1) Translation into the plane of “personal conflict” between two public figures.

Media people are trying to position this conflict not as a conflict of values and different worldviews (the initial reason for banning the concert was popular discontent), but simply as an alleged “misunderstanding” between Khabib and Timati. Adding to this that they say they will sort it out among themselves.

2) Allegedly, they are deliberately “hyping”.

Media professionals and some public figures claim that this was allegedly all specially planned to increase their popularity (they call the position of the participants in the conflict the alien word “hype”). For a person who does not understand the essence of the issue, such manipulation, in principle, can work.

3) And comedians, of course.

Example: Urgant made a video on Channel One, turning the conflict into a reason for humor. Sergei Shnurov did a similar thing; he organized a poll on his Twitter “who are you for..?” (for what values, and not for what approaches to creativity, but for what personality. As if this is just a personal conflict).

4) Not comedians

People who are not comedians, but who also translate this into something frivolous: Kadyrov did this, talking about the fact that “we must live together.” And Alexander Emelianeko said that Khabib and Timati would make peace and film a video together...

5) The story that everything will calm down by itself: again, avoiding the point. Translation of the topic from the conflict of worldviews and values into the conflict of fighters and artists.

6) Translation into demagoguery, moving away from the essence of the problem in another direction:
- “the fighters themselves are not an example, they themselves do the show”
– “there are other problems, unemployment”
- “everyone does what he wants”
– “if you don’t like it, don’t go, why ban it”
etc. and so on.

7) Silencing in the central media of official statements of those leaders of public opinion (published in our article) who supported the position of the Dagestanis.

People and journalists can do all of the above both consciously and unconsciously.

How can you use this situation wisely?

Since it attracts a certain amount of attention from a large number of people, this gives, on the one hand, the opportunity to raise in public discourse the topic of the influence of musical creativity on the morality of society, on its value system, and also to acquaint people with ready-made reviews, where that creativity is “examined” in detail , which is popular and promoted today.. (plus this can be touched not only by music, but also by films, TV series, bloggers, just media persons, etc.)
And on the other hand, motivate people to take actions that will be aimed at promoting sound values, reviving morality in society and resisting aggressive influence, including degrading “art”/“creativity” at all levels, including the worldview.
In addition, the very fact of banning a performer’s performance at the regional level in the presence of wide publicity creates a precedent, based on which it will be possible to hold similar events in other regions.

The Instagram administration deleted the post of Russian MMA fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov, published during the conflict between the Dagestanis and Timati and Creed. As follows from the screenshot published by the fighter, the post was deleted “for hostile statements and symbols.” Instagram warned that for new violations of the service rules, access to the account may be limited or closed.
