5.After you are done with the eyes, do the same with the lips (don't touch the contours). So far we have a very good picture...
6.Now we will change the brunette's hair to blonde. Find a picture high resolution and good quality.
7.You can cut hair in any way: either using the Extract filter, or by selecting Pen Tool, or in any other way... you can copy in parts, and then combine and paste on top of our photo. Once you have inserted the blonde hair into the photo, remove the excess areas using the Eraser Tool.
8.If your hair doesn’t seem light enough, add contrast using contrast and brightness or Levels
9.Change your hair color to green tint(Ctrl+U)
10.If you think the colors are too saturated, add a little gray
hue..(Cntrl+U>Saturation=-50).
11.Make the photo a little softer. Select Filter>Blur>Surface Blur (Radius=30; Treshold=37). In the history panel, place the brush icon next to our last action (Surface Blur) and go back a step..
Use a brush to paint stories on those areas of the face where you think the transition between colors should be softer.
