  13. Sprinkle the next layer with green onions.
  14. Spread with mayonnaise. You should make your own mayonnaise. It is not difficult. Transfer the prepared mayonnaise into a small plastic bag. Tear off the corner of the bag to make a small hole and squeeze out the mayonnaise. This makes it easier to distribute over the surface of the salad.

First, add the potatoes, previously shredded using a grater.
Place the cod fish liver, sprinkle with onion greens, cover with sauce, sprinkle with chopped peas.




Next, add a layer of grated pickled cucumber. If the cucumber mixture flows a lot, squeeze it out first.
After the pickles, add the grated egg white.




Next, add grated carrots, grated hard cheese, and spread with a layer of sauce.
Cover with yolk crumbs and complete the creation of the dish.




Serve the salad after it has soaked a little.



Layered salad with cod liver and prunes




Salad ingredients:

140 grams – cod liver;
- 2 potato tubers;
- 1 carrot;
- 10-12 prunes;
- 2 pcs. chicken eggs;
- a tube of mayonnaise.

Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins. Boil the eggs hard. Mash the cod with a fork or knife, as you prefer. To form the salad shape, cut a 1.5 liter bottle to form a ring.

Preparing the salad:

Place a plastic bottle ring on a plate. Place the first layer of grated potatoes and brush with mayonnaise.




Form the second layer from mashed cod liver.
Place grated carrots on the cod and coat it with mayonnaise.




Place finely chopped prunes on a layer of carrots and brush with mayonnaise.
Cover the prune layer with grated egg white and coat with mayonnaise again.




Carefully remove the plastic ring, sprinkle chopped egg yolk on top, and garnish with chopped prunes. If desired, garnish the dish with slices of pickled cucumber.



Salad with canned cod liver and avocado




To prepare you need:

A jar of cod liver;
- avocado - 1 pc.;
- a sprig of cherry tomatoes;
- one chicken egg;
- one red bell pepper;
- olive oil;
- sesame seeds;
- salt and pepper.

Cooking process:

Start preparing the salad by peeling and slicing the red bell pepper.
Cut the vegetable in half and chop it into strips. Season with salt and pepper and place in the center of the plate.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and place around the chopped pepper.




After the cherry tomatoes, cut the peeled avocado into thin slices. Place it almost on the rim of the plate.
Cut the boiled egg into 4 parts, place it around the “pillow” with chopped bell pepper.




Next step: place cod liver cut into large pieces in the middle of the bell pepper.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and season with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
