The cooled fillet is cut into small cubes and fried until a golden crust forms on it. Peppers and onions are cut into rings and fried in a separate frying pan. The tomato is grated on a coarse grater and combined with dry spices and garlic, which is pre-crushed with a press.

Add boiled pasta to the vegetables and simmer, stirring for 5-10 minutes. Then place the fried fillet in the frying pan and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Another simple recipe is pasta with chicken fillet, which can be called navy pasta.

To prepare the dish you will need the same ingredients as in the classic recipe, but minced meat is used instead of meat. The pasta or pasta is boiled, the onion is cut into small pieces, and the garlic is pressed through a press. Place all this in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over low heat until golden brown.

Then add the cooled minced meat and cook for 15-20 minutes, separating the pieces of minced meat with a spatula. If you want to cook a delicious dish in a hurry, you can limit yourself to pasta in a slow cooker. You can complement the dish with chicken fillet in cream sauce. Creamy sauce with carrots and onions turns chicken fillet into an unusually tender dish. To prepare creamed chicken with pasta, a multicooker with a power of 960 W and a 4-liter cooking bowl was used.

For preparation you will need:

  • fillet - 700 g;
  • medium carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • medium-sized onion - 1 pc.;
  • wheat flour - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • 10 percent cream - 100 ml;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;
  • Italian seasoning.

The washed meat is cut into small cubes. Add hot water to the flour and mix thoroughly. Place chopped meat in a multicooker bowl and add sunflower oil. Set it to “Warm up” mode for 25 minutes. While the fillet is being cooked in a slow cooker, chop the vegetables (carrots and onions). After 7-10 minutes, add chopped vegetables and seasoning with salt to the bowl.

Everyone is stirred and left to continue cooking. After about 7-10 minutes, pour in the combined flour and water and pour cream over everything. Suspend the remaining time. Then leave it on automatic heating for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, pour the finished pasta into the bowl.

Cooking chicken fillet in the oven

You can also cook pasta with chicken breast in the oven.

For this you will need:

  • meat (breast) - 700 g;
  • tomatoes - 500 g;
  • bell pepper - 300 g;
  • onion - 80 g;
  • sunflower oil - 80 g;
  • pasta - 300 g;
  • hard cheese - 200 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • greens for decoration.

The breast must be freed from skin and bones and cut into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Then fry the meat with onions, when it releases its juices, add salt and ground black pepper, it is important not to dry out the meat. Wash the tomatoes, pour boiling water over them, remove the skins and cut into cubes. Wash the bell pepper and cut into cubes.

Mix the meat with vegetables and place on a greased baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. At this time you need to boil the pasta. Place the finished pasta on a plate, add the baked breast on top and sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Another recipe for making pasta with chicken fillet is with mushrooms in the oven. It would be more correct to call this dish a casserole.

Then the broth obtained by boiling the chicken, cream and white wine are poured into it. Salt and pepper to taste. The sauce is boiled over low heat. It is considered ready as soon as it boils. Boiled chicken fillet, divided into portions, is dipped into the prepared sauce.

Mushrooms and boiled pasta are also added there. Mix everything and place it in a baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil. The cheese, crushed on a coarse grater, is poured on top of the products placed in the mold. Place in the oven and bake for about half an hour. The dish is considered cooked when the cheese has melted. To give the pasta an unusual taste, add parsley to the dish.

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients.
Peel the onion and chop finely. Crush two cloves of garlic through a press.
At the same time, we begin to boil the pasta. After putting the pasta in boiling water, you need to add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil so that the pasta does not stick together when we mix it with the chicken breast in the sauce. Cook pasta according to package instructions until done.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Place the breast on a hot frying pan and fry first on one side until a golden crust forms, then also on the other (so that the juice remains in the breast). Cook over medium heat.


Add the onion along with crushed garlic to the frying pan with the breast, add salt, ground black pepper to taste and stir over low heat while frying, not allowing the onion to fry too much (about 5-7 minutes, until the juice evaporates)


Next, add 400 g of sour cream to the frying pan, stir until a homogeneous mass is formed, cover with a lid and leave to simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes until the sour cream evaporates to a thick sauce. Turn off the fire.


Meanwhile, drain the finished pasta through a colander and put it back into the pan. Place the finished breast in the sauce over the pasta and stir. Another option is possible: place the finished drained pasta in a frying pan with the finished breast and mix in the frying pan.

So the ingredients:

  1. pasta (any) – 300 grams
  2. chicken breast – 2 pcs
  3. tomato sauce – 1 cup
  4. mozzarella cheese – 100 grams
  5. hard cheese – 100-150 grams
  6. olive oil
  7. pepper

The pasta should be boiled until almost done. But do not overcook, as they will then bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Let's just say - al dente pasta. I boiled them in a thick-bottomed saucepan so that I could continue the cooking process in it later.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan (or frying pan) and lay out the chicken breast cut into pieces. The chicken pieces need to be constantly stirred so that they do not stick to the bottom. It takes 5-7 minutes to be ready.

Now add 1 cup of tomato sauce to the prepared chicken breast pieces. Here you need to take the sauce. Ideal for this for my taste is .

Add pasta to chicken and sauce. Mix well.

Take a baking dish and grease its bottom and sides with olive oil.

Place 1/2 of the prepared pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. I took 2 types of cheese:

  • soft type Mmozzarella;
  • hard type Parmesan.

The recipe is very democratic. Therefore, you can use any cheese you like. I think it will even be very original and tasty to try feta cheese!

Place the second piece of pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese again.

Almost everything is ready. Now into the oven for 15 minutes.
