1. General provisions

These Regulations define the goals and objectives of the V Republican creative competition “Hello, we are looking for talents!”, the procedure for its organization, conduct, summing up and awarding winners and participants.

1. Main goals and objectives of the competition

The main purpose of the V Republican creative competition “Hello, we are looking for talents!” — expansion of contacts between creative groups of Cheboksary and the Chuvash Republic, assistance in the implementation of initiatives and creative potential of children of different levels of training. Introduce into a tradition the holding of a competition, annually involving teams from preschool educational institutions and institutions of additional, secondary specialized and higher vocational education, as well as general educational institutions and cultural and leisure institutions, professional and amateur groups. For children (competition participants), the main thing is to acquire and develop such main qualities as determination, self-confidence, and perseverance in achieving their goals.

Competition objectives:

— search, identification and support of gifted children and youth;

— stimulation of creative self-expression of the personality of competition participants;

— increasing the social status of a creative person through the media;

— strengthening professional cultural ties between creative teams and performers;

— creating conditions for the exchange of experience and improving the skills of children and teachers;

— support in the implementation of socially significant creative projects.

1. Dates and place of the competition

The competition is held in Cheboksary on the main stage of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts at the address: Cheboksary, st. Entuziastov, 26.

The competition starts at 12.00.

On April 1, 2017 at 10.00 there will be a qualifying round of competition participants to participate in the final, which will be held in Cheboksary on the main stage of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts at the address: Cheboksary, st. Entuziastov, 26.

1. Organizers of the competition

The organizers of the competition are the Children's Studio "Golden Key" and the Festival Workshop "Golden Fish" (Organizing Committee).

General management of the preparation and conduct of the competition is entrusted to the Organizing Committee. The organizing committee approves the composition of the jury.

The organizers of the competition are not responsible for the use of works by competitors during their performances at the competition. All property claims, including those of authors and holders of related rights, can only be addressed to the competition participant.

Support groups and spectators are allowed to participate in the competition program.

Sponsors and patrons of the arts from the participants can take part in organizing the competition. The possibility of their participation in organizing the competition is additionally agreed upon with the Organizing Committee.

Video and photography of the competition final by participants and their accompanying persons for personal use is permitted. Professional photo and video shooting of the final is possible only with agreement with the Organizing Committee.

1. Competition jury

The jury of the competition includes highly qualified specialists, cultural and artistic figures from Cheboksary. Performances will be assessed on a 5-point system.

The jury has the right not to award, as well as duplicate individual places at its discretion, as well as introduce additional nominations.

The jury's decision is final and cannot be discussed.

1. Awarding of participants

The winners of the competition are awarded in accordance with the decision of the jury. Each nomination of the competition provides three prizes. The winners are awarded a diploma and memorable prizes. All competition participants receive a certificate of participation.

The awards are held after summing up the results of each nomination. It is impossible to receive awards before the official announcement of the winners. Cups and diplomas are not sent by mail.

1. Competitors

Participating in the competition pupils of preschool educational institutions and additional education institutions aged 4 to 6 years, art and dance clubs and art studios, students of schools, lyceums, gymnasiums and other educational institutions aged 7 to 12 years, regardless of their level of professional training.

1. The terms of participation

To participate in the competition, before March 27, 2017, participants submit to the Organizing Committee an application (Appendix 1) and musical accompaniment (phonogram on a mini-disc, flash drive or CD) by e-mailstudios[email protected] or in person, to any branch of the Golden Key studio at the following addresses: Cheboksary, st. Khuzangaya, 22D or Cheboksary, st. Gladkova, 28.Each medium must contain: “the name of the group/name and surname of the performer, nominations, age group, title of the work and track numbers.” The organizing committee has the right to stop accepting applications before the deadline if the limit of participants has been exhausted.

The application must indicate: Full name participant or team name, age category, number name, timing of the program being performed, necessary technical support.

A participant (group, soloist) has the right to participate in several nominations with the condition of submitting a separate application for each nomination and showing two competitive performances in each declared genre. In this case, payment is made for each application.

A team member performing solo is considered an individual participant.

The duration of one performance in one category should not exceed 5 minutes. If the permissible time is exceeded, the jury has the right to stop the performance.

Substitution of repertoire is prohibited.

Arrangement fee for participation in the qualifying round is 150 rubles from each participant. Each competition number is paid separately. Arrangement fee for participation in the final is 150 rubles from each participant.

Video and photography are not allowed when children perform in the qualifying round.

If less than three participants advance from the qualifying round to the final, the competition is considered invalid.

1. Competitive nominations and age categories

The competition program consists of the following nominations:

— “Vocal - solo”, “Vocal ensemble”;

— “Choreography - solo”, “Choreographic ensemble”;

— “Artistic word”;

— “Magic brush.”

Contestants must comply with all terms and conditions of these Regulations. Any violation of ethical standards of conduct may disqualify contestants from participation.

Participation in the competition implies the unconditional consent of participants with all points of this Regulation.

9.1. Competition nominations

Nomination “Vocal – solo and “Vocal ensemble”

Vocalists in the following categories are invited to participate in the nomination: academic, folk and pop singing. The audio carrier of the participants' phonograms must be a mini-disc or flash drive. All works must be legibly signed indicating the surname, name of the artist, nomination, age group, title of the work and track number. The duration of the song should not exceed 5 minutes. 1 piece of music is performed.

• 4–7 years;
• 8–12 years;

Criteria for evaluation:

- selection and embodiment of the artistic image in the performed work

(artistry, aesthetics of costumes and props);

— compliance of the repertoire with the performing capabilities and age of the performer;

— level of proficiency in vocal technique

— purity of intonation and musical structure;

Musicality, artistry, artistic interpretation of a musical work.

— performing culture

(behavior on stage, working with a microphone);

- for duets and ensembles - coherence, singing;

- general artistic impression.

Nomination “Choreography - Solo” and “Choreographic Ensemble”

Performers of folk, classical, ballroom, street and pop dances are invited to participate in the nomination. The audio carrier of the participants' phonograms must be a mini-disc, flash drive or CD. The duration of one speech should be no more than 5 minutes.

The competition is held in two age groups:

• 4–7 years;
• 8–12 years;

Criteria for evaluation:

— performing skills (technique of performing movements);

- compositional structure of the number;

— compliance of the repertoire with the age characteristics of the performers;

— stage performance (plasticity, costume, props, performance culture);

— artistry, disclosure of artistic image.

Ensembles are divided into duets, trios, quartets and ensembles. The age of the oldest member of the team is decisive for the attitude towards the age category.

Nomination « Artistic word"

At the competition, participants can use a variety of topics: poems about nature, funny poems dedicated to the upcoming holiday; they can be based on the works of one or different authors, as well as their own composition; during the performance, video accompaniment of the performance or accompaniment of the reading with a staging (solo performance, sketch, sketch) is required. The duration of a poem or literary passage should not exceed 5 minutes.

When summing up the results of the competition, children can be assessed in additional categories: “The funniest poem”, “The kindest poem”, “Amazing thing nearby”, etc.

The competition is held in two age groups:

• 4–7 years;
• 8–12 years old.

Criteria for evaluation:

— completeness and expressiveness of the disclosure of the theme of the work;

— artistry, disclosure and brightness of artistic images;

— performing level;

- clear diction;

- complexity of the piece being performed;

— room design (costumes, scenery);

— compliance of the repertoire with the age characteristics of the performers.

Nomination « Magic brush."

Each participant submits one drawing. The competition accepts drawings in any genre and style, using various materials (pencil, pastel, watercolor, graphics, decorative materials, etc.), formats no less than A4 and A5. The drawing must correspond to the content of the theme of the image.

The competition is held in two age groups:

• 4–7 years;
• 8–12 years old.

Criteria for evaluation:

— relevance of the work to the topic;

— degree of independence and creativity;

- originality of the topic;

— correctness and clarity of work design.

Drawings submitted for the competition will not be returned.

The qualifying round program depends on the number of participants and will be posted on March 29, 2017 (2-3 days before the start).

13:30 - awards ceremony for participants in the “Magic Brush” nomination.

The annual ulus creative competition “Hello, we are looking for talents...” was held in Saskylakha, a competition through which every student demonstrates their talents and capabilities. The event was traditionally organized by the Center for Additional Education of Children.

The competition has been held for the third year and has already managed to win the interest and love of the audience and, of course, the participants themselves.

The strict but competent jury included: Tsybikova G.D. – Head of the Department of Culture and Folk Art “Almaz”, Popova M.A. – Head of Department of UKiNT “Almaz”, Klyaus M.I. – methodologist of the Ulus Department of Education, Soktoeva Ch.Ya. – chief specialist on youth policy of the Moscow Region, Spiridonov S.S. - teacher of the Central Children's Education Centre.

In total, 8 competitors from all schools of the ulus took part: Anabar ulus gymnasium, Saskylakh secondary school and Yuryung-Khainskaya. These are Lena Borontsoeva (SSOSH), Masha Zharkova (SSOSH), Sasha Rudykh (AUG), Aina Spiridonova (AUG), Elenadora Spiridonova (YUHSOSH), Angela Lebedeva (SSOSH), Elvira Lebedeva (AUG), Tuprina Miraida (YUHSOSH).

Traditionally, the competition consisted of 6 stages: business card, demonstration of talent, intellectual stage, display of the original genre, parody “One to One” and fashion show. The creative competition showed that our Anabar ulus is truly rich in talented children.

The genre of performance of the competition numbers was different; the participants sang, rapped, demonstrated their acting, sports and dancing abilities and much more. Thus, Sasha Rudykh demonstrated an excellent performance of rap and breakdancing, and Aina Spiridonova managed to captivate the audience with her performance of the song of the world famous Beatles group “Yesterday”. Lena Borontsoeva demonstrated her dancing and acrobatic abilities. The performances of duets by Masha Zharkova and the vocals of Elenadora Spiridonova and Miraida Tuprin received thunderous applause.

And the parody stage was the most interesting, in which the participants transformed into famous artists and singers. There were parodies not only of modern, but also Soviet artists, such as Edita Piekha, Natalya Trapeznikova.

In the original genre, the participants demonstrated their skill and artistry: paper patterns, sand drawing, oriental dance, magic tricks, and clownery. And in the competition there is a fashion show called “Time. Culture. Fashion” participants showed the fashion of the last century: 60s, 90s, retro, hit, Rastafarians.

In the environmental quiz, only Aina Spiridonova was able to show her intellectual abilities. The results of the competition are as follows: nomination “For beauty and charm” - Elvira Lebedeva, “For passion and determination” - Masha Zharkova, “For the will to win” - Elenadora Spiridonova, “For originality” - Sasha Rudykh, “Earth Ambassador” - Angela Lebedeva , “Young Actor” - Tuprin Miraida, “Lark-2017” - Lena Borontsoeva. And the title of winner of the “Talent 2017” competition was won by Aina Spiridonova. All participants of the event were awarded with valuable gifts and certificates. The competition was very fun, lively and interesting, and the organization of the competition was at the highest level.

Competition nominations: vocals, theatrical performances, artistic expression, choreography. One of the most beautiful forms of art is dance! It’s always nice to look at a professional dancer and rejoice in your soul, so the competition program included several choreographic numbers. The jury was presented with choreographic compositions “Oceans of Steel”, “Impulse of the Heart”, “Heroic Strength”, “Weave the Wattle” performed by the technical school dance group. The guys prepared poems and skits, putting all their talent into them. And although some of the few came to show their talents, for some this competition was a start, an impetus for the further development of their abilities. And someone, perhaps, thought about their abilities, which they never dared to show. You just need to develop them and not be afraid of anything. Each of us is unique. Each of us is talented.
