On the platforms there are voluminous decorations decorated with flowers and giant floral compositions. Having completed a “lap of honor” on Palace Square, the objects of the “Flower Parade” will take their positions and become exhibits of the exhibition, accessible to the public.
After this, the official opening ceremony of the Festival will take place on a large stage installed on Palace Square, and an extensive competition program will take place under the symbolic name “Flower Show”. Flower Festival and St. Petersburg: how it was
