What happened to Ivanushka's group. Oleg Yakovlev: what happened to him, the cause of the singer’s death

On Thursday morning, the former lead singer of the group “Ivanushki International” Oleg Yakovlev died. According to doctors, the man died due to pulmonary edema. A few days ago he was taken to the hospital with double pneumonia. Specialists fought for his life until the last moment.

The artist’s acquaintances cannot come to terms with the loss. Many of Yakovlev’s colleagues recall that he was full of new ideas and was going to please his fans with a new video.

In 2013, Yakovlev successfully began his solo career. The artist officially left the group “Ivanushki International” and released a video for the song “Dance with your eyes closed.” As Oleg claimed, he was confident in himself and was not afraid that listeners would not appreciate his work. The singer's music and lyrics were different from those written by the boys in the boy band.

“For the first time in my life I felt so big. I stopped dividing my life into three parts. This is so cool and interesting! My eyes are burning,” said Yakovlev, as soon as he left the group.

At the same time, Oleg met his beloved Alexandra Kutsevol. It was rumored that the girl had been a fan of Yakovlev for a long period of time. However, in an exclusive interview with StarHit, he denied such rumors.

“We met in St. Petersburg, where Sasha studied at the university at the Faculty of Journalism. Then fate brought us together in Moscow. We feel very good together. And if you ask me now how many months we have been together, I won’t tell you. Happy hours are not observed. I adore Sasha’s parents and wish them health. As for the wedding, as soon as we decide, you’ll know right away. And in general, the ring on your finger and the stamp in your passport are not always so important. I am very grateful to Sasha that we are going through life together,” said the artist.

Alexandra worked as the artist’s manager and helped him promote new tracks, negotiate filming and organize concerts. According to Yakovlev, she always took her responsibilities very seriously. The man noted more than once that his life changed a lot after the appearance of the girl.

“Sasha is a very meticulous, detailed person. Perfectionist. Sasha does a lot. She is a close person to me, the first person I consult with. Sasha plays a huge role in my life. The only thing I can complain about is that it cooks disgustingly. She can't do anything. Even her tea doesn’t taste good, she can’t even make boiling water. Simply terrible. You buy milk, she saw it - it immediately turned sour. Pots, pans - everything rusts at once. “Mom says she didn’t teach me,” the singer said about Kutsevol.

On the microblog, Oleg even shared photographs of the dishes that Sasha managed to make. So, one day a girl pleased the singer with a hearty kebab. The man showed subscribers the culinary delights of his chosen one. “Sasha cooked shish kebab; until recently I didn’t believe it could be so delicious! And she herself was standing at the grill!” - said Yakovlev.

Alexandra also had no desire to get married. In one of the joint interviews with Oleg, she said that she was satisfied with their life without a stamp in their passport.

“We never had such plans, we are absolutely modern people, without templates, I am such a person in life, and Oleg, we coincided on this wave. I don’t think that a person should get married or have children; no one owes anyone anything,” said Sasha.

Now, it’s probably difficult to imagine the excitement around the Ivanushki International group. In the late 90s, they were the real gods of our stage, and, in the absence of Instagram and paparazzi at that time, they were practically inaccessible, which made the forbidden fruit even sweeter. The first shock came to fans when Igor Sorin left the group in 1998 - he was quickly replaced by the new “little Ivanushka” - Oleg Yakovlev. Soon after his departure, Igor Sorin died tragically - he fell from the balcony of the 6th floor. For many years, his fans blamed everyone for the death of their idol and created a real cult of his personality.

Meanwhile, Oleg Yakovlev was slowly settling into the group. His position was not easy - he had just joined the group when his predecessor died under strange circumstances. And, of course, the public was not kind to the “replacement.” Many then agreed - he was cute, not at all similar to Sorin in appearance (except perhaps in height) - white, deliberately carelessly highlighted hair, wide Buryat cheekbones inherited from his mother. But Oleg kept his head down and simply did his job.

A talented guy, he came to Moscow from Irkutsk. He studied at GITIS with Lyudmila Kasatkina. Then Armen Dzhigarkhanyan took him to his theater. Armen Borisovich later admitted that he would take Oleg back with great pleasure: the guy is talented. And Yakovlev considered the artistic director his second father. There were difficult times in his life - in order to survive in the capital, he worked as a janitor. And so, it seemed, fate gave him such a lucky ticket - participation in one of the most popular domestic groups.

Sorin's shadow always hovered somewhere nearby - at first Oleg was even forced to copy him. For a long time, fans did not want to perceive him as a full-fledged member of the group, although he was a member of the group for more than 15 years and in fact saved it after Igor’s death. In addition, he was still a professional actor, not a singer, which is why the other two lead singers of the group, Andrei Grigoriev-Appolonov and Kirill Andreev, had a difficult time with him.

But in 2012, Oleg stopped being “Ivanushka”. He left the group and in the interview he did not hide his joy - finally he is alone, he does not divide life (and, apparently, fame) into three parts. And Sorin's shadow no longer hovers over him.

Oleg’s eyes sparkled then - a great author-poet was found, plus Igor Matvienko, the creator of “Ivanushki”, approved of his solo work. Yakovlev shot a video for the song “Dance with Your Eyes Closed” and recorded several more songs. But my career stalled. At that time, Sasha Kutsevol appeared next to the guy, who tried her best to promote the former “Ivanushka”. At first she was his press agent, and then she became his common-law wife. And she helped her artist a lot. But, unfortunately, a period began on our stage when young talents began to multiply like mushrooms, the competition was off the charts, and there was not enough money due to the crisis. Plus, Oleg behaved decently and quietly, so he did not give the press much reason to publish. But he never had any serious hits. They said that Oleg began to abuse alcohol - these rumors could well be true, given all the difficulties that arose along his way. He left the group when he was 43 years old - at this age, of course, it is good to have some kind of stability in life, which he did not have.

Even when he left the group, Kirill Andreev in one of his interviews explained Yakovlev’s decision by alcohol abuse. Apparently, thanks to his modest character, we never saw Oleg in a state of intoxication - he was not one of those who act weird at a party, having too much. But he himself admitted that he likes to drink wine, and tequila with friends. Now they write that he had cirrhosis of the liver. The official cause of death was pulmonary edema due to heart failure. Our expert says that Yakovlev had a serious chronic illness. What diseases do people from the pop scene usually have?...

It’s hard, of course, not to think about the terrible, mystical coincidence - two people leave “Ivanushki”, and then leave life. But it’s unlikely that anyone will delve for a long time into the history of the rise and death of Oleg Yakovlev, as they once did with Sorin - times are completely different now.

The main thing you lose with age is the opportunity to die young,” Oleg Yakovlev said in a radio interview about a year ago.

But 47 years is still very early. We will miss him.

OPINION

Stanislav Sadalsky: “Ivanushki” needs to be sung as a duet - third place in the group is damned

Prepared by Yulia KHOZHATELEVA

The famous actor believes that the tragic death of Oleg Yakovlev is not accidental.

This is some kind of fatal place in “Ivanushki,” says the famous actor Stanislav Sadalsky. - The very death of Oleg Yakovlev at only 47 years old leads to these thoughts. Remember, first Igor Sorin died, Yakovlev was taken in his place - now he is gone too. And it doesn’t matter what he died from, what the diagnosis was, what matters is that the person’s life is over. The death of one singer from “Ivanushki International” may be a tragic accident, the death of two singers is already a pattern. If I were Kirill Turichenko (he was taken into the group after Oleg Yakovlev left it - ed.), I would think hard. But in general, “Ivanushki International” needs to become a duet - just in case, in order to stop this pattern.

The reason for numerous conversations about the causes of Oleg Yakovlev’s death was the fact that immediately after the performer’s death there was no accurate information in the press about what ex-soloist Ivanushek died from. Soon conflicting data appeared, which only aggravated the situation and confused Yakovlev’s fans.

Oleg Yakovlev died: what really happened to him

Only a few hours after the death of the 47-year-old musician, his common-law wife Alexandra Kutsevol admitted that the cause was double pneumonia. The disease had been developing in the artist’s body for a long time, but each time Yakovlev preferred to be treated at home. It is possible that if he had promptly sought help from doctors, the fatal consequences could have been avoided.

The cause of death was double pneumonia, so he was connected to the machine all this time. During this time he never even regained consciousness. It was an advanced stage, he was treated at home himself. We didn't call an ambulance before, you know, coughing and coughing. “Everything happened too quickly, none of us had time to come to our senses,” said Oleg’s beloved, who is in a depressed state.

The number of unofficial versions about the death of Oleg Yakovlev is multiplying on the Internet, but the singer’s true fans are trying to turn a blind eye to the rumors.

Biography of Oleg Yakovlev

Former vocalist of the group "Ivanushki International" Oleg Zhamsarayevich Yakovlev was born on November 18, 1969 in Choibalsan (Mongolia), when his parents were on a business trip in this country. (The passport shows the city of birth - Ulaanbaatar). After he graduated from first grade, the family returned to Russia. He studied at a regular school and at a music school, where he studied piano. He sang in the choir at the Palace of Pioneers.

He graduated from the Irkutsk Theater School with honors, majoring in puppet theater actor, then from the State Institute of Theater Arts named after A.V. Lunacharsky (GITIS, now the Russian Institute of Theater Arts) with a degree in drama theater and film actor, where he studied in the workshop of Lyudmila Kasatkina.

After graduating from the institute, he became an actor in the Armen Dzhigarkhanyan Theater. Participated in the plays "Cossacks", "Twelfth Night", "Lev Gurych Sinichkin".

In 1997, he starred in the video clip for the song “Doll” together with members of the group “Ivanushki International”. Since March 1998, he became a full-fledged soloist of the group.

The first song for Yakovlev was one of the most popular compositions of the group “Poplar Pooh”. In 1999, the group’s album “I’ll Scream About This All Night” was released, in the recording of which Oleg Yakovlev took part as a full-fledged soloist. The group's next album was the disc "Wait for Me" (2000), followed by "Oleg, Andrey, Kirill", released in 2002. It included such hits of the group as “Golden Clouds”, “Beznadega.ru”, “A Drop of Light”. The group's next album, "10 Years in the Universe", was released in 2005.

In the second half of the 2000s, due to a sharp decline in popularity, the group went into the shadows for some time. For several years the group did not record new albums, focusing only on concert activities and appearances on various television shows.

Oleg Yakovlev starred in episodes in three films: “One Hundred Days Before the Order” (1990), “1st Ambulance” (2006) and “Election Day” (2007).

In 2012, the singer began his solo career. After the success of the song “Dance with Your Eyes Closed,” he temporarily retired from working in the group to prepare a solo program. In 2013, he officially left the team, focusing on his solo career. He released the videos “Dance with your eyes closed” (2013), “Call me after three champagnes” (2013), “The blue sea” (2014).

Oleg Yakovlev was a candidate for master of sports and was involved in athletics.

On June 28, 2017, the singer was hospitalized in serious condition with double pneumonia.

On June 29, his girlfriend Alexandra Kutsevol reported that he had died.

Mysticism in the death of Oleg Yakovlev

Yakovlev’s predecessor, Igor Sorin, also decided to leave the group and perform solo in 1998, after which he fell from the sixth floor and died.

An enchanted group - this one goes into free swimming, the other one can’t cope, write Internet users. Many of them refuse to believe in the randomness of the tragic events.

In March 1998, fans of the group “Ivanushki International” learned that Igor Sorin had left the team. Oleg Yakovlev, then unknown to anyone, took his place. The biography of the young soloist at that time included only acting achievements. Young fans were hostile to the appearance of a new performer, and after the tragic death of his predecessor, they began to persecute the singer.

Life before "Ivanushki"

Oleg was born into an international family. The mother was Buryat and adhered to the Buddhist faith. Father is Uzbek and Muslim. The guy chose his own path in religion and professed Orthodoxy. He began singing as a child and was a choir soloist before graduating from school. He entered the Irkutsk Theater School, where he studied the art of puppet theater. After graduation, I decided to move to Moscow.

Theater

In the capital, he entered GITIS and studied acting for several years. He was lucky to get into the workshop of Lyudmila Kasatkina, and after graduating from the institute, the guy got a place in the Armen Dzhigarkhanyan Theater. He considered his director and mentor a close person and until the end of his life he called him his “second father.” In three roles in successful performances.

"Ivanushki"

The unprecedented success of the boy group brought Igor Sorin the love of millions of girls across the country. But popularity has a downside - the guy is tired of endless tours and tours. He wanted a solo career and performing songs that he liked. He left the group at the beginning of 1998, making way for a new lead singer.

First difficulties

Oleg had to experience all the hatred of Igor’s fans. He was called a “cheap fake” and was booed when he appeared on stage. It was incredibly difficult to sing in such an environment and look happy. Kirov fans did not allow the guy to sing a single song. During his performance, they shouted and demanded that he get off the stage. This seemed to them not enough, and after the concert they beat the guy, attacking him with the whole crowd. He was insulted on ethnic grounds and ignored the group’s concerts, calling on Matvienko to remove the “incomprehensible” boy from the lineup.

But the hardest test was yet to come. Six months later, Sorin dies under unclear circumstances, and a wave of hatred literally covers Yakovlev. Fans do not want to admit that Igor himself left the group and went into free swimming. There are rumors that he was kicked out and committed suicide, unable to cope with this fact. This was the most difficult period in the biography of Oleg Yakovlev. Now artists take “haters” for granted and pay little attention to them. But at the end of the last century, such a phenomenon was new, and not everyone was able to survive the aggression of fans.

Time cures

A year passed after Igor's death, and gradually the noise faded away. Either the fans matured, or they were finally able to recognize Oleg’s talent, but the bullying stopped. The group again traveled around the country and in the same Kirov received Yakovlev with loud applause and the Guy was able to open up in the group and performed several new solo songs. A strong young voice was able to win the hearts of young girls, and the soloist was recognized as a full-fledged member of “Ivanushki”. He has his own army of fans. Maybe not as big as Sorin’s, but they were faithful and devoted to their idol.

From this moment on, the new soloist of “Ivanushki” Oleg Yakovlev’s biography begins to be replenished with new facts. Songs are regularly released that become hits. In 2001, Alla Pugacheva invites him to shoot a new video. In the story, he plays Renata Litvinova’s lover and experiences their difficult separation. The Diva herself saw real charisma and acting talent in this thin young man.

The downside of fame

Life behind the stage and the recording studio was also in full swing. In the biography of “Ivanushki” and Oleg Yakovlev, difficult times begin. Together with Andrei and Kirill, he rested after the concerts. Alcohol helped them relieve tension. In large quantities. Friends slowly but surely ruined their health. And if the first two were stopped by their wives, then no one stopped the free Oleg from drinking at any time. Yes, many artists suffer from alcoholism, and sometimes they have to undergo treatment for a long time after such entertainment. Increasingly, Yakovlev begins to indulge in all kinds of bad things, and this leads to disruptions in rehearsals and recording of new songs. He no longer adheres to the schedule, and Matvienko threatens to fire him several times. Calm and intelligent Oleg understands that his behavior harms all members of the team, but he can no longer stop.

At this moment he begins to understand Sorin. It is simply impossible to live in such a rhythm and not be able to relax with the help of alcohol. But if Igor was looking for peace in a sect, then Oleg found it in love. The years of loneliness ended with the appearance of Alexandra in his life. The journalist did not hide the fact that she is a long-time fan of the group “Ivanushki” and specifically their lead singer Oleg Yakovlev. The girl’s biography did not contain anything remarkable at that time.

Family life

During this period, friends and relatives note the emotional and spiritual uplift of the guy. He began to look noticeably better and completely devoted himself to creativity. He returned to his favorite activity - writing poetry. It would seem that life has finally gotten better and now all that remains is to wait for the addition to the family. But the couple was in no hurry to formalize the relationship. They attended all events together, and colleagues rejoiced at the artist’s return to a full life.

Like a bolt from the blue

His common-law wife loved Oleg and was able to instill confidence in him. In 2012, he announced his departure from the group. They didn’t stop him because Matvienko had already suffered enough from the unstable singer in recent years. However, no one believed in his success outside the team. In the biography of Oleg Yakovlev, “Ivanushki” occupied a central place, but he considered that the time had come to leave the boy band. In 2013, he officially ends his work with the producer and leaves the lineup.

Solo career

The first song, entitled “Dance with Your Eyes Closed,” was a success among listeners, but did not become a hit. The video for this composition turned out to be very beautiful, and it was often broadcast on music channels. On the wave of his first success, the soloist records several more new songs. But all subsequent compositions do not find a response in the hearts of listeners. “Dance” remained the only solo song in Oleg Yakovlev’s biography that was accepted by the people.

Disease

Having lost his place in the group and left without recognition, the singer returns to old habits. This time, alcohol enslaved the artist so much that in a couple of years he seriously deteriorated his health. Several times he found himself in a hospital bed, and even the woman he loved could not influence the situation. In a couple of years, Oleg grew old a lot, and all his friends noted his depressed state. They stopped inviting him to concerts, and this finally finished off the talented performer.

Death

On June 29, 2017, the first reports appeared on the Internet that Oleg Yakovlev had passed away. The biography of “little white Ivanushka” was written by fate itself. The body could not cope with the abundance of alcohol, and the artist developed double pneumonia. The disease itself could have been successfully cured, but coupled with liver cirrhosis, it led to the singer’s death. During the last filming, it was noticeable that the man had yellow whites of his eyes. Rumors immediately spread that the singer had AIDS and that it was he who caused pneumonia, which became the official cause of Oleg Yakovlev’s death. The performer's biography did not include drugs or promiscuity, and this version was quickly refuted. The funeral was quiet, and relatives and friends came to say goodbye to the artist. Former colleagues in the workshop paid tribute to the memory of the singer and said many good words about him. According to the will, Oleg’s body was cremated and 40 days later buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery.
