Russian matryoshka: sacred meaning. Slavic idea of human structure

The toy was invented to understand the world, but why not give children real objects in their hands to understand it? Why not give them hammers, pots, saws, cell phones, stethoscopes? The reason is not obvious. The toy was created not just for learning about the world, but for learning about the world in its perfection, in its ideal. About something beautiful and good, we say admiringly - “not a thing, but just a toy!” This means that “toy” is touchingly beautiful, childishly joyful. The same cannot be said about the 17th century silver altar cross set in stones and gems. The toy is a secular icon of God's creation. It expands the boundaries of possible perception of space. You can’t play with a real whale or rhinoceros, but you can play with toy animals as much as you like. You can get lost in a real forest, but among plastic Christmas trees it’s always cozy and safe. In a real battle, dying is a piece of cake, but when we play “toy soldiers,” we remain, even when defeated, living winners, because we have learned some other necessary tactics or strategy in the game, and have overcome another cognitive step.

No matter how much you virtualize a child, everything will be to no avail. He has a body, albeit small for now, but full. It's like theater. They predicted his death, first from the cinema, then from the TV, and now they are scaring him on the Internet. Humanity will invent and implement other forms of information transmission, even more believable than 3D. A child needs a toy for his mental and heartfelt comprehension of the world. This is as clear as a book. However, it is the toy, as a cognitive tool, that imprints the matrix of consciousness. The world, mastered through a toy, becomes not just identified, “named by name,” but specifically named. It becomes meaningful, seen in the worldview paradigm in which the toy was created. Based on this, the child, playing with certain toys, builds a model of the world in accordance with the game forms given to him. For example, if a parent has atheistic beliefs, he will never give his child a toy “angel”. And on the contrary, father and mother who believe in God will protect their child from the poisonous influence of monster toys, even of the type like the seemingly harmless “Teletubbies.” The folk toy has been tested by centuries of pedagogical experience. It's too early to write her off. We, like savages, attacked glass beads and surrounded our children with modern high-tech toys. Tamagotchis, cyber-dogs, cyber-lizards, “smart toys”, nano-rattles, models of toy computers, cell phones, digital cameras, etc. and so on. Does a child need them for proper psychophysical and spiritual growth? Controversial issue. If we want to raise a harmoniously developed person, if we want to teach a child courage, creativity, patience and love, then we cannot do without folk toys. Nothing has changed in educational tasks since Gospel times.

Top

A top should not be understood as a semi-mechanical modern top, which is driven by a screw handle. A top is a round, somewhat spherical, colored disk that rotates under the influence of human power. In 2010, doctors from St. Petersburg conducted a seminar on the health of children in preschool educational institutions. They showed everyone a familiar exercise from childhood to activate blood circulation in the brain. It's called "ladushki". A number of experiments were conducted on children's folk games for the little ones. It turned out that all folk games have a profound and beneficial effect on the psychophysical structures of the child. In particular, the “okay” exercise, when children stand opposite each other and quickly hit their partner’s palms with different variations, it improves blood supply to the brain.

We observe a similar effect when a child practices with a top. Applying physical dexterity to unwind it, the child’s palm folds into a boat, and then sharply unclenches with a rotational force. This hand movement will be difficult for an adult too. By performing it, the child actualizes the mental powers of the soul. But this is only the peripheral significance of the toy in question. Let us once again recall the fractional perception of the world in primary and secondary preschool age. The world attracts the child's attention with its bright colorful objects. His soul is like an axis around which the world’s life revolves. Through a toy, as through a protective screen, he tries his hand at comprehending it, tries on the world's functions. It is difficult for a child to stop and look at himself, to feel himself from the inside. The spinning top gives him this opportunity. A child can inwardly freeze and contemplate his heart. What is the importance here? The young soul is included in the world and does not feel its presence in it without people and things. But when multi-colored rings run quietly, without whistling, in front of him, then merging, then again diverging into their circles, the child stops his gaze and begins, perhaps for the first time, to feel his small, but already incomprehensible “I”.

This is a moment of self-awareness. Without it, a person’s personality will not comprehend the originality, otherness of other people and will not be able to fully carry out social communication as a unity in love. The act of self-comprehension is a unique time point in the formation of the human personality. The sooner it is realized, the more significantly a person will be able, before coming to eternity, to reveal the potentialities of his nature and to accommodate the uncreated energies of the Holy Spirit. A child without this self-knowledge will not only not be able to say “you” to another; he will remain unsuitable for human communication within the confines of earthly life forever. Remember the fate of children found in the forests and raised by animals. Until the end of their days, they did not accommodate the minimum of emotional relationships with other people.

High self-awareness is a condition for the depth of human communication. Animals communicate with each other at the level of their bodies. People are called to use all the qualities of human nature in communication. The people of God are drawn “from above” to the interpenetration of personalities with the unity of the anthropological essence in the image of God of the Holy Trinity. In the lives of saints there are examples of such deep dialogue between two or more people, as a rule, with the central position of the saint. Numerous cases of such spiritual interpenetration in the life of St. Ambrose of Optina.

There is another indirect meaning in the top. In its external shape it resembles the configuration of the solar system. Man - “king and priest” - is the engine of the cosmic world. And we know from the discovery of the anthropic principle of the universe that man really served as the prototype for the creation of the universe. This is how the Lord embodied his will in this world. Therefore, the entire visible cosmos, together with the earth, is the second body of humanity, the anthroposphere. A child spinning a small symbolic copy of the solar system, who he will become: Guardian or Terminator?

Beanbag

We will not describe the design of the rattle. Her image is familiar to everyone. Let us only note that the stick by which the child holds the sounding ball should be made to the length of two or three arms around the child, so that it is easier for him to produce sounds of different strengths. Each noise burst that a child makes with its help means his presence in the spatial environment. And, if the top helps in the act of self-awareness, then the rattle paves the way to this personal event. It is intended for the little ones.

A child who takes it in his hands lives his interaction with existence approximately this way: “I am! I change the world around me! I make a sound, and the world takes it into itself without a trace; draws in, like water salt, my sounds, my life! I stay in it. Yes, the room is quiet now. But I know that all things heard my sounds, agreed to my existence and accepted me as comrades.

The silence of space is only an appearance. It is filled to the limit with the discordant voices of existence itself. By the way, adults, when they find themselves in critical situations and reality quickly eludes them, use the same “rattle effect”: they begin to speak out loud their thoughts and feelings. This also applies to religious life. In ascetic literature there is wise advice: in case of demonic insurance, read the prayer rule in a loud voice.

Ball

The ball helps to understand through sensory experience the structure of the material world and its objects. It bounces off the floor well. Why? The floor is strong. Sand on the river bank is bad. The grains of sand are not connected to each other, and therefore the sand is “crumbly”. The water is collected together, but it is soft and accepts the ball. With the ball, the child influences the environment and learns to comprehend its boundaries and properties.

On holy icons, angels are often depicted holding transparent “balls” - spheres. They are a symbol of their perfect obedience to the will of God and the permeation of their nature with the light of Tabor. Angels are “second lights.” The sphere has always been a symbol of perfection. The ancient Greeks imagined the sky to be spherical.

A boy plays with a ball. How he likes to throw it into the transparent skies, catch it, pressing it to his heart! In the hands of a child, an object of perfect shape. He learns to master it; he tries to master perfect, as yet physical, objects of the world. He kicks it, and the perfect physical phenomenon rolls “absolutely” far away; the square ball is incapable of continuous movement. It's memorable.

The “hour of the soul” will come (M. Tsvetaeva), and he will see that not only a perfect ball, but perfect forms in general are subject to man. He himself can create the ideal, because he himself is the “image of God,” the “perfect sphere.” Man is given the ability to reproduce perfect forms at all levels of world existence: from the “ball” to the Liturgy. The content of the Eucharist was given by the Lord. Man embodied it, with the assistance of the Power of God, in brilliantly spiritual forms. The boy is holding a ball in his hands. Doesn't he look like an angel? "Be like children."

Let's move on to physics. This toy has excellent qualities for developing dexterity, reaction speed, and the ability to put all your strength into one push, i.e. teaches psychophysical composure. From 6-8 years old, the ball serves to expand social connections. Several children, for example, can play dodgeball.

Matryoshka

The principle of the nesting doll came to Russian culture from the Japanese religious tradition in the form of a decorated egg. In the East, the egg has always been a symbol of the birth of new life. The egg in the egg is the principle of the existence of life. Perfect in Perfect, Similar in Similar, One in All and All in One - complete subordination and uniformity. This is the beauty, meaning and salvation of man.

The “dogmatic” formulas of pantheistic impersonal religion are fully consistent with the appearance of the egg-shaped toy. However, we, Russian people, profess Orthodoxy - the worship of the Three-Personal God. The Orthodox heart does not seek deification (consequence), but a Meeting with the Personal God. “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). God is a Person who freely embodies his existence. And man, as the “image of God,” is the bearer of the personal principle. Therefore, in some amazing way, this principle (one within the other) was transformed on Russian soil from an impersonal egg into a brave nesting doll with dozens of different faces. A baby, a girl, a girl, a pullet, and a grandmother suddenly emerged from the egg. In one of the Moscow museums you can see a human-sized matryoshka doll. The smallest painted figurine in this series is the size of a fingernail. But the size of a matryoshka doll as tall as a person is not the limit for this toy. A wooden doll with a match head is not minimal. The matryoshka should be thought of with an “adding” sign in one direction and with a “minus” sign in the other. The limit of magnification for the first external matryoshka will be the parameters of the universe, more precisely, of all Being; for the smallest - the inner pupa - not an atom or quarks, but a certain particle, the initial monad for the creation of the world, inaccessible to detection by the tools of modern physics.

In Eastern religious systems, an unnamed egg- the central archetype on which the consciousness of the pantheist relies when forming his final spiritual appearance (in Orthodoxy, such a prototype is the icon of Jesus Christ). A simple idea emerges. If you want to “be saved” - to dissolve in the Absolute - you must generate total consciousness in yourself and become like an “egg”; then you will be included in the structure of Absolute Being; you will be protected, new layers of human consciousness will be born around you; you will calm down under the endless covers of the impersonal shells of the One. And indeed: as a result of such work of the soul, a person begins to feel (falsely) enclosed in the world’s Cocoon of Grace, believing that he is “saving” himself from the deadly influence of time and tragedies in the afterlife. And the Russian nesting doll is created with a face, sometimes very original and unique. What is this insight about? About the purpose of man and the ultimate destinies of the universe. Matryoshka is what the Church of Christ calls Russian people to.

This is the people's task: to attract all of Being to oneself, humanize (hypostasis) and enlighten with the Holy Spirit. There is no such small (the very last inner nesting doll) piece in the world that is inaccessible to man and the transforming action of God. Therefore, not only individual units of universal life must be enlightened and imbued with grace, but its entirety. The largest element of existence (matryoshka dolls) embraces the tiniest. The smallest element does not dissolve in the future, but retains all its unique originality.

The task of man is to comprehend in every thing of the world its perfect meaning and to reveal the potentialities of the existence of all things before eternity. The church decoration, one might even say, a certain iconography of the nesting doll, is a spiritual similarity to the icon of the Transfiguration of Christ on Mount Tabor. The image of a nesting doll is a man recreated by the Spirit of God, a beautiful man in Christ. Only such a person is capable of “cultivating” paradise and transforming the world. By the way, this is precisely one of the meanings of the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord.

“What is a merciful heart?- and said: “A person’s heart is kindled for all creation, for people, for birds, for animals, for demons and every creature. When remembering them, and when looking at them, a person’s eyes shed tears, from the great and strong pity that envelops the heart. And because of great patience his heart is diminished, and it cannot bear, or hear, or see any harm or small sorrow endured by the creature. And therefore, for the dumb, and for the enemies of the truth, and for those who harm him, every hour he offers prayer with tears, so that they may be preserved and purified...” (Venerable Isaac the Syrian. Sermon 48, p. 206).

Separated from the world, from its fate, in a fit of individualistic house-building, it is not possible for a person to save his soul. But also vice versa. In order for man to fulfill his destiny, the Lord created a multi-stage hierarchy of earthly elements, starting with quantum energies and ending with the highest angelic ranks. Before the flood, when people “perverted their way,” the Lord said: “I will destroy from the face of the earth man whom I have created, from man to beast, and I will destroy the creeping thing and the bird of the air; for I repented that I created them.” (Gen. 6:7). This was not the cruelty of divine Truth, it’s just that the whole universe becomes unnecessary if there is no person in it.

Pseudo-matryoshka

In Orthodox theology, the dogma of the Holy Trinity is explained using analogies from the physical world, for example, the sun. The possibility of such created similarities is justified by the symbolic structure of the world created by God the Trinity. It seems that an interesting analogy that reveals the dogma of the Church is the Russian nesting doll. Its structure ideally corresponds to the Church’s understanding of itself as the “unfused, inseparable, unchangeable, inseparable” Being of all its parts in the Holy Spirit.

According to the teachings of St. Fathers, just as each particle of Communion in an incomprehensible way contains the whole of Christ, so each unit of the Church possesses the entire Fullness of the Life of Ecumenical Orthodoxy, be it a village church on the edge of the earth, the Patriarchal Cathedral in Moscow, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem or the See of Constantinople.

Where the Eucharist is, there is the Church, where the Church is, there is Christ, where Christ is, there is the Fullness of the Trinity Being. A parish that has “been separated from its bishop” loses its ontological involvement in the Universal Fullness. From this Completeness, not only an individual temple, but also an entire metropolis can fall into schism. The point is not in the number and significance of church elements, but in their involvement in the Liturgy. Only “all together,” in the unity given from above on the day of Pentecost, can the existence of the earthly, territorially and geographically dispersed Church be realized and reveal to the world the Eucharist as the Fullness of Divine Glory.

Pseudo-matryoshka

We find a similar principle in the structure of the nesting doll. One, even the largest nesting doll, loses its meaning when separated from the rest, or at least the smaller one; it becomes “incomplete”; but at the same time, any nesting doll in itself represents the completeness of a single image. It is a pity that the learned dogmatic fathers pass by this wonderful toy likeness. Matryoshka is also Aristotle’s categories, given in sensual and artistic images. The highest categories of life (large nesting dolls) include the lower ones (small nesting dolls), but do not abolish them. The brick does not rob the clay of its essence; a brick house retains the naturalness of all the bricks put into it. Order is born only from order.

“The idea that order is only from order means that we cannot say that from the lower comes the highest, from the imperfect in time comes the perfect, from the low - the high; all these premises and theses are directly opposed to evolutionary theory. Here it is obviously excluded that a man can turn out from a monkey ( This means that the nesting doll is one of the cultural and artistic images of “proof of the existence of God”) Hence the entire hierarchy (according to degrees of perfection) of the built world in Aristotle (M. Mamardashvili. Lectures on ancient philosophy. p. 176). And the nesting doll can be of service to worldly philosophers.

This article was based on a report given at the Christmas educational readings in Moscow in 2005. Some Orthodox listeners considered the reflections on the matryoshka doll to be pantheistic. Therefore, in the printed version of the report, we decided to supplement it with a number of quotes from textbooks on the dogmatics of the Orthodox Church in order to dispel all reader doubts about the high spiritual meaning of the nesting doll.

Pseudo-matryoshka

“The task of man was to lead the world to even greater harmony, coherence and unity. According to St. Maxim, man was called upon to consistently overcome the division of the world within himself. He had to direct his mind and feelings towards God, and thus, achieving deification, communicate streams of grace to the creature below him, and thus lead the world to greater perfection. “...Having crossed the boundaries of the sensual (man), he then had to, through knowledge equal to the knowledge of angelic spirits, penetrate into the supersensible world in order to unite in himself the supersensible and sensual worlds. Finally, having nothing outside of himself (that is, having transformed every created unit), man would have no choice but to give himself completely to Him in an outburst of love and entrust to Him the entire entire universe, UNITED IN HIS HUMAN BEING (that is, humanized). Then God Himself, for His part, would give Himself to man, who by this gift, that is, by grace, would have everything that God has by nature. Thus, the deification of man and the entire created world would be accomplished. Since Adam did not fulfill this mission given to man, we can understand it in the work of Christ - the New Adam. On the path of his union with God, man does not eliminate created things from himself, but gathers in his love the entire fragmented cosmos, so that in the end he will be transformed by grace.” (Archimandrite Alipius, Archimandrite Isaiah. Dogmatic theology, pp. 223-225).

“The Church is the center of the universe, the environment in which its destinies are decided. Everyone is called to enter the Church, for if man is a microcosm, then the Church, according to St. Maximus the Confessor, “macroanthropos.” ( V. Lossky. Essay on the mystical theology of the Eastern Church, p. 212).

“The connection between man and the universe turns out to be overturned in comparison with ancient concepts; Instead of “de-individualizing”, “cosmizing” and thus dissolving into some impersonal divinity, the absolutely personal nature of man’s relationship with a personal God should give him the opportunity to “personalize” (humanize) the world. It is no longer man who is saved by the universe, but the universe by man, because man is a hypostasis of the entire cosmos, which is involved in his nature. And the earth acquires its personal, hypostatic meaning in man... Only through us can the cosmos, as a continuation of our body, receive grace.” (V. Lossky. Dogmatic theology, p. 297).

Matryoshka on the spiritual plane is “an image of the future century”. What a pity that today her wonderful face is acquiring the features of a unified modern world. Every artist is capable of creating only images of his heart. A craftswoman who does not transform her soul with the light of Tabor, who lives according to the media and technical elements (variety, serials, shows, etc.) of “this century,” cannot give the world the Easter memorable appearance of this folk toy.

And how interesting it would be to relive the images of your favorite Russian fairy tales with your children (especially since such an experience already happened before the revolution in Sergiev Posad) in a matryoshka doll, such as “Terem-Teremok”, “Turnip”, “Rock-Rock Hen”, “The Wolf and the Seven Little Goats”, “Kolobok”, etc.; create family, artisan (for example, the father is a blacksmith, the mother is carrying a bundle of food, the daughter is a jug of water, the son is with a tiny hammer, etc.) nesting dolls. You can hold a creative seminar on thematic renewal (the principle of the standardization of matryoshka faces is an incompletely obsolete prototype of the pantheistic egg of the East). The nesting doll is necessary for our children, and we are obliged to preserve it for them, finding new unexpected colors and images in Orthodoxy.

Last tip

Parents will read our article, “scratch their heads” and say: “Well, what should we do now, the little ones, it’s clear: pyramids, nesting dolls, dolls, but what about the older ones? Shouldn't they play with cubes? What do you advise?" The situation around children's toys is not a dead end. Thank God, in addition to Chinese enterprises that have inundated us with their “folk” products, there are domestic manufacturers of traditional toys. They still, since Soviet times, produce high-quality iron dump trucks, tractors, balls, jump ropes, pipes, strollers, construction sets, sleds, etc. All these toys can be given to children without embarrassment.

A soft toy (elephants, bunnies, bears, etc.), as a rule, has a cheerful, good-natured image, and there is no reason to deprive children of the joy of owning it. These are tamed “paradise” animals. What is a teddy bear? The soft, humanized soul of the forest king of animals, embodied in the form of a toy. The girl puts the “bear” at the table and feeds him porridge. She will grow up and see, hopefully in the zoo, a real bear and maybe think: “It’s okay that he looks so dense! In fact, he has a good heart, like my teddy bear.” And he will be right, for animal malice is a reflection of human cruelty in creatures.

You can try to make toys yourself. This, of course, is not advice similar to Gandhi’s advice, for everyone to walk with spinning wheels. But still, why not try, at least a couple of times, to create several game units with your children? If the father does not have the ability for carpentry, and the mother for needlework, then you can find the appropriate craftsman (craftswoman) and order them the necessary toy: a car, a stroller, a crane, doll furniture, clothes, etc. We are sure that the cost will be cheaper factory.

We should also not forget that at school age the toy fades into the background. Primary school students already have the mental strength to work at the level of consciousness with the symbolism of transferring the properties of one object to another. It is only necessary not to extinguish this ability by “world cultural achievements” and in time to direct the movement of the child’s soul along the path of creativity and imagination. At the age of 7-10 years, children become capable of complex social games. Therefore, it is quite possible for parents to help them organize these games. Is it so difficult to remember yourself as a boy and teach children wonderful outdoor games, such as “lapta”, “twelve sticks”, “siskin” and “Cossack robbers”? Perhaps one of the solutions would be to create a specialized store of high-quality, mentally strengthening children's and folk toys. Such an experiment had already been carried out once in Russia, in Sergiev Posad, shortly before the revolution. Ivan Shmelev in one of his works describes this wonderful product, which quickly won the love of children and parents in many parts of the Russian land. It is remarkable that the creation of this complex (workshops and a chain of stores) was brought to life not by the desire to get rich, but by the desire to give Russian boys and girls (after serious scientific work done) an educational, morally and health-improving toy.

The Vyatka Zemstvo, shortly before 17, organized its own small enterprise, similar to workshops near Moscow. But soon, in the “fire of the world revolution,” it disappeared. Isn't it time to revive the tradition? Moreover, some forces for this already exist. For example, in the Novovyatsky district, in the village of Lugovaya, there is an enterprise “Souvenir”, which continues the tradition of making wooden toys. There is no need to be discouraged and “God bless the initiative.”

Every toy - whether the dreaming engineer who invents it wants it or not, the master who makes it, the seller who sells it, the father and mother who buy it - has its own spiritual archetypes and, therefore, is religious with a positive or negative sign and leads the child’s soul to the Gospel or to Universal Human Values, whose name is "legion".

Ecology of knowledge: Our nesting doll is known all over the world. Many nations admire this toy, and all over the world the nesting doll, together with the bear, has become a symbol of the mysterious and incomprehensible Russia.

Our matryoshka is known all over the world. Many nations admire this toy, and all over the world the nesting doll, together with the bear, has become a symbol of the mysterious and incomprehensible Russia. For us, a nesting doll is something from childhood memories: dismantled, reassembled and forgotten. Just like our ancestors once forgot the magical essence of this toy.

Strange as it may seem for us to realize this, the hidden meaning of our childhood fun was first rediscovered in Japan. Having appeared there, our nesting doll caused not only a storm of admiration and interest in itself as an object of folk art, but also attracted the attention of those whose knowledge extends to the intangible area. The Japanese were the first in the whole world to hypothesize that this wonderful figurine was not just a toy, but a cult object, whose original purpose was forgotten by the craftsmen, who for many generations kept the secrets of its production and form intact.

And our subconscious, which stores the answers to all the secrets of our world and knows this hidden meaning, made this simple fun so attractive and imperishable, like hidden information sealed in the shape and proportions of the pyramids. And if, according to assumptions, the pyramids keep the secret of “space - time”, the secrets of time management and movement in Space, then our wonderful nesting doll stores information about the energy structure and structure of ourselves and our world. The world we live in is multidimensional. Any physical body is surrounded by a halo of energy emitted by it, called an aura. And that is not all. If we consider the energy structure of any object, it is easy to notice that it, like the human body, consists of several layers of qualitatively different energy.

Since ancient times, it has been believed that there are seven of these heterogeneous auras of our body that a person can feel and realize.

Initially, the classic Russian nesting doll always contained 7 figures, symbolizing 7 human bodies that belonged to us before the merging of our energy with the power of Infinity.

Moreover, according to tradition, the scarf and clothing of each nesting doll were painted in one of the colors of the rainbow, starting from red and ending with purple.

As a result, the smallest nesting doll was always red, and the largest was purple. These colors are distributed in the same way in space and, ideally, in our subtle body.

The red color carries powerful forces, but its vibrations are not very high and do not allow it to rise into the vastness of the sky. The red color attracts the body to Mother Earth and allows you to gain plenty of its life-giving power. If a person has little energy of this type, he has little strength and vitality.

The color orange brings the power of fertility to everything.

Yellow - gives health and stability.

Green - supports our mental strength and our intuition.

Blue - promotes communication with other people, nourishes our nervous and intellectual strength.

Blue - reveals to us the knowledge of the laws of the Universe and the gift of foresight.

Violet - controls the harmonious distribution of energies of all types in the body.

Remember the rainbow: its colors always appear in a strictly defined order - “Every hunter wants to know where the pheasant is sitting.” Our nesting dolls were originally painted in the same way.

Accident? But why then was this style passed on by craftsmen from generation to generation, just like the proportions of the toy, remaining unchanged for many centuries? published

...A wooden toy, traditionally consisting of seven nested dolls, painted in more and more detail and ornately from smaller to larger and... ideally reflecting the model of the subtle bodies of man and the model of our World.

I am not a follower of any dogma, a member of a sect, and I also do not consider myself a follower of any religious movement; I study the World. The laws of the Universe are much deeper and more global than our understanding of them. Any of the tools for understanding the world, be it science, religion, philosophy, reflect the world incompletely and, excuse me, one-sidedly. Moreover, any of these tools has its own purpose and reveals and highlights its part of the picture of the world. A person interested in the world order and the meaning of existence should not focus on the differences in these visions, but on the contrary, look for commonality in them, compare, analyze, peel away the garbage in search of grains of truth, in search of Universal Harmony. For the Universe is harmonious by nature, and our task is to understand this and be able to harmonize ourselves and ourselves with the World.

Various multi-level models of psychology are built on the model of human subtle bodies, accepted in tradition: Maslow’s pyramid, logical levels of NLP, etc. For those who are not familiar with this model, a little more detail: in addition to the physical body, a person has “bodies” of sensations, emotions, thoughts, events, values and a body of identity, which contains the immortal “I” and unconscious knowledge of the mission. Each subtle body consists of matter of a subtler order; it is generally accepted that only those bodily planes that are located below the mental one are described in words. This does not mean that higher bodies are unknowable or unchangeable.

Each of the subtle bodies, each “matryoshka”, has its own special type of states, internal energies and its own deformations - “problems”. All diseases (except genetic ones) are formed from the external to the internal plane. You cannot harm the smallest, innermost nesting doll, the physical body, without first “breaking through” all six that surround it.

The initial deformation always occurs on the outermost (atmanic) layer: a person falls out of harmony with his higher self, with his mission, with his soul, if you like. This entails a deformation of the value plan, after which events begin to occur that give corrective hints... unfortunately, for most people, the intellect has ceased to fulfill its protective function - reading the signals of the Soul and the World and searching for ways to harmonize oneself. Instead, events, the World, God are blamed for injustice, cruelty towards this particular individual, resentment, hatred and the mood for struggle, that is, for automatic defeat, grow - because victory is impossible in the absence of an enemy. No one is at war with us, no one is punishing us “for our sins,” a streak of unfavorable events is an indicator of our own, personal, personal disharmony with the World and with the tasks of our soul.

What follows a conflict, a breakdown in our mental body? Emotional discomfort (astral deadlock). Then I feel unwell (ethereal deadlock). Next comes muscle spasm (physical block), which, if a person does not start working to correct this fragment of the world picture, becomes a chronic spasm and gradually develops into a chronic disease.

The same diagram shows how any problem is presented simultaneously in all subtle bodies, as if you pierced a nesting doll with a needle. Let's say a person is at an eventual impasse, this automatically creates sad thoughts, negative emotions, poor health... do you recognize the layers?

To work on restoring each of the subtle bodies, there are many multi-level practices: different levels of yoga, multiple levels of energy practices, affirmations, forgiveness, meditative techniques. In some practices, the emphasis is definitely placed on specific subtle bodies: Buddhist “vippasana” is a way of transforming the energy of the etheric and astral bodies, hatha yoga is mainly the physical and etheric bodies, bhakti yoga is the astral and buddhial bodies, jnana yoga is mainly working with energy of the mental body, karma yoga - transformation of the energy of the causal body, etc. Within the framework of one tradition, it is usually not customary to work with all levels at once; it is proposed to work with each of the subtle bodies separately. This takes years. For a modern person this is unacceptable.

The period in which we live is characterized by a very high speed of life, the speed of time. Precisely time. Yes, the units of time continue to be seconds, minutes, hours, years, but the real speed of life has increased by orders of magnitude over the past 40-50 years. The speed of movement, the speed of information exchange, the speed of decision-making and their implementation have changed.

As a result, the properties of modern man are already different from his ancestors. Modern man is much more acutely faced with a choice: personal degradation on the path of satisfying only his needs of the first and second order, that is, the physical and etheric bodies, or multi-level development of himself, increasing awareness, achieving harmony of body-mind-soul, awareness and fulfillment of his own mission and harmonization with the Universe. A modern person who works on himself has sufficient concentration and sensitivity to consciously transform the energy of all levels and move from the gradual passage of bodily levels to a universal system of work, including all planes from the physical to the buddhic.

I do not include the atmanic body in the list of transformations, because... this is our higher self, this is the mission, this is, if you like, our soul. And souls, as you know, come into the world pure and harmonious. Our task is to return ourselves to this innate harmony, to get closer to integrity and compliance with our mission. Do not look for a contradiction in this with “worldly” life; holistic people, by definition, are socially successful. Aren't harmony with the world and harmonious being in the world synonymous? If harmonization practices become a way of life, then positive changes cover all larger contexts of a person’s life and lead to complete healing of all subtle bodies.

The practices of multi-level harmonization using Magen technologies make it possible to accelerate personal growth at all levels simultaneously, while specific life tasks are solved as if “automatically.” Unlike the traditional approach to personal development, there is no need to set specific goals and gradually accumulate wisdom and maturity. In addition, Magen information technologies teach you to understand the clues contained in your event flow: everything that happens to you in life is yours and for you, you need to understand WHY in order to understand your true direction, and sometimes stop the process of deformation of your subtle bodies, “piercing a nesting doll.”

It is not news that our “matryoshka” is not alone in the Universe and is in constant contact, information and energy exchange with other “nesting dolls”. But for some reason, at many seminars I see that our constant interaction with the “Matrioshka of the World” is news to the listeners, moreover, the very presence of the Matryoshka of the World is news...

There were and are many models of the World, starting with a turtle and elephants and ending with laboratory work on astrology of a certain giant alien schoolboy. The same is with the origin of man: everyone is free to choose their origin according to their taste: from a monkey, from aliens (usually in alliance with the same monkey), according to God's will...

The model that I bring to your attention today is no worse or better than any other that you choose for yourself. I just chose this one.

So, the Matryoshka of the World: our world has seven levels of existence, each of which is larger and more complex than the previous one and includes all the previous layers and their components. Let me make a reservation right away for clarity: everything, I emphasize, ALL levels are endowed with consciousness.

The first level is inorganic life: soil, water, air, stones, minerals, etc. They all carry certain information accumulated during their existence and - yes, they all have their own consciousness. You may have heard about the “medicinal” properties of certain stones, or about the cleansing properties of silver, for example. Each element of the first level has its own individual properties, its own individual vibration. It is the interaction of these vibrations with the vibrations of your body that causes positive or negative changes, that is, harmonization or, conversely, disruption of harmony.

The second level is organic, unspiritualized life: plants, protozoa... If you can tune in to the wave of a tree, a flower, they will tell you about their condition, how they can be useful to you, they will share their memory of the World and the changes in it. My great-grandmother treated with herbs, and as a child it was very strange for me to hear that “a blue disease is cured with blue grass, and if the disease is red, then you also need to look for blue grass with red edges.” In my opinion, all the grass was, excuse me, green. She saw the similarity of vibrations, saw the difference in the color of the patient’s energy and the energy of the herbs. My great-grandmother didn’t have time to pass on her knowledge to me, but she gave me an invaluable understanding of the fact that the World is more complex than we used to think, and that everyone can see the World in their own way...

The third level is organic spiritual life: animals and people. Sometimes at seminars they ask: “Do animals also have souls?” I usually answer with a question: “Have you ever looked into the eyes of your dog or cat?” Yes, I have. The only difference between man and animal is mission. Our soul comes into this World with its own task, and it is to understand this task that we need a high level of awareness. Both language, and a high level of development of the nervous system, and the ability to think abstractly are given to us as an opportunity to realize our mission, our role as a co-creator in this World.

When you say or hear that man is created in the image and likeness of God, do you really think that they meant two legs, two arms, sandals and a beard? Man is created in the image and likeness of the Creator in his ability to co-create the World. Your inner world, yourself. The one who is in the closest connection with the entire Universe and, accordingly, influences the state of the World with every action, every word, every thought and every breath.

Using the example of a person, you can see how the lower levels are included in each of the following: minerals, water, bacteria, and fungi are the building material of which the human body is composed. But this does not mean that the components of the upper levels are not present in the lower ones. In each of the smallest there is a particle of the Creator.

The next, fourth level is the level of energies and egregors (in Zeland’s recently published articles they were called “pendulums”). Shamanists traditionally turn to the forces of this level; at the same level, teachings on interaction with energies, for example Feng Shui, carry out their corrective work. Energy of media: water, earth, fire, wind. Beautiful and strong energies. Energy of social consciousness, egregors: religion, political party, campaign of an ideological movement, any group of like-minded people. According to Christ's words, a temple is not a building, a temple is where three people gather and think about God.

Yes, three is already an egregor, this is already a force of the fourth level. Think about it, is your family’s egregor effective? Does he think in one direction, does he live in harmony, is he a powerful energy formation leading you in the desired direction? Or are you staging Krylov’s well-known fable about a swan, crayfish and pike under the roof of your house? People often come to the Magen center who live in a family, love each other, but do not feel happy and are not in harmony. And then we help them restore or build their egregor.

The fifth level is the level of masters, the level of souls and the level at which duality ends. Why does it "end"? Because you will not find the concepts of good and evil on the sixth and seventh levels, they are neutral, they are, if you like, “above” this.

Souls, they are also the energy-informational essences of every person, are immortal. After each life cycle, after each completed lesson (yes, yes, like in school: a lesson of love, a lesson of wisdom, a lesson of strength, a lesson of responsibility...) they return to the fifth level of being for re-awareness, evaluation of experience and planning their further development, your next incarnation, and to communicate with the masters.

Who are the masters? These are also souls, also energy-informational entities that have already completed many lessons and become... wise. Imagine the difference between a second grader and a university professor. The mission of the masters is not only in self-improvement and self-education, but also in teaching others. Many of them no longer incarnate on Earth, or they incarnate into Masters who bring knowledge to people. Such were Buddha, Jesus, Allah and others, those whom people later elevated to the category of gods and even began (and continue) to fight on the topic “whose god is better, stronger and more divine.”

At the same level of existence there are free entities, those whom we call angels, including our guardian angels. The mission of the latter is to help us follow the path of our soul, the path that we have chosen to fulfill our “lessons”.

The sixth level is the level of laws, information and simple forms, this is the information field of the Universe, in which all events of the present, past and conceivable future are recorded. It also contains the Akashic files of all people, which are used in our center to conduct information diagnostics of health and subconscious programs. The accuracy and completeness of these diagnostics continues to amaze patients, doctors, and scientists.

There is no duality at this level. Everyone is equal before the Laws of the Universe: both good and evil, stepping from the roof, fly down, obeying the Law of Gravity. There are laws that are broken, including the law of gravity - some people have learned to levitate. There are laws that cannot be broken (of course, we are talking about the presence or absence of consequences for violating a particular law), for example, the Law of Free Will and Human Reason. We have already written about this in our section (the article can be read on the website www.magen-ca.com). There is also the Law of Similarity, the Law of Harmonization and many other laws that we study at seminars and schools.

In the same field are, for example, all the laws of physics, and certain layers of information become available to people at certain times. This is precisely what explains the fact that some scientific discoveries are made simultaneously by different people in different parts of the planet: the layer opened, whoever was in contact at that moment read the information.

Some people know how to view the information field and read information about the future; sometimes the only acceptable way to convey it to people is the genre of fiction. This is how the ideas of the works of Lem, Strugatsky, Dumas and many other intuitives and, if you like, information therapists “came true.”

The seventh level is the level of the Creator, the energy-informational essence and essence that created and continues to create the World. And all levels from the first to the sixth, and all of us, entities of the third level, are parts of the World, parts of the Creator. And in each of us there is a piece of the Creator. And, just as a wise man sees the ocean in a drop of water, so in each individual soul the whole World and the harmony of this World are visible. It is difficult to describe this in human words; perhaps the closest concept that describes the vibration of the Creator is “unconditional love.” Every time you recognize this feeling in your soul, you become closer to harmony with the World, to harmony with the Creator and to harmony with yourself and your mission. What could be more beautiful?

The image of the nesting doll is symbolic and multi-valued

The name of the beauty conceals great WISDOM.

When you open a nesting doll, a new one is born, which symbolizes the continuity of the human race.

The matryoshka represents a person’s life path from birth.

Initially it was a seven-doll one.

Each matryoshka represents one of the shells of a person.

- physical body,

- etheric body(psyche), emotions,

- astral body, (emotions and desires),

- mental body(thought forms),

- karmic body(the totality of good and bad deeds, as well as accumulated experience),

- intelligence(soul - meaning, self-awareness),

- SPIRIT(human core). Spirituality.

The Magi laid a secret meaning in the structure of the nesting dolls, which was passed on to children in the form of toys.

Each subsequent doll was larger and more colorful than the previous one.

However, there is such a version of the origin of our Russian nesting doll:

« The prototype of the Russian nesting doll (it also has Indian roots) is a Japanese wooden doll. They took a Japanese toy as a model - a daruma, a tumbler doll. According to its origins, it is an image of the ancient Indian sage Daruma (Sanskrit: Bodhidharma) who moved to China in the 5th century. His teachings spread widely in Japan in the Middle Ages.

Daruma called for the comprehension of truth through silent contemplation, and in one of the legends he is a cave recluse, fat from immobility. According to another legend, his legs were paralyzed from immobility (hence the legless sculptural images of Daruma).”

Nevertheless, the nesting doll immediately gained unprecedented recognition as a symbol of Russian folk art.

There is a belief that if you put a note with a wish inside a nesting doll, it will certainly come true, and the more work put into the matryoshka, i.e. The more places there are and the better the quality of the matryoshka’s painting, the faster the wish will come true.

Matryoshka is warmth and comfort in the home

It’s hard to disagree with the latter - the more places there are in a matryoshka, i.e. the more internal figures, one smaller than the other, the more notes with wishes you can put there and wait for them to come true)) This is a kind of game, and the nesting doll here acts as a very charming, sweet, homely symbol, a real work of art.

We know that in the traditions of our Ancestors, various jewelry (women's and men's), household items, as well as toys carved from wood or made from clay, played the role of not just objects that brightened up everyday life - but were also carriers of certain symbolism, had some That's the point. And the very concept of symbolism was closely intertwined with mythology.

Also surprising, it seems to me, is the coincidence of the name Matrona, which migrated (according to the generally accepted version) from Latin to Russian, with ancient Indian images. The Mythological Dictionary says the following: “MOTHER (Old Indian “mother”), the emphasis is on the first syllable - in Hindu mythology, divine mothers, personifying the creative and destructive forces of nature. The idea of an active feminine principle has become widely recognized in Hinduism in connection with the spread of the cult of Shakti. Matri were considered as female personifications of the creative energy of the great gods: Brahma, Shiva, Skanda, Vishnu, Indra, etc. The number of Matri ranged from seven to sixteen; some texts referred to them as a "great multitude"

Does this remind you of anything? Matryoshka is also “mother”, matter or physical body, with subsequent thin shells ending in Spirit (Living). This is no longer just a coincidence, but proof of common, Indo-European roots, which is directly related to the Slavic-Aryans.

From here we can draw the following conclusion: if the “journey” of this wooden figurine begins in India, then continues in China, from there the figurine ends up in Japan, and only then “unexpectedly” finds its place in Russia - the statement that our Russian nesting doll was copied from a Japanese sage figurine, is untenable. Historians, as always, do their best to hide the fact of the influence of the culture of the Race on other peoples, as well as the common basis for the Indo-European civilization.

Most likely, the idea of a wooden toy, which consists of several figures inserted into one another, was inspired by the master who created the nesting doll, our folk tales.

For example, the tale of Koschei, whose death is hidden far away: on the sea on the ocean, on an island on Buyan, there is a green oak tree, under that oak tree there is an iron chest buried, in that chest there is a hare, in the hare there is a duck, in the duck there is an egg; All you have to do is crush the egg and Koschey dies instantly.

In other words, one thing is hidden in the other, contained - and in order to find the Truth, it is necessary to get to the essence, opening, one after another, all the “slapped caps”.

Perhaps this is precisely the true meaning of such a wonderful Russian toy as the nesting doll - it is a reminder to us, descendants, of the need to remember who we really are...
