  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 pcs.
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 g
  • Milk (fat content 2.6%) - 150 ml
  • Blueberries - 100 g
  • Currants - 100 g

Cooking method

  1. Wash the berries and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. In separate bowls, mix dry and liquid ingredients until completely combined. There is no need to beat anything.

  5. Fill out the forms completely with dough. Sprinkle each muffin with sugar and place in the oven preheated to 205°C. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

  • Hard Russian cheese - 100 g
  • Bacon - 80 g
  • Dill - 2-3 sprigs
  • Garlic - 1 clove

  • Flour - 250 g premium wheat flour
  • Milk - 170 ml (2.6%)
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 70 ml

Cooking method
