The flowering and growth of plants in the post-war period suggests that military actions, although they will bring too many failures to the people, will be crowned with success, because in the future the state will prosper.

There are other expert opinions that are positive, because, for example, Elena Osipenko is confident that the conflict will be ended in 2018, although she also gave approximately the same forecast for 2016. The most revolutionary changes are planned for October, that is, the end of the year. The country expects a large number of serious reforms that will change the situation of every Ukrainian and will most favorably affect the financial situation of citizens.

The official prediction of when the war in Donbass 2018 will end from Olga Bilokaminskaya is also positive, although in a slightly different vein (she believes that in 2018 the process of ending the war will only begin, and it will end no earlier than the end of 2019).
