Not all people can fully understand the benefits of magical signs and symbols, and their importance for the development of the culture of the people is simply invaluable. They are passed on from generation to generation, and our task is to convey to descendants all the significance and power of magic in its original form, as far as possible, since much knowledge, unfortunately, has already been lost.

Remember: magical forces are always present in your life, you just have to believe and turn to them for help.

Kabbalah is one of the most controversial teachings. His philosophical theses often cause controversy and bewilderment, and some dogmas clearly contradict the traditional views of the Church. Nevertheless, there are many followers of Kabbalah for whom this teaching becomes close.

This branch of faith is not recognized by many traditional religions for the following reasons:

  1. It is believed that correct teachings cannot be secret, but must be open and clear to all people.
  2. In Kabbalah, God is seen as part of the World, and vice versa. That is, by knowing one thing, you can only better understand the other; these concepts form a single whole.
  3. The doctrine in question is based on magical rites and rituals. His followers actively use all kinds of amulets and rituals, and also use a special language in speech, which is a mixture of numerology and some letters of the Jewish alphabet. It is believed that people who practice sorcery and magic doom their souls to eternal suffering in advance.

Graphic symbols are also used for rituals, each of which contains certain meanings. We will talk about them in more detail.

So, let's look at the main signs:

  1. Cross.
There is no secret meaning here. The meaning of the cross is clear to any person - it is a symbol of faith, connection with God and the Universe. Interestingly, one of the crossbars on the cross is depicted slightly offset. There is an explanation for this. The cross is seen as a kind of symbol of the fact that every person will one day appear before higher powers and give an answer to what has tipped the scales in his life, good deeds or atrocities.
  2. Maltese cross.
Occurs in combination with other symbols. Symbolizes the influential Knightly Order of Malta. It is a sign of power, strength and tradition.
  3. Circle.
A circle is a unique figure. It has no beginning, no end, no boundaries and no corners. This is infinity. She also personifies calm and tranquility. Spouses place wedding rings on each other's fingers as a sign of eternal love and devotion.
  4. Star.
This sign symbolizes an extraordinary person who comes into this world to fulfill a certain mission. When the Savior was born, a flaming star lit up in the sky, thanks to which those around them learned what exactly had happened that night.
  5. Shovel.
There is also such a symbol. It means purification, revelation of the essence, getting rid of everything bad.
  6. Angles, compasses.
These symbols have a connection with the Masonic movement. The meaning encrypted in them can be considered both as a sign of Freemasonry and as a symbol of justice, sincerity, and eternity. The final interpretation depends on the surrounding drawings.

There are other symbols in Kabbalah, some of which are used only in combination with others, creating an integral composition and carrying a deep sacred meaning.

The meaning of the main signs of Kabbalah

Tetragram

This symbol is the most powerful and important of all. The tetragram is also called the hexagram or the seal of Solomon. It looks like a hexagonal star with a point. Pointed upward. This denotes the opposition between God and the Devil. They are often used in white magic and have enormous power.

Occultism and its practitioners very often use this symbol to summon spirits from another world, which, when located in the hexagram, are not able to harm the one performing the ritual.

The Kabbalistic tetragram is not very common, although it is one of the variants of the hexagram. Sometimes it is called the Masonic seal. Inside the star there is a seal of Satan 666. The star includes two triangles with equal sides, and sixes are written on the corners of each of them.

Kabbalistic signs have a great relationship with the Masonic lodge. The Masons themselves consider this Solomon seal to be in honor of the famous king, who left a huge mark on history. The print has two triangles in black and white. Together they form a star with six points. They are marked with Omega and Alpha, which means first and last.

Also significant Kabbalistic symbols are the Pentacle of Solomon, the Tetragrammaton and the Tree of Life.

The Tetragrammaton signifies the name of the Lord, because no one knows it. This word contains several Hebrew letters. This word also carries with it the four elements - water, earth, fire and air. Without these elements, life on earth and human existence in the Universe are impossible. Fire is the symbol of the Lord, water symbolizes motherhood, earth is the symbol of the daughter, and air is the symbol of the son. All this together denotes a completed action.

Pentacle of Solomon

This sign in Kabbalah is magical and powerful. It is connected with the bible and its commandments. This symbol is able to protect a person from negative influences from the outside and attracts success and wealth. Also, its owner will never know what suffering and disasters are; he protects it from misfortunes. The famous Solomon was God's chosen one, he became the ruler of Israel.

Solomon was given a ring by his father David with the image of a pentagram and mysterious signs, which had extraordinary strength and power. At that time, an angel descended from heaven to earth and taught Solomon magical sciences. After this, the king, with the help of the symbol, learned to understand the language of animals and birds, and was able to control the power of the elements and the Universe. Many were confident. That Solomon turned into a wizard, he could directly turn to the Lord himself. God blessed him and guided him, helping him in all his endeavors.

The Pentacle of Solomon is sometimes called a pentagram, which is why there is controversy surrounding it. The pentagram and pentacle carry the same meaning, so they can be considered the same. These symbols represent the Earth and power over it.
The symbols written on the pentacle represent the seven planets of the Universe known to mankind.

To perform the ritual and ensure protection with a talisman in the form of a pentacle, Kabbalah recommends performing the ritual only on Sunday, and it is important that the day is sunny. We need to wait for the waxing moon. The amulet should only be gold, because it is the most noble metal.

You can also create a talisman for a specific cause that is considered very important to a person. In this case, the amulet may be made of another metal, more fragile. You can even make a pentacle out of paper and paint it gold.

The talisman must be cleansed of negative energy. It needs to be fumigated with aromatic smoke; it is recommended to use incense for this. Also, after this, the amulet must be sprinkled with water from the spring. You should not use ordinary running water or church water, it will not bring the desired effect.

After the symbol has been cleaned, you should turn your face to the east, because the Sun rises there, then raise the talisman above your head and ask the Universe for what is really needed. At the very end, you need to apply oil to the amulet with the ring finger of your right hand. If this is not available, then you can use regular sunflower oil, because this plant symbolizes the Sun. Next you should breathe a little on the talisman and say:

"As the moon grows,
So my (name) wealth increases.
Let it be so!"

Tree of Life

This symbol is also very famous in Kabbalah. It is depicted as a diagram of the structure of the Universe. There are ten sephiroth or spheres included in the tree of life. The tree of life is the basis in the entire teaching of Kabbalah; the founders of the teaching tried to explain the existence of the entire universe and this system with the help of mathematical sciences and numbers. People tried to embrace the impossible, learn about the secrets of the creation of the Universe and try to solve the riddles.

Also, the tree of life symbolizes the Lord as the Creator, superman and perfection. The ten spheres symbolize the presence of the Lord in everything in this world. Sometimes they can be interpreted as archetypal states of the human body and consciousness, because there are also ten of them. Each of them corresponds to its own number, celestial body, concept and area of the human body.

The history of the origin of the signs of Kabbalah

The most ancient knowledge based on the teachings of the human spirit is Kabbalah. Many are confident that it is this knowledge that allows us to comprehend the secrets of the universe and the universe. It is with the help of ancient teachings that all doors, mental and physical, can be opened.

This system works and operates, it is designed to help a person and make him understand his true purpose in this world, why he lives and what he should do. Kabbalah helps to find the meaning of life, purpose from above and achieving a happy and peaceful life. You shouldn’t escape understanding from above with the help of meditative techniques; you shouldn’t renounce and go into the depths of consciousness.

Some famous and talented scientists studied Kabbalah in order to understand the reasons for their existence in the Universe. These figures were: Pythagoras, Isaac Newton, Sigmund Freud, Leibniz and many others.

Understanding the secrets of the Universe and your purpose helps you look at ordinary things from a different perspective. All events have their causes and consequences. Nothing happens in life for nothing. Knowledge of spiritual laws and their influence on the material world can strengthen the human spirit and make it resistant to various troubles and tragedies in fate.

The name Kabbalah comes from the Aramaic language and means receiving. Kabbalah accepts every person who wants to comprehend the secrets of his existence. There are no restrictions on faith or background. After all, all people pursue the same goals. Everyone wants happiness for their family and loved ones, good health and prosperity.

Kabbalah does not strive for material things. She studies the spiritual, which cannot be held in one’s hands, but can be clearly felt. These things and values are invisible, but everyone knows about them perfectly and does not doubt their existence. Such desires are called light in Kabbalah, because it manifests itself equally for everyone. However, each person perceives them individually.

Michael Laitman believed that this teaching helps to comprehend the secrets of the universe, but adherents of Kabbalah do not think so. But those who are involved in witchcraft and the occult are more inclined to agree with Laitman. They use Kabbalistic symbols as amulets and talismans.

Kabbalistic rings

Talismans depicting magical symbols are usually often worn as ordinary jewelry. These could be bracelets. Earrings or pendants. However, rings in mythology occupy a separate position, because they personify the infinity of the Universe and the isolation of oneself.

Wedding rings in Kabbalah

Such rings resemble the very first ring of Solomon, because it was with him that the production of such symbols and jewelry began. Solomon's Ring helps develop insight and intuition, a sharp mind and power. The owner of such jewelry becomes a real leader and can influence others, acquires a strong character and success in any endeavor.

Also, followers of the teachings of Kabbalah have a tradition of wearing Kabbalah rings during the wedding ceremony. They help newlyweds maintain peace and tranquility in the family, protect them from troubles and losses, and symbolize married life and fidelity.

Such rings are decorated with pentagrams or pentacles of Solomon, the names of guardian angels and patrons. As well as other sacred symbols. Kabbalah aims to protect people from adversity. Spouses who wear such rings provide themselves with reliable protection from their spouse’s infidelity and betrayal, deception and scandals. Innuendo and damage, witchcraft and the evil eye.

Red thread bracelet

There is a tradition, dating back to ancient times, that you need to tie a red thread on your wrist. The greatest woman of Judah, Rachel, was wrapped in such a thread in her tomb. Since ancient times, people have sought to wrap a thread around the famous tomb, and then tie it on their arm. This amulet had incredible power and provided reliable protection from negative influences, damage and the evil eye.

The Kabbalistic bracelet should be worn on the left hand on the wrist, because it is on this side that the heart is located - the most important organ in the human body. The most powerful energy can pass through it, which protects a person from damage and witchcraft. You just need to tie the thread correctly. If a person independently ties a thread on his hand, then he is not able to protect himself.

It is necessary to tie the thread when using a special ritual. You should ask the red thread to be tied to a person who is free from evil thoughts and thoughts and who treats with love the person for whom the talisman is intended. Then the thread begins to work in full force, and does not allow negative energy to penetrate the body.

The thread should be taken from natural wool. Seven knots should be tied on it, because this number denotes spiritual dimensions. Do not tie the bracelet too tightly to avoid discomfort in your hand. Also, the thread should be bought by the person himself; you should not accept it as a gift.

The original thread is sold in the Jewish city of Netivot. The person who ties the thread must recite a prayer called "Ben Porat" in Hebrew. Before this, he must cleanse his soul of bad thoughts and direct all his energy to doing good and compassion for others. Only in this case the talisman begins to act and protect its owner from adversity.

The teachings of Kabbalah are entirely aimed at protecting a person and his health, both physical and mental. When studying the teachings, you can create your own amulets and talismans, which will then provide reliable protection from evil forces. Kabbalistic teaching is the oldest and is respected by many. You can completely trust him with your life.

Tree of life of the universe Kabbalah

Everything on Earth is filled with signs and symbols. It’s worth asking a question, finding out something, even if not consciously, and the forces of the Universe give signs and clues. You just need to be able to figure it out, to see in a simple and ordinary solution to the complex issues of life and the mysteries of existence.

The science of signs is called semiotics. The French philosopher and semiotician Roland Barthes gives the following definition: “Semiotics seeks to include any systems of signs, regardless of their essence and limitations; images, gestures, musical sounds, objects, and their complex interactions that shape ritual content, norms, or social performance." Thus, semiotics is a means of considering any objects as symbols and signs and their systems.

But in order to recognize an object as a sign, to understand its essence and meaning, it is necessary to think about it as a sign, perceive it as a sign.

In this regard, semiotics is close to magic, to an altered state of consciousness, to a special vision of the world. After all, magic is the desire to see what is hidden; the desire to know the essence of things and the secrets of the world. By revealing secrets, the magician creates his own picture of the world in accordance with his will. By cognizing and changing the world, he cognizes and changes himself. After all, when you influence an object, you yourself are affected. Just as a magician influences the world, so the world influences the magician.

Therefore, in symbols and signs, everyone sees something of their own, personal; transfers part of his soul, his thoughts and desires to the meaning of the object.
And if the descriptions of symbols in this article do not coincide with your opinion, that’s fine.

I look at symbols from my point of view, and you look at them from yours. The more differences, the more complete the picture of the world.

Vesica Piscis, yoni, mandorla

The form Vesica Piscis (Latin for “fish bladder” or “fish eggs”) occurs when two circles intersect.

Vesica piscis is an ancient synonym for yoni, jagat yoni, or vulva. Denotes female creative power, the spirit of the Great Mother, who gave life to the world and the gods. The yoni sign was intended to convey the shape of the female external genitalia, which the ancients clearly defined as the source of female sexual power. In ancient Indian texts, the paradise island of Jambu had a “yoni-like form.” On it grew a sacred, life-giving tree with roses and apples and there was a “diamond seat” (vajrasana), which clearly represented the cosmic clitoris, the center of the creative spirit of the Goddess.

Since ancient times, the female primordial power has been worshiped and deified as the source of life. Why, in later times, did a woman become a lower-class creature, and not only images, but also any mention of genitals became shameful?
For a long time, the feminine principle was suppressed, women were told that it was shameful. They said that the feminine principle is destructive and contrasted it with the creative masculine principle. Even today, a woman is internally depressed and oppressed by this awareness. She constantly feels guilty simply because she was born a woman. In the New Eon, a woman must find true freedom, return to natural principles, and learn the deep creative power of the Primordial Woman.

Yoni also symbolized the primordial waters, which transformed into the waters of the sea and ocean. What more symbolized the beginning of life on Earth than the waters of the primordial Ocean? And what could symbolize fertility more than fish eggs?
It was in this aspect that the ancient Great Mother was associated with fish, sea shells, sea water, salt, ships and fishermen. She often appears as a mermaid with a fish tail or even two tails, like a medieval siren. In her honor, fish was eaten on Fridays, which was her official day, named after Freya, her Scandinavian incarnation. The ancient Romans called Friday Venus Day.
The original symbolism of the yoni as a feminine principle was later decently replaced by various similar symbols.
An example is images of the god Indra. Initially, his entire body was covered with many yoni marks due to the fact that he perceived the power of the fertility of the Goddess.

In later portraits, the yoni were replaced by similar eyes, so that Indra became known as the "beholder" or "thousand-eyed one", rather like the Greek Argus.
O Indra, thousands in the body of the Yoni,
Thousands of eyes on your skin

Every finger of the hand is in action,
Every organ is strong too. – verses of Guru Shivaissa, “Worship of Indra.”

In the Jewish tradition, the overt symbolism of the yoni was replaced by the mandorla - “almond (Italian).”

We find mentions of almonds in the Bible: the tabernacle was made using the image of almonds (“And on the stem of the lamp were four cups like an almond blossom with apples and flowers,” Ex. 37:20), and Aaron’s rod brought almonds as a sign of the great power of fertility (“ The next day Moses [and Aaron] entered into the tabernacle of the testimony, and behold, the rod of Aaron, from the house of Levi, blossomed, budded, sprouted, and brought forth almonds." Numbers 17:8).
Although the original meaning of this sign was well known in the ancient world, it had such magical connotations that Christian artists appropriated it to frame figures of saints or Christ. Christian mystics interpreted the mandorla as the arc of two circles, the left for female matter, the right for the male spirit. Even God and saints are depicted in icons inappropriately framed by female genitalia.

The mandorla is sometimes piously interpreted as a gateway or entrance to heaven. And it is always depicted vertically (traditions are traditions, even if the original meaning is forgotten). There are many explanations for the mandorla in later Christian tradition. The union of opposites, the dualistic unity of Heaven and Earth, life and death, the symbol of eternal sacrifice, the cloud of ascension, the halo-light emanating from the deity are some of the meanings. There is an image of a mandorla composed of seven doves and meaning the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit.

If we continue the two halves of the arc, we get the famous Christian symbol of fish.

In Christianity, fish means baptism, immortality, resurrection (the sign of Jonah). The church fathers called the believers pisciculi (“little fish” in Latin), and the apostles were “fishers of men.” The fish represented Christ in the Roman Christian Church. The reason for this is considered to be the interpretation of the Greek name for the fish “ichthys” - as an abbreviation for the formula “Jesus Christ, Son of God, Savior”. And not only because six of the 12 apostles, according to legend, were fishermen. Perhaps the meaning of yoni, remade into the image of the purity of the Virgin Mary, was partly superimposed here.
In the interpretations of Christian mystics, fish was interpreted as a kind of analogue of kundalini, rising creative energy, the power of the divine spirit. Also, the symbol of the fish is a symbol of the spiritual world, hidden under the waters of the illusion of the material world. The mystical symbol of fishing is the extraction of unconscious elements from the deeply hidden sources of the soul, the search for hidden secrets within one’s “I”.

Three images of the yoni form a triquetra or triquetra (interestingly, depending on whether the ancient feminine or Christian male trinity is symbolized by the sign, the gender of the name also changes):

The triquetra symbol is often depicted with a circle. Possible values – Life. The three wombs that give rise to life on earth, in the seas and in the air, respectively, are connected around the Earth into an inextricable unity.
There are also interpretations of the triquetra as an ancient symbol of the female trinity, personifying youth, maturity and wise old age of the Great Mother; the unity of the three parts of the world - land, sea and sky; the trinity of mind, body and soul.
The sign was very common among the northern peoples of Europe - the Celts, Frisians, and Scandinavians. In general, the triplicity of images was characteristic of the Celts, therefore everything triplicate is traditionally called “Celtic”. After the Celts converted to Christianity, the triquetra became the Christian symbol of the Trinity.

Cross formed by triquetras (Carolingian Cross).

In modern popular culture, the triquetra symbol indicates Norse or Celtic paganism.
Naturally, this symbol was exploited by Christian mystics as a sign of the male trinity, so her originally inappropriate female form was interpreted in this spirit. And the old original meanings dissolved in Christian symbolism...
In Wicca, the triquetra represents the three aspects of the goddess (the virgin goddess, the mother goddess, and the wise crone).
Some researchers give the meaning of this symbol as the movement of the Sun, the three phases of the luminary - at dawn, at zenith and at sunset. But, it seems to me, this is more typical of dynamic symbols like the swastika, triskelion, etc. But more on that in another article.

When connecting three circles we get the Borromean Rings.

The figure is based on a symmetrical arrangement of overlapping rings in such a way that when any ring is removed from the structure, the remaining rings are open. The meaning of the symbol is brotherhood, strength in unity.
It was rings with stones that were used as a symbol in Italy (meaning a product, not a geometric figure).
The name Borromeo rings comes from the surname of the aristocratic Italian Borromeo family, whose coat of arms features this symbol. In the family's palace in northern Italy one can find many examples of the famous emblem:

This symbol was also used by the Medici and Sforza families.

In Japan, the Borromean Rings symbolized the unity of the three worlds - heaven, earth and the underworld of the dead. Images of three intertwined rings are known both on the heraldic coats of arms of noble families and on one of the oldest Shinto shrines on Mount Miwa. The word “miwa” itself consists of two hieroglyphs - “mi” means “three”, and “wa” means “ring”, “circle”. According to legend, the mountain itself represents the body of a kami - a fallen deity or spirit.

Heraldic symbols of Japan:

These days, Borromean rings can be found in various logos. The most famous is the Ballantyne beer logo.

In Christianity, the Borromean rings, like all threefold things, were a symbol of the Trinity.

Drawings from a thirteenth-century manuscript (municipal archives of Chartres, France). In the first picture, the "God of Life" is surrounded by the "Father", "Son" and "Holy Spirit". On the middle “God is” surrounded by “Life”, “Light” and “Word”. In the right picture, two phrases are distributed among the rings - “Trinitas Unitate” (“three in one”) and “Unitas Trinitate” (“one in three”):

The figure similar to the Borromeo rings is the coat of arms of Diana de Poitiers (1499-1566) - the favorite of the French king Henry II.

What is the reason for such a magical image of crescents on the coat of arms of the Duchess de Valentinois, the de facto queen and ruler of France during the reign of Henry II - history is silent. Never before has a favorite had such power as Diane de Poitiers. This secret was explained by magic and witchcraft. As is the secret of Diana’s unfading beauty...
The symbol with the combination of crescents was designed by the architect Philibert de l'Orme.
Philibert de l'Orme is an architect, the author of an essay on architecture, where he cites elements of rectangular projections. He built a castle in Anet for Diane de Poitiers, took care of the restoration of the royal castles of Fontainebleau and Saint-Germain. According to some information, he was the confessor of Henry II.

Symbolic language is a universal language, not tied to any one nation, culture or religion. As E.I. wrote Roerich in his work “Cosmological Records”: “Symbols are necessary to outline the System of Evolution of the Power of the World. The symbols are revealed as milestones in the growth of the consciousness of earthly humanity.” When looking at sacred signs from the depths of the past, from the ancient memory of ancestors, ancient meanings appear in a vague fog. Of course, in the process of human development, the meanings of symbols changed and new concepts were added. And each person is individual. Everyone looks at the world through the filter of their habits, character, morals, etc. For many people, this filter is so thick and cloudy that they are unable to see anything other than their fears and prejudices. But those who follow the path of knowledge of Light, Life, Love and Freedom; those who are able to rise above their nature are able to discard this filter or wipe it to crystal purity. And see the real beauty and greatness of the world...

Modern man is characterized by a craving for everything mysterious, just like his distant ancestors at the dawn of humanity. He is also characterized by fears, the predominant of which is fear of the unknown. It is not surprising that even inveterate skeptics sometimes carry various amulets and talismans with them, put tattoos on their bodies - images of magical symbols, trying to enlist the support of unknown Higher powers.

If earlier, during the period of their emergence, the meaning of esoteric signs belonged to the area of sacred knowledge, accessible only to a select circle of initiates, today everyone who is curious can obtain comprehensive information about them. It is important to know that this type of knowledge should be received with respect and gratitude, and used with caution.

All secret signs have come down to us since pagan times, later supplanted by the Christian religion, which firmly linked everything pagan with witchcraft and evil spirits. This opinion still finds many supporters.

For practical use, you can choose any magical artifact in accordance with personal preferences and goals. It is important not to use it thoughtlessly, but to perform some ritual in order to charge it with your energy. It is advisable to make a talisman yourself, using natural materials: wood, leather, metal, bone, clay.

Be sure to monitor your internal state during the manufacturing process, eliminating negative thoughts and emotions. The finished talisman should be held in your hands, while inhaling, say its name and exhale on it. Thus it is activated. Runes have their own names; It is permissible to come up with names for other amulets.

All occult sciences claim: using magical signs, you can significantly improve your life, in particular, bring more luck and material wealth into it. Signs that bring good luck and wealth:

  • Fehu - the first futhark rune- Scandinavian alphabet. Symbol of wealth and possession. Runes are perhaps the most popular and widespread magical signs. The graphic image of runes is a set of interconnected lines of various configurations.
  • Dazhdbog- Slavic rune of prosperity. The constant attribute of Dazhdbog is the cornucopia. Slavic runes appeared later in time on the territory of modern Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. There is reason to believe that they were borrowed from the Scandinavians, with whom the Slavs were in close contact.
  • Pentacle of Solomon. In the center of the pentacle is a magical shield that protects against financial risks and unreasonable spending. Will help increase income. Refers to Kabbalistic signs. Kabbalah is one of the most mysterious movements in the history of world religions. It is a branch of Judaism and has a developed system of magical signs, many of which were used in the Masonic movement, shrouded in an even denser veil of secrecy.
  • "All-seeing eye"- a sign traditionally considered Masonic, depicts an eye inside a triangle. Sometimes the eye is located at the top of a truncated pyramid. Symbolizes the Great Architect of the Universe, ensures control over world finances.
  • Feng Shui - Chinese Coin of Happiness. In Ancient China it was used for payment; Such coins were available to noble persons with a special position of power. With the advent of printed money, they became rare and acquired their current status of “lucky”.
  • "Wheel of Fortune" symbolizes cyclicality, the change of ups and downs, birth and death. It will bring the owner good luck in matters where luck is the main factor: lotteries, gambling, etc.

Mystical signs, among others, perform the function of protecting the owner from negative energy from the outside. Popularly, such a negative influence is called the evil eye or damage, and is also explained by the influence of evil spirits and evil spirits.

On an energetic level, one can suffer from outside hostility even if the person had no conscious intention to harm. A curse pronounced in the hearts can come true if it is pronounced by a person with strong energy, accompanied by intense emotions.

To strengthen your own biofield and protect against external influences, the following are recommended:

  • Pentacle "Power of Light"- a five-pointed star inside a circle. Each ray represents one of the four elements - water, fire, earth and air, and the fifth symbolizes Spirit. It is no coincidence that a star located with its point up means the Divine principle, while in an inverted position it means the devilish. Grants power over supernatural forces and protects against their possible harmful influence.
  • Atlantean sign. It was discovered during archaeological excavations in 1860. It has radiation that gives strength to resist aggressive external influences, including intentional ones (evil eye, damage, curse). Promotes the development of intuition and paranormal abilities.
  • Yin-Yang (Tai Chi)- An ancient Chinese sign of the fusion of the feminine and masculine principles, personifying the Unity of opposites. Protects from evil spirits.
  • Abracadabra. A triangle with the point down, inside which a mantra is written in descending order from the complete word to the last letter. It is recommended to wear it as an amulet and recite the mantra. With the vibrations created, it is easy to strengthen your biofield and protect yourself from illness, need, and accidents.
  • Runes are also powerful amulets:

    • Algiz. Provides protection not only from the harmful influence of others, but also from accidents. In addition, it enhances intuition, thereby helping to anticipate upcoming troubles.
    • Berkana. Protects women during pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation. Brings harmony and prosperity to the family.
    • Alatyr. The ancient Slavs considered this rune to be a strong protection for children.
    • Raido (Rainbow among the Slavs) will protect you on the way, and will also help you find a way out of a difficult situation.

“In the beginning was the Word”... It is difficult to overestimate the importance of words as symbolic meanings of objects and phenomena, not only those around us, but also abstract, imaginary ones. Scientists conducted a demonstration experiment: they pronounced words of different content over a glass of water.

Words carrying a negative meaning deformed the water molecule, making it shapeless and ugly. If we remember that a person consists of 80% water, we can come to completely clear conclusions.

In ancient times and the Middle Ages, conspiracies and spells were actively used by mystics for a wide variety of purposes: treatment, expelling evil, love spells, removing the evil eye and damage, exorcizing demons, communicating with the other world. Adherents of black magic did not hesitate to cause direct harm to others for their own selfish interests.

For those who decide to use the knowledge of the ancients in practice, there are a number of conditions:

    1. Keeping the fast.
    2. Spiritual cleansing. Prayer, meditation, mindfulness.
    3. Unity with nature. It is advisable both during the preparation period and during the ritual.
    4. Sincerity and purity of intentions while casting a spell.

An example of an ancient Slavic spell - amulet:

In the name of Svarog and Perun, I will drink my fate to the dregs. In the name of Veles, I invoke the blood of my ancestors. Get ready, kind of strength. Rise, ancestors, from the grave. Protect your son (daughter) (name), endow him with the purity of the family. So that the evil eye does not touch you, so that you wake up with a smile, so that the path and heart are open. The doors of truth and essence will open! I call on Svarog, I shelter my son (daughter) (name) with his protection. It will become true, he will not part with the Gods.

All sacred knowledge is designed to provide its followers with eternal life. The methods used to achieve this goal are very different: the same magical signs and symbols, as well as agmas and mantras.

Mantras came to us from Hinduism and are also used in Buddhism. They are a set of sounds that need to be pronounced in concentration, in a meditative state, with a high degree of awareness. They are analogous to a prayer or spell. One of the most impressive is the Mrityunjaya mantra, Conquering Death.

    OM TRYAMBAKAM YAJAMAHE

    SUGANDHIM PUSTI VARDHANAM

    MRITYOR MUKSHIYA MAMRITAT OM.

    Worship of the Three-Eyed Lord,

Shiva, the Fragrant One who Brings Good!

Capable of breaking the bonds of birth and death,

May He grant us freedom from death for the sake of Immortality!”

The mantra is a powerful protection against fatal diseases, snake bites, and accidents.

A variety of Vedic mantras are Slavic agmas- short spells of one to three words that can establish a connection between the caster and the Gods and forces of nature. They are usually pronounced 77 times. They change a person’s internal energy and thereby provide the opportunity to change the surrounding reality. The main agma of the Slavs sounds like "Rhode-sake-rado".

Of the talismans associated with immortality and eternity, the most notable are:

    • Ankh- An ancient Egyptian cross with a rounded upper part, which symbolizes rebirth. The key to health and longevity. It is a kind of key that opens doors to another world.
    • Longevity Knot- a complex geometric figure without beginning or end, personifying infinity. Tibetan sign. Reveals to seekers the secrets of immortality and eternal youth, brings health and harmony.
    • The above Taiji, better known as Yin – Yang, signifying infinity and eternal life.
    • Yantra Shambhala– found in ancient manuscripts in the foothills of the Himalayas. Shambhala, according to Tibetan legends, is a mythical country where only an enlightened person, pure in heart and mind, can go. This sign provides a connection with a parallel world.

Symbols of eternal life surround us throughout our entire existence. These can be plants, animals, objects, etc. Thus, the pomegranate is a symbol of eternal life in Christianity, and the peach in China. The well-known symbol of Eternity is a snake biting its tail.

In Ancient Egypt, the scarab beetle was revered as the emblem of immortality, and in Ancient Greece, the butterfly. The Egyptian pyramids with their special energy fields, called torsion fields, are associated with immortality and eternity.

Our Universe is full of mysteries, and many of them were known to the ancients. The revival of interest in centuries-old sacred knowledge will bring undoubted benefit to humanity and will reveal the limitless possibilities of the Spirit.

Many modern people surround themselves with various anti-Christian or directly satanic or magical symbols without even knowing about it. Many believers do not realize that they are going to church with a symbol, such as the "church of Satan"; on the shirt. Young people are surprised when they learn that certain fashion icons are a symbol of the fight against Christ and the Church, a sign of worship of the devil. Understanding the limited knowledge on this topic, I will try to tell you about the most common ones in modern pop culture mystical and magical symbols, and understand their meaning.

Varies depending on time and culture the meaning of mystical and magical symbolism.

    1. RING OF THE ATLANTS (Sign of the Atlantes)
This is most often the ring of the Atlases - a metal ring with poured images of rectangular geometric figures. The sign consists of three centrally located rectangles. On the sides of these figures there are three smaller rectangles, as well as isosceles triangles, which complete the entire composition.
The history of this Atlantean ring comes from Egypt. In 1860, the French Egyptologist Pierre d'Agrain found a ring with a similar image during excavations, but this symbol did not correspond to Egyptian culture, then researchers began to attribute it to the mythological civilization of the Atlanteans, whose heirs they considered the ancient Egyptians.
According to ancient Greek legends, the mythical Atlantis was located on the sea islands and was completely flooded as a result of an unknown natural disaster. This performance has always attracted the attention of magic lovers and seekers of secret knowledge. The ring and symbol of the Atlanteans immediately became popular among esotericists and psychics (Roger de Lafforest, de Belizal), who began to study it and “discover” its miraculous properties. But in order for this item to start working, it is necessary to perform special magical rituals. After the appropriate completion of all rituals, the person cannot transfer the ring to others; she is, as it were, “tied” to it.
The modern fashion for Atlantean rings is associated with the active work of esotericists, in line with the well-known New Age ideology, which seeks to unite all beliefs, religions and magic, subordinating them to some kind of magic of worship of the forces of nature. Obviously, the New Age ideology comes into conflict with Christianity and other world religions, which believe: a person who wears this Atlantean ring and accepts the New Age violates God's first commandment, rejecting Christ as the only Savior and Guardian of man.

    2. PACIFIC (Cross of Nero; Chicken Foot; Broken Cross, Peaceful, Peaceful)
One of the most popular symbols in the modern world. He imagines
is a circle divided by a line passing through the middle to the center of the circle, where it branches into two lines extending to the sides at right angles. Researchers claim that the pacific came to us from ancient India. The cross broken into an inverted "Y" (Om and Aum) has a deep esoteric meaning. This sacred sign for Hinduism, Buddhism and Brahmanism symbolizes Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva - as the divine embodiment of the beginnings of the creative, protective and destructive. It is with Om that many prayers and spells begin. Szandor LaVey, founder of the modern Church of Satan, began using this symbol in black mass rites, orgies, and as decoration for the devil's altar. He claimed that the "Pacific Sign" has always been a favorite symbol of Satanists. The ritual of accepting new members into this community involves the public breaking of the cross, as a sign of breaking all ties with Christianity. After this, the broken cross is hung on the recruit’s neck as a sign of reconciliation with Satan.
In the history of Europe, a similar peace sign can be found among the symbols of the ancient Celts, as well as the symbols of runic writing (Algiz rune). The sign of the cross with the branches depicted upward symbolized a person (raising his hands to the sky), and the inverted one symbolized the kingdom of the dead, the lower worlds. In medieval sources, this peace symbol was called a chicken paw or a witch's foot. This sign also adorned Muslim banners during their attack on Spain in 711.
In general, the spread of pacificism in the modern world is associated with the name of the philosopher B. Russell, an activist of the Communist Teachers League of England and the Masonic lodge Fabian Society; at his request in the 1950s, lawyer Gerald Holtom should was to invent a sign that would become a symbol of all “left” peace fighters. Jeralt Holt used the cross of Nero, after which the American movement (hippies), generously financed by the Soviet Union, began promoting this symbol under the slogan: “make love, not war!” (Make love, not war). This sign especially began to be identified with pacifism after a loud demonstration at the British Nuclear Energy Development Center (Aldermaston, 1958); pacifists say that this symbol means a composition of the letters “N” and “D” as a slogan for the fight for nuclear disarmament. , and the circle symbolizes peace. Hippies saw this sign as a rose or a fist that breaks a weapon. It is interesting that the activation of the pacifist movement and the development of the hippie subculture was accompanied by a passion for Satanism. LaVey was a guru to many hippies as a champion of sexual freedom, extreme hedonism and anarchism.
The example of the peace sign shows how an esoteric or satanic sign can be disguised as a symbol of the struggle for peace. Some claim that this particular cross was used by Nero as a symbol of the persecution of Christians (hence one of the names of this symbol), but there is no historical evidence for this.

    3. CROSS WITH A LOOP (ANK, Onk, Ankch, Egyptian cross, ankh)
This ankh sign is so similar to the Christian cross that many mistake it for the sign of Christ the Savior. In fact, ANK has its origins in ancient Egypt, where this hieroglyph was considered a symbol of life, fertility and reincarnation. This is a symbol of the god Ra (the sun god), whose worship was expressed in sexual orgies - a symbol of fertility (the sun as a source of fertility). Therefore, the ANC is often called the "Egyptian cross of life." The horizontal line of the symbol, forming a loop, means the rising sun, and the vertical line means the rays. These lines are also interpreted as a symbol of the elements of the masculine (vertical line - phallic sign) and feminine (horizontal loop line - symbol of female fertility) principles. The combination of these two elements is interpreted as a symbol of the regeneration of life through conception, birth and reincarnation.
The Ankh is also a symbol of sexual promiscuity and contempt for virginity. Many modern occult groups use it as a talisman. The Ankh sign can be seen on Tarot cards, in images of Egyptian pyramids and mummies, as a symbol on the cover of albums of some rock musicians.

    4. SCARAB BEETLE (holy beetle, kheper)
In ancient Egyptian mysticism, the dung beetle was a symbol of reincarnation. "Kheper" means "to be", "to be realized". The very graphic form of the scarab beetle was considered divine by the Egyptians. They believed that it reproduced from itself. Hence the belief in his divinity. According to beliefs, an amulet with a scarab helps a person to be reborn to eternal life.
In occultism, the scarab beetle became a symbol of Beelzebub (Satan) - the lord of the flies. Wearing a scarab means having strength, being protected from other bad, occult forces.

    8. YIN AND YANG (Ying Yang)
This is an ancient Chinese symbol meaning metaphysical (absolute) dualism of reality.
The bifurcation into black and white parts, separated as if by an inverted letter “S”, means the opposition of the primary elements of the Universe, which differ, but at the same time mutually complement themselves to unity. The black element (yin) symbolizes femininity, the passivity of reality, and the white (yang) symbolizes its masculine, dominance. Yin and Yang are considered two energies that revolve around two poles, transforming one into the other. In this variability of the opposite elements of the universe, a continuous source of movement, life, fertility, and change is seen.
The duality of the elements of nature was known to many ancient cultures, contributing to the development of medicine, physics, and also esotericism. The doctrine of the dualism of the universe is one of the fundamental principles of New Age teaching. Proponents of this teaching claim that the complementarity of opposite elements ascends from the simplest elements to the highest spheres, where the All merges in the All. New Age, striving for a synthesis (mixing into one) of all religions, teaches that God and Lucifer are complementary, are just manifestations of the same Divinity. Good and evil are only vibrations of the same field. This doctrine is well known in history as Neoplatonism and its branches. Christian teaching considers belief in the dualism of reality absolutely unacceptable. There is only one absolute (mandatory) element - God, and the devil is just a creature, a secondary element, optional.

    9. PENTAGRAM (five-pointed star, star of Solomon, star of Pythagoras, star of Isis)
The pentagram is one of the most important symbols of occultism and satanism. This is a five-pointed star
inscribed in a circle. The solitary end of the star symbolizes the spirit directed towards heaven (up) or hell (down). Other edges symbolize man's presence in the natural world. The four ends of the star are the four main elements: wind, fire, earth and water. The full star symbolizes a person (in general) who is balancing between the sky (upper end) and earth-nature (the other 4 ends). Some people see a human figure in a five-pointed star (the 4 ends of the star are the arms and legs of a person, and the upper end is the head). The circle around the star is interpreted as a mystical, protective shell of a person.
This is one of the most common symbols in human history. The oldest pentagrams were found in ancient Ur (the center of the Mesopotamian civilization) and dated back to 3500 BC. BC. It is believed that this symbol was used as a royal seal. The five-pointed star can be found in pagan, Hebrew, and ancient Christian symbolism. Currently, this symbol is widely used in magic, occultism, and Satanism.
Among the ancient pagans, this symbol was known as the symbol of the goddess Kori, the apple, like the fruit of this goddess, divided in half, contains a “pentagram” at its core. The ancient Pythagoras considered the pentagram a symbol of perfection, being carried away by the proportions of this sign. They used this symbol as their identification mark. The ancient Celts considered the pentagram a symbol of the goddess of the underground - Morgan. The symbolism of the number "5" was very much inscribed in Celtic and, later, Irish culture.
Among ancient Christians, the five-pointed star was known as a symbol of truth and mysticism. This symbol was often identified with the Star of Bethlehem or the Star of the Three Kings. Christians saw the star as a symbol of the five wounds of Christ (on the pierced arms, legs and side). Some researchers say that King Solomon used the pentagram as a weapon against evil spirits. It is also believed that Emperor Constantine used this symbol as a seal and a sign of defense against evil spirits. And medieval knights saw in the star a symbol of the five knightly virtues: generosity, courage, worship of the lady of the heart, courage and piety.
Researchers say that the attitude of Christians towards the pentagram began to change under the influence of the Inquisition. This symbol was considered the symbol of the Templars, who, in addition to the inquisitors, used the pentagram as a symbol of the demon Baphomet.
In the symbolism of magic and occultism, the pentagram has a very rich content. A star without a circle means internal decay, conflict, struggle. The five ends of the star are a symbol of: 1) the five bodily senses of man; 2) five worlds (physical, aesthetic, astral, mental and spiritual); 3) five Chinese elements (4 natural elements and the spirit that controls them). In the neo-pagan cults of Wicca ("Wicca" means "sorceress"), especially in its Gardnerian tradition, the inverted pentagram in a circle is considered a symbol of a high level of secret initiation. This is one of the most important symbols of magic, the embodiment of earth, matter, as well as the gateway to the astral world (the window of demons). The star in the latter meaning is used by various energy therapists, psychics, warlocks, etc.
The pentagram is considered one of the most important symbols of the Freemasons. According to Masonic beliefs, the five-pointed star symbolizes a person (adam-eve) who is reborn (a symbol of pagan initiative humanism). Some call the regular pentagram the symbol of "good Lucifer", and the inverted one (Baphomet) - the symbol of "bad Satan" (samael-lilith). The transition from one form of pentagram to another occurs through a rotation of 33 degrees. In Masonic symbolism, the number “33” crosses all levels of initiation. Freemasons use the pentagram in occult practices, ceremonial magic, and also as a symbol of social struggle (the communist star). Leon Trotsky - Bronstein, a member of the Grand East Masonic lodge, who knew well the esoteric meaning of the pentagram, proposed it as a symbol of communism. Modern Freemasons often associate the symbol of the pentagram with the symbolism of the "G" monogram.
This sign is also used by many rock musicians (Motley Crue, Danzig, Morbid Angel, etc.), as well as in computer games, tendentious films and shows.
From the point of view of Christianity, the five-pointed star itself does not carry absolute negative symbolism.

    10. BAPHOMET (goat head star)
This is the most important symbol of Satanists. It represents the head of a goat inscribed in a circle.
The five extreme points of the head form a pentagram pointing downwards. Sometimes various runic symbols or words are written at these points or in the circle. The two upper ends of the star (goat horns) symbolize the eternal dualism of the universe: good and evil. The separate end of the star, directed downward, points to hell and expresses the essence of Satanism: denial, objection, inversion (opposition to Christianity). The circle in the symbol expresses protection from the influence of other demons, as well as power and eternity. In many magical or satanic rituals, participants must be inside the circle. Both the pentagram and the baphomet are used among the primary symbols of the Masonic Order of Eastern Star (MOES). This sign is used by various musicians (Venom, Slayer, etc.), as well as by everyone who sympathizes with Satanism.

    11. SWASTIKA (twisted cross)
An equilateral cross with ends bent (intertwined) at right angles to the left was common in ancient Hindu and Celtic cultures, symbolizing the sun and fire. The intertwined ends of the cross signified the four winds, four seasons, and four directions of the world. The very name “swastika” is translated from Sanskrit as “bringing happiness.” Some believe that the term was synonymous with the word "talisman". The oldest images of the swastika date back (about 100,000 years ago). Different nations have their own names for swastikas: “gammadion”, “croix”, “Hakenkreuz”, fylfot;…...
The swastika, twisted at the ends to the right, seems to repeat the movement of the Sun and symbolizes solar cults. As a symbol of pagan gods, it was considered a symbol of fertility and happiness. The swastika twisted to the left is a symbol of night, magic, and the bad goddess Kali (India). It must be said that the swastika belongs to those symbols whose meaning has changed greatly depending on time and culture.
The oldest Indian swastikas date back to 3.5 - 2.5 thousand years BC. They still adorn Hindu holy books to this day. After the emergence of Buddhism, the swastika also began to be called “footprints of the Buddha.” The swastika was used by ancient American tribes as a solar sign. Ancient Jewish synagogues in Africa and Palestine also had swastikas in their ornaments. Among the ancient Slavs, this symbol was known as “svarytsa” (from the god Svarog) or “circle” and was associated with solar cults. Among the Germanic tribes there was a three-pointed swastika (triskelion). It can still be found among ornaments, for example, in Sicily.
However, to modern people, the swastika is most associated with Hitler's Nazism. The Nazi swastika is believed to have its origins in German Masonic organizations. In 1914, this symbol was first publicly used by the youth organization "Wandervogel" as a symbol of German nationalism. In 1918, the German organization "Thule" arose (the name is associated with an island discovered in the North Sea in the 4th century BC, which Ptolemy considered the end of the world). This was the Bavarian lodge of the Old Russian Masons of the Order of the Germans. This organization was led by "Baron Sebottendorf" (real name - Adam Glauer), a German businessman and traveler, an honorary citizen of Turkey, "Master of the Order of the Rosicrucians". This man, by the way, financed the development of German gas weapons, which were used in World War I. The organization he led used the swastika as a special sign. In 1920, Dr. Friedrich Krohn, a Thule member and renowned occultist, proposed the swastika to Hitler as a symbol of National Socialism. A swastika in a white circle on a red background symbolized the idea of the movement (red color - society, white - nationalism, swastika - the victorious struggle of the Aryans). Interestingly, according to Krohn’s project, the swastika was bent traditionally (to the left), but Hitler ordered its ends to be turned to the right, which symbolized protest, spiritual death and black magic. In 1946, after the defeat of the Nazis, the swastika was banned. But to this day it is used as a symbol of racists and Nazis.

    12. TRIANGLE symbol
Multi-valued symbol. In some understanding (necessarily pointing upward) is used by Christians as a symbol of the Virgin. Trinity. In other meanings it is popular among Freemasons and occultists. An upward-pointing triangle is a symbol of masculinity, and a downward-pointing triangle is a symbol of femininity. Accordingly, these signs are considered symbols of fire or water, good spirits or evil ones. When two opposite triangles are connected, a Hexagram appears - a new symbol rich in meaning.

    13. HEXAGRAM (Six-pointed star; Seal of Solomon; Star of David)
One of the most important symbols of the occult, which is widely used to summon demons. Occultists point out that this sign consists of two triangles turned in the opposite direction. This combination of triangles symbolizes the interaction of opposites for the continuation of life. The hexagram, as the "seal of Solomon", was used by the Jews, but had no occult meaning. This symbol acquired a magical or occult meaning under the influence of Kabbalah. Like many of the other symbols mentioned here, the hexagram is used in tarot cards and other occult objects. By Soona
    14. EYE OF HORUS
The symbol "Eye of Horus" (Horus) was borrowed by occultists from the religion of ancient Egypt. The right eye of Horus symbolized activity and the future, and the left eye symbolized passivity and the past. The combination of these two symbols symbolizes omniscience and omnipotence. In both ancient Egypt and the occult, the Eye of Horus is touted as a protector against bad influences, a restorer of health and a new vision of life. However, in fact, the eyes of Horus mean a special “window”; for deceased souls (the channel of their contact with the world) and the gate of reincarnation. Modern occultism sees Lucifer in the symbol - the ruler of the underworld. His half-closed Eye means that despite the mistaken belief of some that Satan cannot see them, he is closely observing everything.

    15. GOAT HEAD
This symbol was borrowed by occultists and Satanists from ancient German mythology, where it meant a sacrificial goat. Researchers also associate this symbol with the Templars, who allegedly used it. Some associate this symbol with the widely used symbol of the head of Baphomet. Satanists see it as a mockery of Christ's sacrifice - the Paschal Lamb.
This is definitely a satanic symbol.

    16. HORNED PALM
The left palm with the fingers (little and index fingers) folded in the shape of goat horns is a sign of greeting among Satanists and occultists.
Using the left hand means: 1) negativism, opposition to good (the right hand is a symbol of goodness and reconciliation); 2) a free right hand means readiness to fight, strike. Some see this symbol as an imposition on the Goat's Head symbols; and "Baphomet". The cover of the Satanic Bible with this sign features a photo of ASLaVey (founder of the Satanic Church). The horned palm is widely used in the symbolism of various music shows, especially heavy metal, as a sign of promoting negativism. Often this sign in the form of an image or photo can be found on clothing and youth shirts.
For Christians, this sign is absolutely unacceptable, since it has an unambiguous satanic and occult meaning.
In Christian circles, some use the sign of the right palm with the index and middle fingers extended as a symbol of Christ's victory over death and Satan. The horned fingers form the letter “V” (“victoria” (Latin) - victory). These two fingers when folded (closed) are also used as a symbol of the dual nature of Christ as God and Man.

    17. WINGED DISC (solar ball; twisted ram horns; twisted snakes; winged ball)
It is a symbol of occult power. It is known in ancient Egypt as a symbol of the Sun God - Ra. Often this sign is combined with the sign of the falcon (solar symbol of the god Horus). For the Egyptians, falcon wings symbolized the Earth in the solar system. Interestingly, in Hebrew “ra” is translated as “to turn good into nothing.” The winged ball is used in tarot cards, magical practices, and on the covers of music albums of bands associated with the occult or Satanism.

    18. UNICORN
It is a symbol of sexual freedom and promiscuity. Widely used by propagandists of the New Age movement, as well as feminists who fight for the abolition of gender differences. According to symbolism, the merging of two horns into one means the complete erasure of differences between men and women. Therefore, it is used by propagandists of feminism, homosexuality, promiscuity and deviation.

    19. DIANA and LUCIFER
Known until recently as a symbol of Islam, recently it has been gaining strong satanic meaning. Satanists and occultists use this sign in various types of spells as a symbol of Diana (goddess of the Moon) and Lucifer (morning star).

    20. PYRAMID WITH THE HEAD OF A FALCON (messenger of Lucifer)
This symbol is common among occultists, masons and Satanists. The sign combines many elements of old pagan symbols (pyramid, falcon). Carries the meaning of the Masonic "universal god".
According to Christian traditions, wearing it means discarding faith in God, the Bible (with all the ensuing consequences) and confessing faith in the “universal god” invented by the Freemasons, behind whose cult is often hidden the cult of Satan.

    21. BROKEN LIGHTNING ("SS")
The symbol is often found in the mysticism of the ancient East. Widely used by modern occultists and Satanists, who use this sign under the influence of the biblical story of Satan "falling from heaven like lightning." This is a symbol of the power of Satan the destroyer. Under the influence of occultists, this sign was used by Nazi punitive forces (SS death departments). Now this symbol is widely used by skinheads, musicians (KISS, Black Sabbath, AC / DC, etc.)..

    22. MARK OF THE BEAST (666; F; three rings)
Four different symbols in which the "Mark of the Beast" is encoded, known from the biblical book of the Apocalypse. According to the symbolism of the Holy Scriptures, the number “6” means incompleteness (unlike “7” - a symbol of perfection). The use of the symbol "F" is due to the fact that it is the sixth letter in the Latin alphabet. The use of three mating wheels (rings) means a combination of rounded three sixes.
The Book of the Apocalypse says that people will wear the mark of the beast on their foreheads and hands. This is sort of a contrast to what the Bible says about God's mark, which will also be on the forehead and on the hand. Researchers explain the sign of God on the forehead as the acceptance of a certain type of thinking (devotion to God), and the sign on the hand as the practical implementation of a way of thinking. Likewise, the same meaning will be reversed on those who take on the mark of the beast (in thought and action).
Regarding the numbers "666" themselves; researchers (eg Wallace) point out that from the point of view of translation accuracy, this sign should be understood not as a symbol of a person, but of humanity (the human race). But this argument can be weakened by the thesis that "humanity"; in this context can be expressed by a certain person (the best representative of the human race). Unfortunately, sensation seekers throughout history have used this symbolic figure for favorable interpretations.
To dispel the unhealthy fear of this figure, it is worth noting that many researchers point to the oldest manuscripts of the Apocalypse (for example, manuscript “C”), where the number “616” is written, not “666”. It is interesting that with a certain interpretation algorithm, both the number “616” and “666”; can be translated from Old Gabrean as "Caesar Nero". For some scientists, this is a sufficient argument to claim that Nero was a prototype of the future Antichrist. But other researchers criticize this as a stretch, where instead of a clearly symbolic understanding of the number, attempts are made to interpret it literally. This position is supported by an argument from the later text of the book, where John draws attention to the need for intelligence and wisdom to comprehend numbers, which would mean the need for spiritual discernment rather than calculation (Michaels, Hendricksen).
History and research show that attempts (in this case) to translate digital symbols into letter correspondences are absurd and interpretative stretches. It is enough to turn on your imagination and you can create hundreds of words and phrases that, as a result of arbitrary juggling with Greek, Latin or Hebrew, will “reveal to you the real name of the Antichrist.”
"Mark of the Beast"; turned out to be an ideal symbol for expressing protest or hatred towards Christianity. Therefore, this sign in modern culture is clearly perceived as anti-Christian. Its meaning should not be exaggerated (it is just a symbol). But we also cannot play along with those who use any excuse to show their disrespect for Christ.

    23. WEAVING Ribbons
According to occultists, this symbol expresses endless and lasting unity with the forces of the cosmos. Due to its occult nature, possibly due to its connection with evil spirits, the sign should not be worn by Christians.

    24. BUTTERFLY
One of the main symbols of "New Age". Just as a caterpillar spins into a cocoon, transforms and emerges as a butterfly, so humanity, according to the faith of the New Era, moves from a past era to a new one. This means that the butterfly is a symbol of the new humanity of the future, which will live according to the principles of "New Age", and the caterpillar is a symbol of the old, bad, traditional humanity.
The symbol of a stylized moth is often found in films, books, and jewelry.

    25. UDYAT (all-seeing eye)
This is the all-seeing eye of Lucifer - the ruler of the underworld. An eye that is not completely closed means that it sees everything and is watching the person. Often a tear is drawn on the eye, which symbolizes the cry of an evil spirit over those who do not want to succumb to it. It is promoted by various musicians associated with magic, the occult or Satanism. This symbol can be found in various films, magazines, album covers and publications for children.

    26. ANARCHY
A symbol of discarding any principles and laws.
Initially, this sign was used among anarchist-minded fans of “punk rock”, then “hard rock”. Now it is a ubiquitous symbol of supporters of the ideology of anarchy.

    27. CHURCH OF SATAN
This symbol of the Church of Satan in San Francisco. Recently, it has been propagated by supporters of Satanism all over the world, among whom there are many rock musicians (for example, Duran, Seven and the Ragged Tigen, etc.).

    28. TOLERANCE (religious tolerance; tolerance)
A symbol used by Freemasons and supporters of the New Age movement to express their doctrine of religious syncretism (mixing), the alignment of all religions, with the goal of creating a super religion of the New Age, where all differences will be erased and a new, undefined faith will arise. This symbol adorns the Masonic Grand Lodge of Israel.

    29. MASONIC SYMBOLS

Due to the fact that Freemasonry is a very heterogeneous and controversial ideological movement,
Let's look at just some of the most common:

    1. The cord is a sign of Masonic unity.
    2. Triangle and compass - a symbol of the ability to manage people.
    3. Hammer - a symbol of power, will, action. Masonic meetings begin and end with the blow of a gavel.
    4. Hammer and chisel - a symbol of the facial treatment process.
    5. Eye in a triangle ("Delta", "Logos", "Principle of Creation", "Great Architect of the Universe") - in contrast to the Christian symbol of "Divine Providence", Masons use a similar symbol as a sign of God the Architect, or - in the case Satanic Freemasons - like the eye of Satan, which controls everything (Adam Weishaupt; Lodge “Consecration”, etc.).
    6. The compass is a symbol of humane love, the union between the mind and knowledge (exact sciences).
    7. Compasses and square - symbolism of a tie to the sign of the hexagram (two composed triangles).
    8. A dot (point) in a circle (circle) is a symbol of the Mason’s time limitations, as well as a sign of the phallic cult.
    9. The fiery star is a symbol of freethinking.
    10. Acacia, as well as Lebanese cedar - a symbol of immortality, the Masonic desire for light.
    11. The letter "G" is a symbol of the great deity, as well as geometry and perfection. This is a monogram of symbolic terms: geometry, genius, generation, gravity, gnosis. All five of these symbolic terms are often framed by Freemasons in the form of a five-pointed star. For Scottish Freemasons, this symbol means the Masonic God.
