Lesson 4. Drawing “Introduction to watercolors”

Program content. Introduce children to watercolor paints and their features: paints are diluted with water; the color is tested on the palette; You can get a brighter light tone of any color by diluting the paint with water, etc. Learn how to work with watercolors (wet the paints before painting, shaking off a drop of water collected on the brush onto each paint; dilute the paint with water to obtain different shades of the same color; rinse the brushes thoroughly, drying it on a cloth or napkin and checking the cleanliness of the brush).

Methodology of conducting the lesson. Show children watercolor paints; say what they are called. Explain that before painting, the paints must be moistened with water. Show how to do this (dip the brush in clean water and shake off the drops onto the paints, without touching them with the bristles of the brush, otherwise the paints may get dirty); teach to try the color of the paint on the palette, and then, adding water, get an increasingly lighter tone. Invite the children to do all this on their own, and then draw (using the dipping method) leaves of different shades of green and some other color on a white sheet of paper, or green and some other color stripes, etc.

In conclusion, clarify children’s knowledge about watercolor paints and their use. Examine the drawings, specifying what stripes of colors and shades the children drew. You can make a rug from leaves with painted stripes and admire the resulting beautiful rug.

Materials. Watercolor paints, palettes, white paper 1/2 landscape sheet size, brushes, a jar of water, a napkin (for each child).

Lesson 5. Drawing “Cosmey”

Program content. To develop children's aesthetic perception and sense of color. Learn to convey the characteristic features of cosmos flowers: the shape of the petals and leaves, their color. Continue to introduce watercolor paints and practice how to work with them.

Methodology of conducting the lesson. Examine several cosmos flowers with the children, clarify (activating the children) the shape, color of the petals and leaves. In the process of viewing, include tracing the petals with the fingers of both hands to develop fine motor skills and convey the shape in the drawing.

Show children watercolor paints, remind them what they are called, what their features are, how to prepare them for painting, how to get the desired color and its shades on the palette. Emphasize the need to rinse the brush thoroughly.

Materials. Cosmos flowers are 2-3 shades of red (raspberry, burgundy). White paper 1/2 landscape sheet size, watercolor paints, palette, brushes, jar of water, napkin (for each child).

Looking at flowers in a flowerbed, in a bouquet, in illustrations. Getting to know the shades of different colors during observations. Comparison of different objects by colors and shades in didactic games, when looking at illustrations.

Lesson 6. Modeling “Make whatever vegetables and fruits you want for the game of shop”

Program content. To consolidate children’s ability to convey the shape of different vegetables (carrots, beets, turnips, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc.) in modeling. Learn to compare the shape of vegetables (fruits) with geometric shapes (tomato - circle, cucumber - oval), find similarities and differences. Learn to convey the characteristic features of each vegetable in modeling, using the techniques of rolling, smoothing with your fingers, pinching, and pulling.

Methodology of conducting the lesson. Invite children to name the vegetables and fruits they know and determine their shape. As they are named, place vegetables and fruits, dummies or pictures on the table or easel. Ask the children to clarify the modeling techniques. To say that each child will make at least 2-3 different vegetables or fruits for the game of shop, there should be a lot of them.

Materials. Clay, modeling boards, stacks. Vegetables (models, pictures).

Methodology of conducting the lesson. Show the children a square sheet of paper of any light color. Say that every child has a “handkerchief” on the table that needs to be decorated with flowers. Explain that the middle and corners need to be decorated (ask where they are). Show how to draw a flower using the dipping method, arranging the petals symmetrically: at the top above the middle, at the bottom opposite, then to the left and opposite to the right, and then between them. Determine (by asking the children) the sequence of the pattern: first find the middle of the square, mark it with a drop of water; After checking whether it is found correctly, start drawing, then place flowers in the corners.

You can invite the children to use handkerchiefs and other flowers similar to chamomile to decorate.

Materials. Squares of colored paper measuring 15x15 cm, gouache or watercolor paints depending on the chosen colors, brushes, a jar of water, napkins (for each child).

GCD move:

In a certain kingdom, in a distant state, there lived a Gardener. Every autumn, golden apples ripened in his garden. Well, trouble happened: the Three-Headed Dragon flew in and ate all the apples and burned the apple trees. The Gardener became sad and went to the Wizard for advice. The wizard thought and thought and said: “I can help you revive the garden, but I need pictures with painted apple trees.”

Guys, let's help the Gardener: draw apple trees with golden apples! Do you agree?

Where do we start drawing? (draw an apple tree)

We start drawing with the largest object - an apple tree. The drawing is located in the center of the sheet.

We draw an apple tree: first, use a brush to draw the trunk and branches with brown paint.

Then we draw the leaves by “dipping”. To draw leaves we need green gouache. First, “dip” on the leaves with dark green paint, and then add light green leaves.

We will draw apples with a foam rubber poker.

How to draw an apple?

Dip one edge of the poke in yellow paint, the other edge in red paint

(remove excess paint on the auxiliary sheet)

We place the poke in a “Column” and carefully scroll. It turns out to be a round apple with a red side. Oh, what a magical apple! Round, golden, with a pink side!

Physical education break.

« Apple tree" Serbian song

Apple tree! Apple tree! Children walk in a circle holding hands.

Where are your apples? In the center there is one child - an “apple tree”.

Did the frost freeze them? Children stop for every line

Or did the wind carry them away? bend one finger on both hands.

Or did lightning burn it?

Or were they hit by hail?

Or did the birds peck?

Where did they go? They lower their hands and shrug their shoulders.

The frost did not freeze them, These words are spoken by the child “apple tree”.

And it wasn’t the wind that carried them away, the children bend one finger on both

They were not burned by fire, hands, starting with the big ones.

There was no hail with rain,

The birds didn't peck them.

The children interrupted! The children run away, the “apple tree” child tries to tarnish them.

Independent work

Now sit down at the tables and we will draw an apple tree with golden apples.

Whoever has time to draw an apple tree can add details to the drawing

Bottom line.

Offer to admire the resulting drawings. I will photograph these drawings and send them to the Wizard. The Wizard promised to revive the apple trees and give them to the Gardener.

The teacher thanks the children for their work.

Drawing with cotton swabs for children 5-6 years old. Master Class.

Author: Kolycheva Irina Pavlovna, teacher. Place of work: AMOU "Secondary School No. 1" branch of the village of Zaitsevo, Krestetsky district, Novgorod region

Unconventional drawing technique.

Drawing an apple with cotton swabs.

Drawings can be done by children from 5 years old. The master class will also be useful for educators, primary school teachers, art teachers, and parents
Purpose: gift, interior decoration
Target: development of children's creative abilities through familiarization with the technique of drawing with cotton swabs.
Tasks:
- master the technique of drawing with cotton swabs;
- develop fine motor skills, creativity, imagination, fantasy, aesthetic taste;
- to cultivate accuracy, hard work, and composure when performing work techniques.
Equipment: a sheet of paper, paints, cotton swabs, a container of water, drawings by artists.

Progress of the lesson.
1. Introduction.
The technique of drawing with cotton swabs has deep roots. Our ancestors painted pictures with a vice - a soaked stick pulled out of an ordinary broom. There is such a stylistic direction in painting - pointillism. It is based on the manner of writing with separate strokes of a regular, dotted or rectangular shape.
Let's look at paintings by artists who used this method in their works.
Georges Seurat.

Camille Pisaro.

Olga Shagina.

2. Preparing children for practical classes.
High on the tree the apples are ripe,
The ripe sides are soaked in the sun;
We have never eaten such apples
And no one has tried, for sure.
Sweet and tasty, golden red,
The smell is amazing, warm in the hand.
The apple tree produced beautiful apples,
There are no tastier apples on our farm!

Guys, today we will draw an apple using cotton swabs. The principle is very simple: dip a cotton swab in the paint and apply dots on the drawing. For different colors you need your own cotton swab. And if you place the dots more often, the color will be more saturated.
3. Practical lesson.
Guys, we are starting to draw with cotton swabs. Take a sheet of paper with a contour blank.

Draw the outline of the apple. Take a cotton swab, dip it in red paint and put dots along the outline of the drawing.

To make the prints even and round, the cotton swab must be held strictly vertically and pressed against the sheet with sufficient pressure.
Similarly, paint the stem with brown paint and the leaf with green paint.

Fill the inside of the apple with red dots. Older children can be asked to use 2-3 colors to fill.

Fill the sheet with green dots. Our apple is ready.

You can make other interesting designs using a cotton swab.
