The fairy-tale world is a magical place that has given a home to a wide variety of magical creatures. Since ancient times, vast lands were divided between peoples with different Gifts. Those who were born with the ability to perform light magic united under the leadership of the most powerful white magician. Sheriad Varish, nicknamed the Peacemaker, became the first emperor of the Light Empire, marking the beginning of the Varish dynasty.

All creatures with a dark Gift settled in the territory that later became known as the Sunset Lands. Numerous kingdoms and principalities did not recognize a single authority, however, in order not to slide into the abyss of civil strife, they entrusted themselves to the Messengers of Peace, elected from each destiny, who formed the Council of Magicians.

But there were also those who did not want to limit themselves only to light or darkness. Having occupied the free territories that were adjacent to the Sunset Lands and the Light Empire, they created their own small world and called it Green Hills. A wonderful place where creatures with any Gift or without it were equally happy. A magical land with marvelous gardens and crystal clear lakes, where sorrows and troubles were unknown. Until the War of Troubles began...

The first clash between lands that had previously lived in harmony began after an attack by unknown creatures, which destroyed an entire settlement in the Green Hills in one night. The light magicians blamed the dark ones for everything and hastily closed the border of the empire, installing an additional impenetrable magical circuit. Apparently, Sheriad Varish hoped to protect himself in this way from an unknown threat. But the dark ones... They tried to help the inhabitants of the Green Hills, but, alas, they were not ready to face the creatures that had emerged from Chaos and their puppeteers.

Thus began the War of Troubles, which in its short period claimed countless lives. No one was left on the sidelines: neither light, nor dark, nor magical deprived. And when it seemed that hope had finally left the Fairytale World, they appeared...

The Sidhai are the oldest race, considered the ancestors of all magicians. They commanded the primordial elements, to which Life and Death were subject. It was rumored that their knowledge originated with the world, and their skills were capable of plunging all things into the Primordial Darkness. The strongest of warriors who came to the aid of a dying world.

Having united the peoples, they led them into the last battle. With their joint efforts, the warriors managed to push the enemy deep into the territory of the Green Hills, and then expel the Puppeteers from the Fairytale World. However, there were too many creatures that tore themselves from the ruptures of world matter, and new ones made their way to take the place of the destroyed ones. Then the Great Lord of the Sidhai, using his power, pulled all the gaps into one place and fenced off this territory with an impenetrable dome. So the Green Hills received a new nickname - the Lands of Chaos.

No one knows what happened to the Sidhai beyond the Border, but after some time, legends began to walk around the Fairytale World...

Somewhere in the very heart of the Lands of Chaos there is a miracle city, and such untold riches are stored in it that even the fortress wall is made of marble, and silver shields are installed along its perimeter. At dawn, they reflect the rays of the rising sun and with this radiance burn the creatures of Chaos that have crept up to the city border during the night. Every house in this city is decorated with precious stones that do not even have a name in our world. Along the streets there are magical trees with ruby ​​flowers blooming on them. Fountains with golden grains of sand gurgle in numerous gardens. The domes on the palace of the Great Lord are decorated with countless diamonds, which with their radiance outshine the light of the Ancient Star.

I would like to believe that there is at least some truth in these legends. The saviors of the world - the Sidhais - must live in such a magical place. Thanks to their strength and courage, the Fairytale World was able to survive. It's a pity that the peace was short-lived...

– Who has questions? – asked Poloz Gadovich and looked around the audience with snake eyes.

Naked in his true form with long dark green hair and a leather vest on his bare torso evoked sincere admiration. So if anyone had any thoughts, they fled at the sight of the teacher. Well, almost everyone...

“I have a question,” Yanika responded, drawing attention to herself. – You said that the first bright emperor was Sheriad Varish, who laid the foundation for the Varish dynasty.

- This is true. Their reign lasts for thousands of years.

“Then why is the heir to the Roator dynasty now on the throne?”

– Because ten years ago the Varish family was interrupted. According to officials, it was a series of accidents.

– What about unofficial ones?

– Malin Varish, the last representative of this dynasty, was an innovator. He tried to improve relations with the Dark Ones, but not everyone liked his views. Uninterested people believe that the ancient family was deliberately exterminated. More questions?

Nervously twitching the tip of the snake's tail several times, the teacher rubbed his forehead with small amber scales and asked tiredly:

– Do you remember anything?

- Why are you so happy?

“So the battle magicians have returned from practice,” our red-haired elder Lyubava did not hide.

- Did you celebrate?

“They celebrated,” Yozhki, who had not learned their lesson, bowed their heads in repentance.

- And until what time did the fun last? – the naked man smiled knowingly.

– Fun – until Prince Altera appears...

- Did he disperse you?

- No, the prince caught his bride and took him through the portal to the principality, and that’s where the fun ended... and there was still some tincture left.

After these words, eleven pairs of offended eyes crossed at the girl - Yanika, who sweetly lowered her fair-haired head. Having straightened her curl, the tip of which was dyed a new – lilac – color, she shrugged her shoulders and smiled happily. Well yes, love...

- And after that you separated? – the interrogation resumed.

- Nope. We continued to destroy strategic reserves of self-assembled tablecloth until Master Darcharius appeared and dragged away his bride.

Now ten glances were boring into the imperturbable princess of the Gray wolves-werewolves - Vereya, who did not want to share the details of her stormy romance with one of the ATBI teachers.

- And when he left, he dispersed you?

“Here’s another thing,” our head girl waved him off, “he’s not our teacher.” Then there was the phenomenon of Yrk...

- And who is this? – Poloz Gadovich was surprised.

– Brother Himaenir and groom Goluba. This green portal appeared, threw our Hedgehog over his shoulder and dragged him to his camp.

“So that’s who the school’s protection worked on,” the nag shook his head. – I think it was after this that you went to your rooms.

- Actually, no. The last straw was the appearance of the ATBI rector... It was he who dispersed us.

– How did you make the noise that Mstislav Yaromirovich himself came to the School of Fairy Tales?

- No, we were quiet. He came for his wife. You see, thirty-two heroes and one shaman of the Western Orc Tribe are not suitable company for a young girl.

At this moment, all eyes focused on Himaenir, who had recently become the wife of the battle mage Mstislav Korshunov. They made a good couple, beautiful. A stately man and a small half-Orchan girl, with pink hair, a mischievous character and a favorite baton for educational work.

“And he somehow missed the fact that this girl was sitting in the company of her beloved friends, almost sisters,” Veselina was indignant and typed, causing us to laugh: “Jealous!”

It is what it is. The rector took care of his wife more than the apple of his eye. He blew away specks of dust from her and carried her in his arms, causing sighs of tenderness and bouts of envy. Light, of course, but still.

And the wedding of Yanika and Kitara was coming up. The prince gave only two months for preparation, so now the entire principality was running around like a ghoul bitten, trying to make it in time. Our Yagi mentors did not lag behind, wanting to make the first normal wedding of one of the Yozheks unforgettable. Well, we helped as much as we could, although most of the time we picked out dresses. And to all future brides...
