We started this argument with him. They did not object that they violated the patent, but went to the Chamber of Patent Disputes to cancel it. The chamber confirmed the validity of the patent. Then the company closes, goes bankrupt, and the Gosloto Trade House appears, which also refuses to respect our rights. Then a new legal entity appears - Stoloto. Here we are already going to court. The arbitration lasted a year and a half and ended in our favor. The decision came into force and a writ of execution appeared. The bailiff wrote them a letter with a proposal to close voluntarily, but there is no goodwill on that side.
