Kira's second serious romance almost drove her to suicide. She met 23-year-old fashion model Jamie Dornan in 2003 immediately after the release of Pirates of the Caribbean. For two years he basked in the glory of his girlfriend until he decided that he deserved more. Kira brought her lover together with her agent, and soon Jamie was cast for a small role in Sofia Coppola’s film “Marie Antoinette.” Inspired by success, he decided that he got everything he wanted here and left the actress, throwing himself into the arms of Kate Moss.

She went to Rupert Freud, whom she met on the set of the melodrama Pride and Prejudice. Balanced, unlike her previous passions, he supported Kira as best he could.

At first they were just friends, but soon the actress realized that she no longer thought of Rupert as an ordinary friend.
