - initially Kishimoto should have explained all this, but he simply didn’t have enough time. Although the attempt to “humanize” Kaguya did not cause me any delight - would such a cool woman with superpowers really fall for a banal scam?.. And I don’t understand her sons. If I were them, I would remain on my mother's side; all this is too similar to how patriarchy has overcome matriarchy - with residual mythology in the spirit of "Hercules laid down the Hydra" as justification and exaltation. Kishimoto's Kaguya is exactly like this: she is an archaic matriarchal evil, without human face. And Naruto, with his harem jutsu, deceives Kaguya in the same way that Tenji deceived her - with his own body, in kind.
I like Kaguya, she is interesting precisely as evil - ancient, powerful and emphatically “feminine”, and perhaps not so evil after all. Kishimoto showed her only from one side; the animators, having humanized her, assigned Kaguya’s male descendants the right to humiliate and remove her, no matter what. I wonder what fan fiction would show Kaguya like. I want more fandom creativity about her)))

I categorically did not like two of the fillers that were longer than three episodes.
First is "Strength" (290-295). The filler characters are perfectly developed here, Narut's constants nervously smoke on the sidelines. And the way of this disclosure is not for me - I am not the target audience for this filler. I think the male half of the audience enjoyed the filler much more; in some ways it is similar to the boring stories of Makoto Shinkai, of which I personally only like “She and Her Cat”, the rest makes you throw heavy objects. Secondly, "The Ninja Chronicles of Jiraiya ~The Tale of Brave Naruto~", episodes 432-450. This filler causes a dull internal protest.
I remember that on ZFB, in the comments to one of the fics, there was a wonderful bannshi, during which the question was resolved: would Sasuke have become the canonical fugitive asshole, if not for the death of his clan, his brother’s betrayal and his difficult past.
So “The Chronicles of Jiraiya” says in plain text: yes, I would. In this alternative version canon, both Naruto's parents and the Uchiha clan are alive. Frankly, at first it was interesting to watch: Naruto was the same cheerful idiot, but they didn’t openly hate him, they hid him, because he was the son of the Fourth. I even had a thought: what if he and Sasuke switch places?.. After all, there was such a hint in the ninth film, with Menma, that this was possible.
But no, nothing like that. Naruto became the same cool hero, and Sasuke is, um, even nastier than in the manga. In the manga he is a contradictory character, in the filler he turned into a clear-cut bastard who is just going crazy. Such a bastard Sasuke can often be found in fics, but in part of the canon... Hm.
Imagine Sasuke, who hates Itachi, the only one who treats him well in the family, hates Naruto, his only friend, and conflicts with his father to the point of open showdowns. Transitional age- a difficult matter, but such disregard on Sasuke’s part makes him just like cardboard: he doesn’t care about anything except his “I”, there are no values ​​with which one could empathize.
And the story eventually ends, ending with the confrontation between Sasuke and Naruto, who are about to fight.
On the good side, this is a novel by Jiraiya, who sees Tsunade in his Eternal Tsukiyomi. Very beautiful scenes with how she reads this novel - Shizune also comes to her, and in last episode and Dan. But still - in the imagination of Jiraiya's Tsunade, he is a terrible writer who creates cardboard villains.

Also, in general, I don’t particularly like Naruto’s representation of women - but this depends on the series. It’s also so-so in the original manga: take, for example, the recently filmed mini-story “The Day Naruto Became Hokage,” which I watched from [J]Mitsuki Senju. The story is cool and a lot of fun, but... Hinata after at least ten years life together still calls Naruto "Naruto-kun"!

Infinite Tsukuyomi - a genjutsu capable of plunging the entire world into last sleep, turning all living things into slumbering slaves. And the user takes the chakra of people who have plunged into the infinite

To use infinite tsukiyomi, you must have the Rinne Sharingan and the chakra of the Ten-Tails. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, as the original source of the Ten-Tails, managed to do this by combining the power of the Rinne-Sharingan with her Byakugan. Obito Uchiha, due to the lack of Rinne Sharingan, reproduced the Divine Tree, the opening flower of which was supposed to serve as a replacement for this dōjutsu. Madara Uchiha, according to the Eye of the Moon's plan, reflects his Rinne Sharingan from the surface of the moon.

Once the technique is activated, the rays of light from the Infinite Tsukuyomi illuminate the entire world, making it as bright as day, making it impossible to hide from them. White Zetsu and Black Zetsu, as well as the one whose body it shrouded at that time (Obito Uchiha) are also not affected by the technique. The owner of the Rinnegan is able to block the light of the Infinite Tsukuyomi, protecting not only himself, but also the people around him from it, like this made by Sasuke Uchiha using the Susanoo cover.
