Pick up the goods at a post office or pick-up point

- Choose a payment method in cash or by plastic card if the order has not been paid previously
- You pay for the ordered goods and receive a receipt.

- Contact an employee at the delivery point to receive your parcel.
- Tell the employee your parcel code sent to you via SMS or e-mail
- An employee will issue your order
- If for some reason you cannot personally pick up your order at the Post Office or pick-up point, another person to whom you trust to receive your order can pick up your parcel
