Only 12 days a year a grand holiday takes place in Moscow, which allows you to fully immerse yourself in the exciting atmosphere of the New Year. For 20 years now, the Seventh Rainbow production center has been organizing spectacular shows that have no equal in scale, originality and number of participants.

The organizers of the performances support domestic animation, using exclusively Soviet and Russian cartoon brands in their shows. This year, “The Seventh Rainbow” gives new life to the animated series “Well, wait a minute!” and "Leopold the Cat", which were loved by Russian viewers thanks to their funny characters and instructive stories. Many parents dream of their children getting to know the heroes of these stories better, and the New Year is the best time to make their dreams come true!

The main characters of the New Year's megashow “Well, wait a minute! Catch a Star" in Crocus City Hall will feature characters from the popular cartoon and guests of the event. Spectators will be treated to an exciting show with riddles and puzzles, a large-scale theatrical performance with the participation of 300 artists and smart interactive activities that cover the entire hall. All guests will be actively involved in what is happening: 85 characters in original colorful costumes will interact with the audience in the hall. For the first time, everyone will be able to feel like a hero of their favorite animated series and influence the development of the plot!

In the story, Snegurochka and her friends go to the Cartoon Factory to get the best gift for Santa Claus - a new series of “Well, wait a minute!” Curiosity leads to an unexpected twist: cartoon characters leave the screen and are transported into the real world. To bring them back, viewers will have to go through an exciting quest.

A gift for all guests will be the premiere of the cartoon series “Well, wait a minute!”, created specifically for the show, as well as a new interpretation of the super hit “Tell, Snow Maiden, where you have been” performed by a show business star. For the first time, famous musical performers will take part in the New Year's event at Crocus City Hall: Natalya Podolskaya, Vladimir Presnyakov, Nonna Grishaeva, Alexander Oleshko, Oleg and Rodion Gazmanov, MakSim, Slava, Jasmine, Soso Pavliashvili, Anastasia Stotskaya and others. From year to year, the family show at the Russian “dream factory” amazes not only with its scale, but also with its unique atmosphere, where the spirit of the great cinematic era of our country can be felt from the threshold.

“WONDERFUL!” - the story of how, on the eve of New Year 2018, good-natured movie gnomes carry out the important task of Santa Claus. We all love to dream. But realizing a dream is a real art!

Viewers will go on a journey full of surprises and interact with fairy-tale characters. The main film roles will be played by theater and television stars.

Oksana Fedorova is a star who dreamed of becoming an actress as a child. Many years passed, and her dream came true thanks to Santa Claus and his assistants - the magical movie gnomes. Now Zvezdochka, like Santa Claus, is in a hurry to do good (in reality, this is the name of the charitable foundation headed by Oksana). Viewers will see Oksana for the first time on the screen of the New Year's performance together with her son Fedor. He, like his mother, has his own responsible film role.

Stas Duzhnikov - Inventor. Elizaveta Arzamasova plays herself, a famous actress.

The Starlet, the Inventor and the Actress will appear on huge video screens built into the stage set.

Stas and Elizaveta also have a charitable mission. Stas invited children from orphanages in his native Saransk to Mosfilm, provided them with tickets and is involved in organizing their trip to Moscow. Elizaveta, who is a trustee of the “Old Age in Joy” foundation, will give tickets to the holiday at Mosfilm to the grandparents in her care, as well as to the employees of this charitable organization.

The show takes place in Pavilion No. 1, where the legendary films “Spring” and “War and Peace” were filmed, and now the shows “Ice Age” and “Blue Light” are being held. Here viewers will immerse themselves in the magical world of cinema and feel the atmosphere of the legendary Mosfilm, which is preparing for its 95th anniversary.

The path through the territory of the film studio partially coincides with the excursion route - viewers will see an exhibition of props, vintage cameras, models of weapons, a photo exhibition from the filming sites, costumes of the Gaidaev trinity and much more.

In pavilion No. 3, a Christmas village is open for each spectator before the performance. This is a fabulous foyer with an animation program, Santa Claus's mail, photo installations, a film buffet, face painting, gingerbread painting lessons and master classes.
