It is thanks to its versatility that it became possible for VIA “Nettle” to participate in various competitions and music television quiz shows. The team of VIA "Nettle" has repeatedly participated and become the winner of International and All-Russian competitions and festivals:

Group name: invented by the group’s founder Maxim Galaktionov, who subsequently emigrated to the Chinese city of Beijing. The name means absolutely nothing, it has no special mystical meaning for the band members... does not carry.
The sound of the group "Nettle" can be described as a combination of heavy guitar sound with catchy melodies and lyrics.
During its existence, the group managed to record and release a studio album, called “Ocean of Nights”. This album, released in 2004, was recorded and published by the musicians themselves. The album received a warm reception from both the public and the media. In the spring of 2008, the group released their second album, which, as the musicians themselves say, is very different from the previous one and contains many unexpected experiments. At the moment, the group “Nettle” has moved to the city of St. Petersburg and has begun rehearsals.
In October 2009, a magnificent and talented vocalist left the group. The band is currently looking for a new voice...
