Let's go back in time for a moment...Children's creative team Dance theater "Relax" was created in 1990. The founder and permanent leader is Tatyana Nikolaevna Alexandrova. He is a hardworking, responsive and purposeful person, dedicated to his work, his idea, with many years of experience. successful experience work. Without exaggeration, we can say that Tatyana Nikolaevna is a talented teacher and fresh ideas, she never runs out. Of course, the team did not come together all at once; everything came together bit by bit - deep knowledge of their profession, pedagogical skills, true authority.
High professional level The performing skills of the team members were marked by numerous awards and prizes received for participation in various competitions and festivals of the city, all-Russian and international level. Today, the Relax Dance Theater deservedly has its special status among children's choreographic groups the city of Moscow, as one of the most sought-after and popular. All the achievements and merits of the team make us especially proud, both for the teachers and for the children studying at the Relax Dance Theater and their parents.

Chechina Zhanna Vladimirovna - choreographer-choreographer, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the department of culture and art of Moscow Humanitarian University, team leader.

Who is this lesson for?
It doesn’t matter how old you are, 4, 14 or 46. Do you have zero stretch, have your muscles ever tensed? Come! It doesn't matter at all what kind of physical training. Within just a couple of sessions you will feel that it turns out that you have muscles that must be strong in order to feel easy and at ease anywhere.
What will I learn?
During the classes, you will learn how to do various tucks, stances, flips, jumps and other spectacular elements that will distinguish you on the dance floor or anywhere else. It is especially recommended for those who lack confidence in their movements and those who want to “show off” a spectacular trick in their productions.

What to do?
Uniform: comfortable sportswear, preferably tight-fitting. On your feet - Czech shoes or sneakers. For safety, there are additional mats. Knee pads and gaiters may be needed.
When can I expect results?
Once again, everyone always starts small, if not from scratch. There is no need to be afraid that you will come to class, and everyone there already knows how to do everything, they walk on their ears and do push-ups on their noses (just kidding, of course).
Everyone started with the same thing. Ask students to describe what they were like a year ago, and hear them laughingly call themselves logs and trees. And it’s almost impossible to believe it, but today they are already calmly doing shoulder stands, chest stands, bridges, splits and wheels :)
