Tip: You can also use other types of cheese as grilled cheese. For example, cheddar or mozzarella. These two types are most often used when “stretchy” cheese is needed. But then there won’t be enough garlic and spices. The cheese will need to be “wrapped” in breading (flour + eggs + crackers), otherwise it will spread throughout the pan.

Baked vegetables do not contain as many useful components as fresh ones, but they are much healthier in this form than fried or boiled. Therefore, roasting vegetables is not such a bad option.

  • 1 small zucchini;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 6 cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 small head of Chinese cabbage;
  • 150 grams of feta cheese;
  • 30 ml olive oil;
  • 1 clove of garlic;

  • 2 grams of dried basil;

  14. Sprinkle the dish with cottage cheese. The dish is ready to serve.
