Ossetians are not like Caucasians. Opinion of a special forces soldier about the Ossetian-Ingush conflict

Anton Viktorovich Malevsky was one of the most significant figures in the gangster world. Not long ago he died under very mysterious circumstances. During his existence, Malevsky managed to live in different countries world, but, apparently, due to some objective circumstances, did not stay in any of them for long. As a result, he returned to his homeland, Russia. The final years of his life are closely connected with scandals in the aluminum market. The leader of the Izmailovskaya organized crime group - that’s what law enforcement agencies called this man.

Izmailovskaya organized crime group

This one was also called Izmailovsko-Golyanovskaya. It received this name from two districts that are located in Eastern district Moscow. An organized criminal group was formed in the eighties of the previous century with the help of which itself was originally from Kazan, but managed to unite Moscow gangs. In addition to him, among the leaders of this organized crime group were such well-known people in criminal circles as Anton Malevsky (Izmailovsky), Trofim, Afonya, Malchik. The headquarters of this criminal community is located in a hotel complex located near the Izmailovsky Park metro station.

Difference from other criminal groups

The difference between the Izmailovskaya organized crime group and other criminal organizations in the capital was that its leaders, as usual, were not shot at, at least this was rare. There were never any internecine wars within the organized crime group, and this served to strengthen it and establish it in the criminal world of the country. The connections with prominent political figures that the leaders of the criminal organization developed were also of no small importance.

The controlled areas are Izmailovo and Golyanovo, as well as significant parts of Sokolniki and Perov. The Izmailovskaya organized crime group maintained friendly relations with the Lyubertsy and Balashikha groups and fought with the Chechens.

Criminal path

IN well-known circles There is information that Malevsky owed his position in the criminal environment to the famous thief in law Taiwanchik (real name Alimzhan Tokhtakhunov). It was this authority that brought Malevsky together with businessmen working in the aluminum sector. At the same time, close friends and colleagues of Malevsky claim that he met the aluminum kings on his own when he offered them “roof.”

The Black brothers (those same kings) moved from Uzbekistan to the Russian capital only in the early nineties. Of course, then they needed someone’s support, because aluminum brought in a lot of money. Malevsky took advantage of this, and after this his business began to noticeably improve. By the mid-nineties, he became one of the co-owners of many commercial enterprises, including entertainment venues and banks.

Life abroad

In 1993, Anton Malevsky, together with several other persons, was detained. During a search, weapons were discovered on Malevsky, as a result of which a criminal case was initiated. Without waiting for a court hearing, Anton Malevsky flees to Bulgaria. There, the crime boss tried to obtain US citizenship, but local law enforcement officers discovered he had a fake Bulgarian passport. And again Malevsky moves to another country. This time Israel was chosen.

In 1994, the authority received citizenship of this country, but at the same time he had a conflict with local businessmen. An attempt is made on his life. Although Anton Izmailovsky was not injured, law enforcement services are beginning to take an interest in him. Having learned about the dark affairs of the Russian criminal, the Israeli authorities tried to deprive him of his citizenship, but he filed the relevant lawsuits in court, as a result of which the case dragged on for a long time. Only in 1998 government agencies Israel were able to achieve his deportation to Russia.

Homecoming

Contrary to many expectations, Malevsky is not arrested in his homeland, but is treated rather mildly. The criminal case, because of which his wanderings abroad began, is generally closed. Malevsky continues his criminal activities here, actively involved in aluminum affairs, in particular the Novokuznetsk aluminum plant. For this reason, a little later he will be given the title Aluminum King. In parallel with this, Malevsky was also involved in the Kachkanarsky Vanadium Mining and Processing Plant. Not without the help of this criminal authority, the founders of both enterprises were replaced with new ones, including Anton Izmailovsky’s brother, Andrei.

Passion for parachuting

Anton Malevsky went to the African country with his family: his wife and children. He was 34 years old at that time. Two of his friends, who were also skydiving instructors, went with him. Malevsky began to engage in this sport around 1999, and he actively sponsored the Russian group parachute acrobatics team.

In Kenya, Malevsky rented a small plane and a couple of days after his arrival, he decided to work out. Malevsky's first parachute jump in this distant and hot country was the last in his life.

Details of events before death

Having boarded a rented plane with his fellow instructors, Malevsky and the others began to prepare for the jump. The plane rose to about three thousand meters. Malevsky prepared to jump first, which he then did. Immediately after the crime boss, both instructors jumped from the plane. At the right moment, everyone released their parachutes, descending further. Almost near the ground, not reaching several meters, Malevsky’s parachute fell into an air pocket, as a result of which he lost stability, and a few moments later Anton Malevsky crashed to the ground.

Friends, having landed nearby, immediately reported the incident to the ambulance service. She drove to the scene for about twenty minutes. All this time, the instructors independently took measures to save the life of their friend, who was still alive. However, nothing could help him. Due to extensive injuries, including fractures of the ribs, spine, ruptures internal organs, the criminal leader died.

Rumors about the cause of death

The public became aware of the funds mass media that Anton Malevsky died on November 8, 2001 in African country Kenya. The media claimed the following.

“He was very passionate about extreme sports. These sports passions included jumping out of airplanes. Malevsky was very prepared in this sport. In Africa, the leader of a criminal community made his last parachute jump.”

Some sources claim that this death was staged in order to hide it from both law enforcement agencies and other criminal elements. Others believe that what happened to Malevsky was a contract killing. The special services insist that the death of the authority was truly accidental. They refer to the fact that all other versions were checked and discarded for lack of evidence.

One way or another, in the same year, a trial was held in New York regarding the claims of the former founders of aluminum smelters against the shareholders of Russian Aluminum. Malevsky was a defendant in this case. The plaintiffs' lawyer believes that this death is very suspicious.

It controls banks and casinos.

The Izmailovsko-Golyanovskaya organized crime group is one of the oldest and largest in Moscow. Included about 200 active participants. The Izmailovsko-Golyanovskaya group has been based in the Eastern Administrative District of Moscow since 1991. At the same time, the group operated in the Eastern, South-Eastern, North-Eastern and Central administrative districts, as well as in the Lyubertsy and Balashikha districts of the Moscow region. The sphere of influence of the Izmailovo organized crime group included: Izmailovo, Golyanovo, part of Perovo, part of Sokolnikov, urban villages of Akulovo, Kozhukhovo, Rudnevo, Vostochny, Kosino, Ukhtomsky. The group was divided into small groups, each headed by a person in “authority”. The group had a “common fund” from which assistance was provided to convicted members of the organized crime group and funds were allocated for bribery officials. The keeper of the "thieves' common fund" is Aksenov S.M. Basically, the members of the organized crime group included people with previous convictions. The group grew out of youth gangs, which in the early 80s waged constant wars for territory, especially with the “Lubers”. The organized crime group was never subordinate to the Balashikha gang, even during the period of the latter’s greatest prosperity. This is due to the peculiarities of the microdistrict - the old district of Moscow, in which almost only Muscovites live, there are almost no limiters - and therefore the group was and remained one of the most united in the city. The Izmailovskys began with robberies and robberies. Then, as in other organized crime groups, a significant part of the income came from the official economy. The group included former law enforcement officers (Ministry of Internal Affairs, Prosecutor's Office, FSB). These persons, on the basis of current legislation, opened private security companies, under the cover of which members of the group had the opportunity to legally purchase firearms. The group had extensive connections in law enforcement agencies, from where it received information about upcoming city events, and had the opportunity to avoid criminal liability by paying bribes.

Leaders

There was one leader in the group - Oleg Ivanov, born in 1955, a native of Kazan. But the Izmailov groups were led not so much by leaders, as in other groups, but by “authorities”. There were five of them - Viktor Nestruev ("Boy"), Sergei Trofimov ("Trofim"), Vitaly Buslaev ("Buslay"), Anton Malevsky ("Anton"), Alexander Derbyshev. The most famous is Anton Malevsky. This is partly due to the fact that he was detained several times by the police with weapons, but then he evaded responsibility. Some sources interpret this to mean that Malevsky has come under the “wing” of the special services and is working for them.

1. Malevsky Anton Viktorovich, born 02/26/67, native of Moscow, lives: Moscow, st. Znamenskiye Sadki, nickname "Anton" (Antokha, Anton Izmailovsky, Rezany). Known for his cruelty towards “beasts” (Chechens) and complete rejection of “lavrushniki” (Caucasian thieves in law). In May 1995 he went to Israel, at the end of July there was an attempt on his life, but he survived. As of August 1996, he lives abroad and is engaged in legal business. Currently lives in Israel. On May 14, 1993, the Moscow prosecutor’s office opened criminal case No. 2685 against Malevsky A.V. on the grounds of a crime under Art. 218 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal possession firearms), which was terminated on June 29, 1996 under Art. 6 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation (due to changes in the situation).

Armament

The group members had at their disposal a large number of firearms, incl. automatic and explosives, which were delivered from the “hot” spots of the CIS, the Baltic countries, as well as parts of the Russian armed forces.

"Izmailovsky" controlled

Clothing market in Izmailovo, Vernissage, Shchelkovsky bus station, part of the Bykovo airport, tents at the beginning of Leninsky Prospekt, casino in the Mossovet k/t, part of the Izmailovo TGC. International connections - USA, Germany, Holland.

Criminal activities in the economic sphere

Members of the criminal group laundered money and material values, obtained by criminal means, laundered them in gambling business, with the participation of commercial structures. Organized through front men commercial structures, through which the transfer of foreign currency funds took place abroad. Monetary transactions were carried out with the help of persons holding high positions in government bodies and management, for which they received large sums money in foreign currency. Abroad, money was invested in real estate. Members of this group tried to take control of operations for the export of rare earth metals, together with other groups they tried to find access to channels for the acquisition of radioactive substances for the purpose of their subsequent export abroad. They created a number of enterprises for the production jewelry from precious metals and stones.

Notes

Izmailovskaya, or Izmailovsko-Golyanovsk group, which got its name from two microdistricts in the Eastern District, as well as from the name of the hotel complex (next to the Izmailovsky Park metro station), which became the headquarters of this criminal entity, is one of the most stable, powerful and militant gangs of the capital.

Unlike the Koptev brigades, executions of Izmailovo leaders were rare - everyone knew that it was better not to meddle in the “east”. Unlike the Orekhovites, this group was never torn apart by serious inter-clan strife - it only grew stronger and expanded. And although in Lately it did not have undisputed and eminent leaders, such as Mikhas among the Solntsevtsy, its influence on the criminal situation in the country is difficult to overestimate.

This is the only group that Internal Affairs Minister Anatoly Kulikov reported in detail about the fight against it to deputies, and then to journalists. This is the only group whose leaders acquired connections (later documented) with the Russian political establishment. Let's name only three names: Otari Kvantrishvili, Shamil Tarpishchev, Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

The group was formed from youth gangs in the early 80s. The initiator of its creation was a native of Kazan, Oleg Ivanov. This criminal community included, in addition to the Izmailovites themselves, the Golyanovskaya and Perovskaya brigades. In addition to Ivanov, criminal “authorities” Malchik, Trofim, Anton Izmailovsky (real name Malevsky) and Afonya strengthened their leading positions in the group. By the beginning of 1995, the group already had more than 200 active members. Izmailovo, Golyanovo, part of Perov and Sokolnikov came under their control. The group has long maintained friendly ties with the Lyubertsy and Balashikha bandits. And she was also traditionally at odds with the Chechens.

There were no major criminal battles observed in the territories under their jurisdiction: even out-of-town criminals knew that there was nothing to “catch” in these areas. So all armed conflicts are associated with “attacks” by the police. True, until the beginning of 1994, law enforcement officers also tried not to disturb the Izmailovo “lads”. Apparently, they felt that there would be “little bloodshed” here. How they looked into the water.

The first pancake from the Ruopovites came out lumpy. At the very end of January 1994, operatives staged an ambush near the casino. An hour later (around four o’clock in the afternoon) five people left the gambling establishment, among whom RUOP officers identified one of the leaders of the Izmailovo group, Alexander Afanasyev, nicknamed Afonya, and his 23-year-old associate, who was on the federal wanted list. The bandits got into two cars without license plates - a Cherokee jeep and a Zhiguli model nine - and moved towards the microdistrict where they were supposed to conduct a shootout with their competitors. Judging by the operational information, the conversation could have ended very badly for someone.

The operatives decided not to allow another bloody massacre and tried to block the jeep, blocking its path on Projected Passage near house No. 890. But the driver of the jeep started to ram it. Two law enforcement officers who were in the police Zhiguli received bruises and minor cuts. And the jeep and the “nine” rushed in opposite directions. Since the leader was in a foreign car, the pursuit continued behind the jeep, which headed towards the Shchelkovskoye Highway - the favorite route of the Izmailovo thugs.

Chance helped detain the mafia. But it would be better if such an opportunity never presented itself... The jeep flew at full speed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the first model Zhiguli. The driver of the motor depot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and his passenger (his wife, as it turned out a little later), who were sitting in the “unit”, died on the spot from a terrible blow.

Three people in the jeep were injured: Afonya received a penetrating bullet wound to the head and a through bullet wound to the neck from shots fired during the pursuit by RUOP officers. Two more people - with fractures and concussions - were taken to hospitals. When inspecting a foreign car by pyrotechnicians of the Department federal service counterintelligence found an RGD-5 combat grenade with a fuse, a fabric mask with slits for the eyes (which left no doubt about the profession of its owner) and a state license plate for a Cherokee jeep. By the way, the rival group, to which the Izmailovo reckless drivers were rushing, never arrived at the designated place of the “arrow”.

But the most curious thing is that in relation to this episode, the Pervomaisky district prosecutor's office opened only one criminal case - under Article 171, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“exceeding official powers, if accompanied by violence with the use of weapons”) - against employees of the RUOP. The head of the Department for Combating Crime, Vladimir Rushailo, had to justify himself: they say that the police opened fire only after the members of the Izmailovo group who were in the jeep rammed the RUOP car. In the opinion of Vladimir Rushailo, only bandits were to blame for the death of the Zhiguli driver and his wife. Ultimately, the criminal case against RUOP employees was dropped. But they didn’t incite him against the bandits at all. Resistance to police officers, accompanied by ramming their car, a gross violation of the rules traffic, as a result of which two people died, ammunition found in the car of the Izmailovites - all this, it turns out, is not yet a reason for criminal prosecution. The thugs calmly received treatment and were released. And Afonya went to Switzerland for treatment without any problems.

This story took an unexpected turn television sequel. After the story in news program About this incident, a television journalist interviewed Otari Kvantrishvili, who at that time was very fond of appearing on the blue screen. " Godfather” said: “The police again ran into the athletes.” He was, in general, right. Izmailovskaya, like many other groups of a new type, recruited many high-class athletes into its ranks. For example, Misha the Chinese was a professional wrestler.

By the way, one of the versions that the RUOP pursued after the death of Kvantrishvili was the involvement of Izmailovo “authorities” in organizing this high-profile crime. At least important operational information was received that shortly before this incident, Otari had quite strong contradictions with the Izmailovo elite, although he himself carefully concealed this circumstance.

Another famous name, in connection with which the East Moscow “brothers” were mentioned, is Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky. After an assassination attempt occurred on his former (who had fallen out with him) comrade-in-arms, the former vice-speaker of the State Duma, Mr. Vengerovsky, he told reporters: “I can definitely say that today the LDPR is supported by: the Lipetsk criminal group, the St. Petersburg brigades and the Moscow Izmailovo group. I know about the connections of the LDPR, at least with these three gangs, from the words of representatives of the official authorities who are now investigating the case of the attempt on my life. That is, these are provable things.”

Naturally, the leaders of the Izmailovites were actively in contact with the country’s criminal elite. So, in the same 1994, a meeting between Sylvester and the “authority” of the group Anton Malevsky was recorded. To conduct this rendezvous, Timofeev specially flew to Israel, where the leader of the Izmailovites had settled since the mid-90s. According to intelligence services, issues of cooperation in the field of drug trafficking were discussed.

More than a year passed from the moment of the tragedy on Shchelkovskoye Highway before the police again decided to disturb the eastern adversaries. This time the operation was carried out by the Moscow Criminal Investigation Department. And again, innocent people suffered.

On April 5, 1995, MUR and special forces officers set up an ambush on Sokolnichesky Val (in Sokolniki). It was supposed to prevent a showdown between the Izmailovsko-Golyanovsk group and one of the local brigades. At 15.30, about 20 people arrived at the dismantling site in eight cars, who, according to the police, were Golyanovsky bandits. Representatives of the second gang did not show up - they probably simply handed over their competitors to the police. The special forces tried to detain the arrivals. And again, the Izmailovites, without hesitation, pulled out pistols and entered into battle with the police. The bullets hit a police car.

The special forces officers returned fire with Makarov pistols, A-91 and AKS machine guns. As a result of the shootout, unwitting witnesses to the incident were injured. Serviceman Vladimir Akinshin, who was on leave, was hit in the left leg by a bullet, and Irina Yakubovskaya was taken to the hospital with a wound in the back. Moreover, some of the bandits managed to escape from the police. This time, the Preobrazhensk Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office was entrusted with understanding the reasons for this, to put it mildly, unprofessional work.

And yet, the police managed to detain seven active members of the Izmailovo-Golyanovsk group. A loaded TT pistol, a knife and 9 cartridges of 9 mm caliber were found and seized at the scene.

This time, law enforcement officials decided not to leave the blatant impudence of the Izmailovo “brothers” unpunished and carried out a whole network of operations against the group. In total, about a dozen militants were detained. Active operational activities continued until the beginning of summer, when larger fish began to be caught in the nets set by law enforcement officers.

On June 26, 1995, in the Rublevo tavern, on suspicion of extortion and hostage-taking, MUR officers detained Golyanovsky leader Viktor Nestruev, nicknamed Boy. A few days later Marikela was captured.

Sergei Korolev - that is his real name - began his criminal career back in the late 70s. Together with the Izmailovskaya punks, he was involved in burglaries. For this crime, Korolev made his first trip to prison. Since then, it has become a second home for Marikela.

And Korolev received the laurels of authority in the underworld thanks to his unbridled love for expensive cars. This high-class hijacker gained wide popularity with the beginning of perestroika. Together with friends from his youth, he organized a criminal gang, which, in addition to thefts, also specialized in racketeering: it slowly began to invest the first cooperatives that appeared in the east of the capital. At the beginning of 1992, he was detained while attempting to steal another foreign car by a motor patrol. But he didn’t stay behind bars for long. How he managed to pity the judges is still unknown, but for his “tricks” he was sentenced to only eight months in prison.

During this period, Marikela became close friends with such prominent “authorities” as Sergei Lazarev (Lazar), Vyacheslav Shestakov (Plum) and the late Yasha Barsky. It is interesting that, even after becoming a wealthy man, Marikela continued to steal cars. As people who knew him closely noted, Korolev took great pleasure in defeating new alarm systems and sophisticated anti-theft devices. They say that sometimes Marikela was paid for stolen cars with drugs - knowing his special addiction to the harmful potion. For example, in 1992, the Azerbaijanis paid him for a “car” with bags of trimethyl fentonyl.

The Queen's love for drugs seriously failed him in July 1995. In the apartment of the 38-year-old “authority” (14th Parkovaya Street, 41), employees of the capital’s RUOP, who paid the leader of the Izmailovites an unexpected visit, found two pairs of handcuffs, two Rodon-M radio stations (tuned, by the way, to the police wave) and one and a half kilograms (!) of poppy straw. Drugs were the reason for the arrest.

According to the police, Marikela at that time was the closest associate of Anton Malevsky (Izmailovsky), who, as we have already said, lives in Israel. By a strange coincidence, two weeks before Korolev’s arrest, an assassination attempt was organized on Malevsky in the Promised Land, but the leader of the criminal community remained alive. According to some reports, there was also an attempt on the life of his companion Mikhail Cherny, whom we will talk about below.

It should be noted here that the arrests of the Boy and Marikela were carried out during the Moscow-wide operation “Law and Order”. Apparently, by this time, the capital’s law enforcement officers had already acquired certain skills in combating banditry, and this operation was much more effective than previous ones. In those same days, the police managed to arrest the leaders of the Odintsovo and Novosibirsk criminal groups.

Criminologists have long noticed: as soon as bandits find themselves under severe pressure from law enforcement agencies, a showdown inevitably begins within their own ranks. A fierce struggle immediately unfolds for the place of the incapacitated fighters. This happened with the Izmailovo-Golyanovsky community.

On August 10, 1995, one of the leaders of the group, Liu Zhi Kai, better known as Misha the Chinese, was killed on Novosibirskaya Street. Along with the authority, another fighter of the group, a resident of the Stavropol Territory, Fyodor Karashov, died. According to specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, both criminals became victims of gang violence.

Early in the morning, Misha Chinese and Fedya Karashov went to the BMW-750 sport Club on the above-mentioned Novosibirskaya street. There they worked out a little on sports equipment, after which, as usual, they took a long steam in the sauna. At two o'clock Liu Zhi Kai got behind the wheel (as it turned out later, he was driving the car by proxy), and the friends headed towards the Shchelkovskoye Highway, already known to our readers from the incident with Afonya.

At the very moment when the BMW approached house 85, a VAZ-2104 without license plates caught up with it. In it, as in classic gangster films, there were three people sitting - in camouflage uniform and masks. The cars drew level. The passengers of the “four” lowered the windows on the right side and opened fire. Judging by the shell casings, the shots were fired from a pistol and a machine gun. More than two dozen bullets were fired at the driver and passenger of the BMW. Most of them hit the target. The killers carried out their work so professionally that the bullets practically did not damage the body of the foreign car. After this shelling, she drove about 50 meters more and crashed into an old Moskvich parked on the side of the road. However, the passengers of the foreign car no longer felt the last collision...

To catch the killers, the “Interception-Center” plan was announced, and soon the police discovered the notorious “four”. In Yauza. As one would expect, the car was reported stolen. Naturally, it was not possible to detain the shooters.

By the way, Liu Zhi Kai was born not in Beijing, but in Makhachkala, in 1953. At the age of 33, being a professional wrestler, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physical Education and received a diploma as a coach with a specialty in wrestling. Since 1987, he worked as the head of the athletic gymnastics club at House of Culture No. 2 in the Kuibyshevsky district of Moscow. A little later, he organized a “rocking chair” in the basement on Baikalskaya Street - where the Golyanovskaya punks had long hung out.

In 1990, he was arrested for the first time. Misha the Chinese was suspected of having put together and headed criminal group, which was engaged in newfangled racketeering. According to operational information, the victims of extortion were Gevorkyan, who was convicted three times for fraud (she, according to her, lost 248 thousand rubles - in pre-reform prices!) and the barmaid of the Izmailovo Hotel Tsukanova (4 thousand were taken from her). Liu Zhi Kai and his lawyer argued that the police fabricated the case because he refused to become their agent in the city's Chinese community at the end of 1989. Nevertheless, Misha the Chinese was imprisoned.

Having been released just four years later, Misha Kitayets very quickly rose to a leading position in the Izmailovo-Golyanovsk group. The most curious thing is that even after his imprisonment he did not give up coaching: he forged, as they say, young personnel for the Izmailovo “brotherhood”. He quite officially got a job as a coach at a youth sports club on Novosibirskaya Street, 11. According to some reports, Liu Zhi Kai, together with other “brothers,” intended to open his own market in Golyanov. According to one version, the Chinese became a victim of intra-clan squabbles. According to another, Misha was shot by Caucasians, with whom the Golyanovskys always had strained relations.

Meanwhile, the Ruopovites dealt another blow to the Izmailovites. On January 13, 1996, they arrested the 30-year-old leader of the group, Sergei Aksenov, nicknamed Aksen. He oversaw the wholesale and retail drug trade. In the late 80s, he was already arrested for weapons possession. The imprisonment was short: just over two years. But he gained invaluable prison experience. Upon his release, Aksen actively became involved in the criminal life of the capital. They say that in his criminal career, Sergei was supported in every possible way by his more famous relative in criminal circles, Aksen Lyuberetsky, the “authority” of the Lyubertsy organized crime group. At one time he was tried under a more serious charge - for extortion.

Aksen was arrested quite spontaneously. That evening, RUOP operatives decided to check one of the parking lots on Avangardnaya Street, near which, according to their information, drug dealers had been working for a long time. In the guardhouse they noticed a large noisy company that was going to celebrate the old New Year. There was no celebration: the RUOP members worked, as always, hard and energetically.

Unfortunately, one of the participants in the gathering turned out to be Sergei Aksenov, already well known to law enforcement officers. When Aksenov was detained, employees of the Moscow RUOP conducted a thorough search - and found the desired reason for bringing charges. In the “authority’s” pocket there was a plastic bag containing 100 grams of poppy straw. Aksen did not want to explain how he got the drugs. Let us remind you that the police made a similar discovery during the arrest of Marikela. In addition to illegal possession of drugs, Aksen was also charged with involvement in the criminal activities of minors.

Detention of Sergei Aksenov

However, the group recovered quite quickly from all these shocks and did not lose its combat power. At the beginning of 1996, criminologists recorded: almost the entire eastern part of the city is under the control of the Izmailovtsy and friendly Lubers led by Anton Malevsky (Anton Izmailovsky) and Vyacheslav Shestakov (Plum). Mr. Malevsky continues to monitor the development of the situation from Israel, occasionally visits Moscow, is actively engaged in legal business, his capital is invested in various commercial projects in many countries of the world.

Grouping has considerable income from Moscow gaming establishments, controls several commercial banks and large firms. The number of fighters reaches 300–400 “trunks”. As a structural unit, the group includes the Perov brigade (about 100 militants) under the leadership of Anatoly Roksman (Toli Zhdanovsky), who is in Western Europe. The group members control the Perovo microdistrict and part of Vykhino. Perovtsy have their own commercial structures in Southwestern district Moscow and South Port. They have well-developed connections with criminals settled in Germany, Holland and Turkey.

The Presnensky Court of Moscow sentenced the top manager of the metallurgical company Trans Financial Group, Konstantin Maslov. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, he, “thief in law” Sergei Aksenov (Aksen) and “authority” Alexander Afanasyev (Afonya) are the leaders of the once powerful “Izmailovo” criminal group. Maslov was found guilty of attempted murder of Chechen businessman Said Musaev. During the hearings, the latter persistently declared that the defendant was not involved in the crime and demanded that he be acquitted.

During the trial, the Presnensky court studied the events that occurred on the night of November 21, 2009 in the Kafka restaurant, located on 1905 Goda Street. According to the case file, in the evening there were Chechen businessman Musaev, his business partner from Novorossiysk Lebedev, Konstantin Maslov and their acquaintances. There was a conflict between the men; they went out into the street to sort things out, where the shooting began. Musaev received five gunshot wounds to the stomach, chest and buttocks. He was taken to the hospital, and it was the doctors who reported the incident to the police. Near the restaurant, investigators found five 9 mm cartridges from a Makarov pistol. The victim himself for a long time was in intensive care, and then gave evidence to investigators. He stated that he did not know who shot him.

Only in the spring of 2010 did detectives receive information that Konstantin Maslov opened fire directly. On April 27, he was detained on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest. Investigators charged him under articles 30 and 105 (attempted murder) and 222 (illegal possession of weapons) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Maslov was also identified as the “shooter” by witness Lebedev, who saw the moment when fire was opened on Musaev.

The most serious battles broke out in court when a certificate from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation was announced: “Maslov Konstantin Vasilyevich, born in 1970, previously convicted leader of the Izmailovo organized crime group, criminal nickname Maslik. According to operational information, Maslov is a close connection of thief in law Sergei Mikhailovich Aksenov , born in 1966, criminal nickname Aksen, manages the activities organized groups carrying out extortion, criminal control over illegal gambling establishments, commercial structures, legalization Money obtained by criminal means."

Maslov's lawyers insisted that he is a respectable citizen, has nothing to do with organized crime groups, and works in the Russian office of the English metallurgical company TFG.

As a result, the detective who compiled the certificate was summoned to court. He stated that the information given was based on information received from different sources, which cannot be named. The defense began to find out from the operative whether, as part of his duty, he had to communicate with the leaders of the criminal environment. Having received an affirmative answer, they said: it turns out that there is nothing wrong with communicating with thief in law Aksen, such an acquaintance does not mean anything.

At the hearing, Maslov’s lawyers stated that on November 20, 2009, their client met an acquaintance and went with her to the Kafka restaurant. The girl sang karaoke, after which the couple went home. Maslov had nothing to do with what happened; he did not even see the incident itself.

Lebedev unexpectedly retracted his initial statements made during the preliminary investigation. The witness told the court that he allegedly gave them under “psychological pressure”; he did not know the person who shot Musaev. Musaev claimed that he did not have any conflicts in the restaurant, and he did not know who opened fire and why. “I can only say for sure that it was not the accused who did this,” said the victim. “Maybe it was Lebedev.”

The court nevertheless considered Maslov’s guilt proven. He was sentenced to seven years and six months in prison. “The judge simply rewrote the indictment; not a single defense argument was taken into account,” one of Maslov’s acquaintances told Rosbalt. “There is no evidence of Konstantin’s guilt. This verdict will be appealed.”

According to the archives of the Moscow Main Internal Affairs Directorate, Konstantin Maslov received his first term as a schoolboy (for carrying a bladed weapon). In the late 1980s and early 1990s, he became a member of the brigade of the “authority” of the Izmailovo group Sergei Trofimov (Trofim, Beda). In 1992 and 1993, he was detained on suspicion of illegal possession of firearms and other crimes, but the matter did not come to the point of bringing charges. According to law enforcement agencies, Maslik’s ascent up the hierarchical ladder of the Izmailovskys began during these same years. He entered the inner circle of the leaders of the organized crime group - Alexander Afanasyev (Afonya), Anton Malevsky and Sergei Aksenov.

All of them actively participated in commercial wars for the right to own the largest Russian metallurgical enterprises. As operatives note, by the beginning of the 2000s, Afanasyev and Malevsky were already considered quite respectable businessmen, and most of their activities were completely legal. And in 2001, Malevsky died tragically - while jumping with a parachute in South Africa, he became entangled in the lines and crashed, hitting the ground. According to operatives, after this Afanasyev and Aksen became the leaders of the Izmailovo gang.

According to the Stuttgart prosecutor's office, Afonya invested part of the money from the common fund into the purchase of land in Germany. In total, he transferred more than 8 million euros to this country, which were used to purchase 50 plots. Afanasiev planned to build the so-called “Russian House” in Germany - a giant business center in which entrepreneurs from Russia could open their offices.

Local police became interested in the entry of dubious money into the country, and when Afanasyev flew to Stuttgart in the summer of 2006, his phones were tapped. And on August 18, the “authority” was arrested in one of the hotels. After a year of investigation, the Stuttgart prosecutor's office announced that from the collected data and the testimony of certain witnesses, it follows that the Izmailov group helped the oligarch Oleg Deripaska gain control over a number of metallurgical enterprises. Moreover, this process was accompanied by murders and other crimes. Deripaska himself immediately called such accusations “illegal” and “unsubstantiated.” Later, the prosecutor's office summoned the businessman as a witness to the Stuttgart court, where Afonya's trial was taking place, but the oligarch sent there a written statement that all claims against him were “baseless.”

Afanasiev's trial began in October 2007. Afonya and his lawyers categorically denied the charges. According to their version, Afanasyev is a respectable Russian businessman who invested completely legal funds in Germany. In October 2009, the “authority” was sentenced to five and a half years in prison, and on June 21, 2010, he was deported to Russia.

According to operatives, during Afonya’s absence, Aksen and Maslik took the helm of the group. The latter was responsible for most security operations. When Afonya returned to the country, difficult discussions began on further joint actions with Aksenov and Maslov. As a result, they still managed to find mutual language. Law enforcement agencies note that the group has again begun to gain strength, which has led to various “showdowns.” One of them happened in the Kafka restaurant.

The TFG website states that this company is one of the leading enterprises in the field of export supplies of steel, transport metal products and mechanical engineering. The main consumers of the products are government agencies, various ministries and departments, as well as large international companies. Today, the main buyer is the Ministry of Railways of the Republic of Uzbekistan. (Rosbalt, 02/01/2012, Yuri Vershov)
