How the Internet of Things is changing mobile development. How the Internet of Things is changing mobile development What awaits us in the future

The appearance of a number of star singers has undergone dramatic changes over the years spent on stage.

Most of the stars of Russian show business are standards of beauty for ordinary people: smooth skin, always fashionable stylish image, white straight teeth. But our artists were not always like this. Now celebrities are looking at us from the covers of glossy magazines, but each of them had to go through a difficult path of transformation from a simple enthusiast to the idol of millions. “Notepad” decided to compile the top 10 stars whose appearance has changed dramatically since the start of their careers. We offer to see what current musical performers looked like before they achieved national recognition.

1. Nyusha (Anna Shurochkina)

The career of the people's favorite, 26-year-old singer Nyusha, began in 2007. Then young Anna Shurochkina (hereinafter Nyusha) appeared on TV screens in the music competition “STS Lights up a Superstar”. The girl brilliantly performed Bianca’s songs “There Were Dancing”, “London Bridge” by Fergie and “Dancing on Glass” by Maxim Fadeev.

In 2009, the singer released her first video for the song “Howling at the Moon.” But the whole country started talking about the young performer when the track “Choose a Miracle” was released. Since then, the singer’s career has taken off: Nyusha’s songs take first place in the country’s music charts.

2. Timati (Timur Yunusov)

The musical career of Timati, or Timur Yunusov, began with participation in the Star Factory-4 project. Then Timati was not among the three winners, but nevertheless became known throughout the country. After the project, the group “Gang” was formed with the participation of Timati and other graduates of the “Star Factory”. The group did not last long. Timati created his own label “BlackStar” in 2006 , opened a production center of the same name and released his own clothing collection.

During all this time, Timati managed to release dozens of tracks that sold millions of copies. The video for the 2012 song “Let’s See You” alone has been watched 31.5 million times on YouTube.

3. Polina Gagarina

Despite her 10-year career as a singer, Polina Gagarina finally established herself on the Russian stage only recently. The start of the performer’s career is considered to be her victory in the musical television project “Star Factory”. Then the girl collaborated with as many as three producers from the five jury. And yet, Polina Gagarina more than once had to return to the starting positions and reinvent her image. The singer refused to cooperate with producer Maxim Fadeev and went under the wing of Igor Krutoy. But not for long.

Polina Gagarina managed to finally establish her position after joining the production center of Konstantin Meladze. The singer performed such hits as “The Performance is Over,” “No,” and “Cuckoo.” And in 2015 she took second place at Eurovision.

4. Dima Bilan (Viktor Belan)

Viewers could see the singer Dima Bilan for the first time in 2000, when his first video for the song “Autumn” was included in the rotation of the MTV Russia channel. Bilan was still a student when producer Yuri Aizenshpis noticed him. In 2002, the singer made his debut at the New Wave festival. After Aizenshpis's death in 2005, Yana Rudkovskaya became Dima Bilan's producer.

And in 2006, the performer took second place at Eurovision with the song “Never Let You Go”. And in 2008, Dima Bilan was again sent to represent Russia at the European song competition. Then the singer staged a spectacle on stage together with Rudkovskaya’s husband, figure skater Evgeni Plushenko, and took first place at Eurovision.

Now Dima Bilan is firmly entrenched in show business: he not only sings, but also tries himself in acting.

5. Anna Sedokova

33-year-old singer Anna Sedokova began her career by working on the OTV channel. A year later, the girl received the position of presenter. However, her career took off when the girl became one of the soloists in the VIA Gra group of Konstantin Meladze. Sedokova did not stay in the group for long and returned again not to television. At the same time, the singer received a diploma of honors as a television and radio announcer.

After this, Anna Sedokova returned to the team of the VIA Gra group. Songs such as “There is no more attraction”, “Stop-stop-stop”, “Kill my friend” were played on many music channels. At the peak of her popularity, the singer leaves the group of seductive beauties in favor of a relationship with athlete Valentin Belkevich. Since 2006, Sedokova’s solo career began. The singer has released videos for songs such as “Jealousy”, “Drama”, “Frozen”, and also appears in films.

6. Egor Creed (Egor Bulatkin)

Fame came to singer Yegor Creed (Bulatkin) quite quickly. The tracks of the handsome young man hit the top of the music charts. And the singer’s career path began from his school days. Then 11-year-old Egor was inspired by rap artist 50 Cent and began recording songs of his own composition on a voice recorder.

The singer gained popularity when a video for the song “The word “love” has lost its meaning” appeared on social networks. Then Yegor became an Internet star. And then the young performer recorded his equally successful video for Timati’s song “Don’t Go Crazy.” It was then that he was noticed at the production center “Black Star Inc.” And already in 2015, his song “The Most-Most” became the best song of the year at the RU.TV awards. Now Yegor Creed is the youngest sought-after artist of the Timati production center.

7. Elena Temnikova

Russian singer Elena Temnikova began seriously studying music at the age of 10. Then the girl actively participated in regional music competitions and took first places. As a result, in 2002 Temnikova was sent to a competition in Moscow, where she won the Grand Prix. After that, she took part in the “Star Factory” project, where she met producer Maxim Fadeev.

In 2006, Fadeev created the group “Serebro”, where he invited Temnikova as a soloist. And already in 2007, the female trio went to Eurovision, where it took third place. Then the songs of the Serebro group became hits and were played on all radio stations and television channels.

In 2009, there were rumors about the departure of Elena Temnikova, but they did not come true: the singer performed as part of the group for another five years. Temnikova truly left the group in 2014, as the official version says, for health reasons. But the singer managed to stay afloat: Temnikova began her solo career and released her debut mini-album this year.

8. Anna Pletneva

Sexy musical performer Anna Pletneva dreamed of becoming a singer since childhood. Anna began taking her first steps in show business in 1997, when the girl took a place in the then very popular women’s group “Lyceum”. Pletneva stayed there for eight years and then went into a solo career.

The search for her own musical style led the singer to create the Vintage group. Pletneva consulted with various musicians and composers and eventually found her unique image. In 2008, a frank video for the song “Bad Girl” was released, which “blew up” the musical space. Then the Vintage group released dozens of equally successful tracks. But this summer, 39-year-old Anna Pletneva decided to leave the group and pursue a solo career. The singer has already released a video for the song “Strong Girl”.

9. Dzhigan (Denis Ustimenko)

31-year-old rap artist Dzhigan (Denis Ustimenko) began to show interest in music during his school years. The singer recorded his first song in the ninth grade, after which he performed it on stage in the assembly hall. But school was not enough for the young performer, and then Denis Ustimenko began holding various hip-hop events. As a result, famous MCs began to show interest in the resourceful rapper. It was then that the pseudonym “Dzhigan” appeared.

In 2005, he was noticed by the rapper's DJ Timati at a party. Soon, cooperation began with the production center “Black Star Inc.”

The rapper Dzhigan's final success came in 2009, when the video for the song “Frozen” with Anna Sedokova was released. Also particularly popular was the song recorded with Yulia Savicheva, “Let It Go” in 2011. But already in 2013, Dzhigan left the production center to go solo. The rap artist managed to stay afloat and releases successful, popular tracks.

10. Bianca (Tatyana Lipnitskaya)

Success for the popular singer Bianca (Tatyana Lipnitskaya) came thanks to an unconventional path: the girl chose the musical genre R"n"B. Her career began with a collaboration with rapper Seryoga. For the sake of participating in his team, the girl refused Eurovision. After that, Bianca, together with Max Lawrence, recorded a track for the film “Shadowboxing,” which became a hit in 2005.

After her first success, Bianca decided to thoroughly develop the R"n"B direction on the domestic stage. Already in 2006, the singer released her first album, during which she received a barrage of criticism. But Bianca did not give in and began to further develop such a non-standard musical direction for the Russian stage as R"n"B. Already in 2014, the performer released her fifth album. Now the queen of Russian R"n"B has strengthened her position in the musical field: Bianca holds solo concerts, acts as a presenter and producer.

Previously, "Notebook" published the VII convocation.

In August 2016, Gartners published the Gartners Hype Cycle 2016, which charts the cycle of technology maturity and demonstrates which are at the peak of attention, which will be in demand in the near future, and which are gradually falling out of sight.

The Internet of Things and various smart hardware technologies have been at the peak of popularity for two years now. But what is it? How can we use this in everyday life? And what can we expect in the future?

Halfway to the finish line

The concept appeared in 1999 as part of an MIT project for Procter & Gamble. They implemented RFID tags to improve their supply chain management system. As Wikipedia says, “IoT is the concept of a network of physical objects that interact with each other without human assistance. They exchange data, analyze statistics, sometimes even make decisions on their own.”

Back in 2008–2009. The number of connected devices has exceeded the world's population. We can say that we already live in a connected world, it’s just not very noticeable yet. McKinsey University predicts that by 2025, the contribution of IoT to the global economy will be between $3.9 and $11.1 trillion. For comparison, the global level is about 80 trillion. A noticeable share.

Analysts draw such exponential growth in the number of connected devices. We are now in the middle of this curve.

The concept has penetrated into all areas of life: traffic control systems, connected cars, power grids, devices for analyzing medical indicators, household appliances, user trackers. Even outdoor advertising is already becoming “smart” and allows personalized messages on billboards.

In many areas, the use of the Internet of Things is already very successful and cost-effective.

Mobile applications and “smart things” – our company for the near future

Mobile applications have become the central interface for human interaction with smart systems. This can be seen in the example of custom products. For example, a “smart” toothbrush. Where else, if not on the phone, will we look at data on the quality of brushing our own teeth? You can brew coffee without leaving the couch in a smart coffee maker or see what's left in our smart refrigerator straight from the store. But the concept penetrates not only into the b2c segment.

Many gas pipeline networks are already covered with monitoring sensors, and it is not enough for engineers to have a single central control point - they need to be equipped with mobile applications. This way they can receive up-to-date data and interact with the system “in the field”.

Even such seemingly conservative companies as Russian Railways install sensors on sections of tracks to analyze the load on the rails. And there is an application to work with all this.

What can you do with an IoT mobile app?

  1. Observe (readings of instruments, sensors, video).
  2. Analyze (build graphs and reports).
  3. Control (open/close, turn on/off, trigger an alarm, transmit messages and perform many other actions).

As an example of applications, we will give several projects that we developed for different companies.

  • There is a hypothesis that the quality of driving is related to the number of accidents. And this, in turn, affects the cost of insurance. Therefore, they propose to build a special device into the car that collects data from the CAN bus. This data is transmitted to the server, where the user is scored: how well he drives the car (how he brakes, accelerates, exceeds speed). The application allows the user to analyze his driving style and adjust it to get a good discount.
  • Security systems are also becoming smart, cloud-based and mobile. We worked with the Sea-Nord company, which services hundreds of facilities in different cities. There is no web interface. But from a mobile phone you can arm and disarm objects, receive readings from a temperature, fire, gas, and leakage sensor. And all this can be done with a mobile application.
  • There is another interesting type of application - those that perform the function of a server. That is, they are a full-fledged routing and data processing center and independently implement business logic. For example, an automation system for cafes operating on a counter service model with service at the checkout. At first glance it looks simple.

The system consists of dozens of devices that are connected to a local network and controlled using an iPad. The network operates autonomously without access to the Internet, but, if there is a network, it is synchronized with the cloud. Some iPads are at the cash register, some in the kitchen and bar, others are with the waiters. Cash register gadgets route orders between devices and receive back fulfillment statistics. They interact with peripheral devices: printers, fiscal recorders, cash drawer, card reader. Even reporting to the tax office is sent online through a specially connected fiscal registrar.

What are the subtleties of developing “smart” systems?

Scary picture? But you have to maintain this system in order to understand which devices to connect to what and manage access rights in conditions where you cannot rely on a specific user remembering a password (for example, a password for a medical device by a nurse).

Another nuance is the problem with energy efficiency. This year we worked with the St. Petersburg bike sharing system Velogorod. The idea is that you don't need to use a terminal to rent. A person comes with a mobile application, presses a button and takes a bike. I want everything to happen quickly. But the problem is that the stations are not connected to the city power grid. They are powered by the sun. But there is not enough sun in St. Petersburg. The charge rarely lasts for the whole day.

In the development of such systems, it is necessary to optimize the interaction of applications with hardware and think through the cunning schedule of operation of their modems, day and night modes. And user requests are sent not in real time, but every few seconds (depending on the time of day). This method is more energy efficient, but difficult to develop. Numerous tests have ensured the stability of the system: delays are not significant for users and stations do not run out of power.

What's new in mobile development due to the development of the Internet of Things?

An interesting trend has become the integration of machine learning algorithms into mobile applications. They allow you to classify data based on neural networks to generate different action scenarios.

We are currently developing . It is a sheet of sensors. The person lies down on it and after 10 seconds the doctor receives a cardiogram. In this case, he can lie on his side, back or stomach. The way he lies down determines which sensors we will take readings from, and we are required to use machine learning in real time to recognize how a person lies down and moves, constantly choosing the correct signal to build an ECG.

Among the total number of heart attacks, a fairly large percentage occurs at night, when no one expects it. Using such a system, you can analyze a continuous stream of data directly on your mobile device and see critical changes in cardiac activity an hour or two before a heart attack. During this time, you can have time to call an ambulance and save the person.

What does the future hold for us?

  • Lots of cool gadgets in the b2c segment. We will see how everything becomes “smart”: toothbrushes, combs, devices for animals - the fantasies are limitless. The development of IoT devices is becoming cheaper every year. With the help of ready-made boards, today any enthusiast can create their own “smart” systems and connect them to the network.
  • Hundreds of platforms for storing and working with IoT data. They already exist, but there are more and more of them.
  • Startups “on the knee” and products of corporations such as SAP and . Funds have been created to support startups in this area and new companies are constantly appearing.
  • Big data and machine learning. Working with big data and machine learning will become increasingly relevant. The future will see “massive data.”

“Smart” systems have an impact on all spheres of life and sectors of the economy. And mobile devices are becoming the connecting link everywhere. Will it always be like this? Hard to tell. But creating mobile applications is becoming more and more interesting.

What are the dangers of being a musician? Every day he faces such issues as stress, lack of sleep, busy schedule and being in constant noise. The sudden death of a talented musician was always widely covered by the press and mourned by fans. The causes of death of creative people were both accidents and their lifestyle that went beyond what was permitted. Drug overdoses, plane crashes, executions - because of all this, the best musicians in the world have passed away.

Janis Joplin became a heroin victim

This female musician was a prominent representative of psychedelic rock and a true icon of the 1960s. By the time of her death (1970), she was considered the most outstanding female singer and musician in the world. Rolling Stone has emphasized this more than once.

Janice gained fame with her performance at the Monterey Pop Festival in 1967. At the event, she was the lead singer of the musical group Big Brother, in which she continued her path to fame over the next two years.

In 1969, her success reached its peak. Joplin left Big Brother to form a new blues group. Janice's musical works were constantly played on television; her tours did not stop. In 1970, she planned to release the album Pearl, which she recorded as a member of the Boogie Band Full Tilt. But her musical career came to an abrupt end. On October 4, 1970, Janis Joplin was found dead in a Hollywood hotel room. The star passed away at the age of 27. After a short investigation, it was determined that the cause of death was a heroin overdose. Her posthumous album Pearl received the highest awards for a long time.

Lead singer of N.W.A. failed to cope with AIDS

Eazy-E is a member of a popular music group who brings authenticity to the group. He epitomized the gangster-turned rapper. We can say that thanks to Eazy-E, a new genre has appeared in the musical environment - gangster rap. Eazy-E has been linked to drugs. With the money received from selling a large amount of heroin, he helped the group N.W.A. rise to the musical Olympus. The musician’s influence on the revolutionary ideals of black people is very significant.

At a time when Eazy-E was a household name, he suddenly became ill and was hospitalized. This happened in 1995. It was rumored that the musician was admitted to a medical center with asthma. In fact, he was diagnosed with AIDS, from which he later died.

Aaliyah died in a plane crash

This girl was known in music circles as an R&B singer. When she was 5 years old, she moved with her family to Detroit and began dancing there. At the age of 14, Aaliyah was able to release her first album, produced by R. Kelly.

In 1996, the girl recorded a second music collection called One in a Million. Aaliyah did not stop there, deciding to study acting. Soon she managed to release her third music album. In 2001, the girl went to the Bahamas to shoot a video for her single Rock the Boat. The plane Aaliya was flying on crashed. All members of the musical team died in the plane crash.

Hank Williams died of alcoholism

He was considered the most iconic figure of his time in American music. Throughout his youth, Williams suffered from a serious illness. Music became his solace. With her help, he learned to overcome physical problems and became less shy. Over the course of six years, Williams was able to record 66 songs, 37 of which became hits.

But success “broke” Hank. The stress of touring aggravated his back problems. In an attempt to relieve emotional stress, the musician became addicted to alcohol. And then everything went downhill. Williams began missing concerts. In 1952, he consulted a doctor who, at the musician’s request, prescribed him dangerous drugs. In December of the same year, Hank died on the way to a show organized in honor of the New Year holidays.

Selena Quintanilla-Perez was killed by a fan

She was a singer, actress, model, designer. Selena Quintanilla-Perez was considered a significant figure among Latin American musicians. Her debut album was released in 1989. And songs from the second collection were at the top of music chats for eight months in a row. During this time, Selena was a well-known activist.

In 1995, the singer released her new album in English. That same year, 23-year-old Selena was shot dead. The killer turned out to be Yolanda Saldivar, the head of the fan club, who was fired for embezzlement of general funds.

For two years after the singer's death, The New York Times compared her to Marilyn Monroe and Elvis. Selena's influence on modern fashion and pop music is still felt today.

Otis Redding's revolution ended too soon

This man was not just a successful musician and artist, but also a revolutionary. Born in Georgia in 1941, he grew up white. Even in the 60s, black performers used their physicality and sexuality to perform on stage. His manners were often copied by his colleagues. He toured America, Great Britain, France, Scandinavia, recording more and more hit works. All the glory ended in one moment when Otis got into a car accident. The tragedy occurred in 1967 in Wisconsin. Five teenage members of the Bar-Case group, which supported the musician on the tour, also died. Redding was 26 years old at the time of his death.

Assassination of Sam Cooke

This is a musician who has overcome the barrier that separates white and black audiences. Sam became one of the first black artists to find a record label and became an important figure in the fight for civil rights.

Sam Cooke's career began in the 1930s when he sang in his father's church choir. By the 50s, he was able to release the most successful hits of the decade. Sam's musical style combined R&B, gospel and pop genres, which was unique to the era in which he lived.

The musician achieved his popularity with a show at the Harlem Square club (Miami). In 1964, Sam Cooke was killed after getting into a confrontation with a hotel manager who claimed he wanted to attack her. The circumstances of the musician's death were subsequently questioned. It still remains a mystery what happened on that ill-fated night.

Duane Allman died under the wheels of a motorcycle

The name of this musician has become the most famous in the world of rock and blues. He started his career with his brothers in 1961. The Allman Brothers Band, of which Duane was the lead singer, became the most influential rock group in the 1970s. The musicians achieved significant success after the release of the album At Fillmore East.

In 1971, the rock band took a break. Duane celebrated the birthday of the bassist's wife, Berry Oakley. That day he was returning home on a motorcycle. There was an accident on the road - a truck collided with a biker. Dwayne ended up under the wheels of a motorcycle. He died in the hospital 3 hours after the operation.

Marc Bolan died in a car accident

He began his musical career inspired by the work of Lonnie Donegan. In the late 60s, he formed his own group, T.Rex, and by the beginning of the next decade began perfecting the psychedelic sound that made him so popular. In the mid-70s, Bolan was one of the most famous glam rockers. He released more than half a dozen hits and played concerts all over the country.

For some time, Bolan suffered from drug addiction. But by 1977, the musician was able to cope with his addiction. He appeared in fine form on the ITV late night television show.

1977 was also a fatal year for the musician. His rising career was interrupted by Bolan's sudden death in a car accident.

We all know about the options with a “free cash register!”, distributing leaflets near the metro, a meeting with an important look right at the department of your native university, and many, many others. All these work formats, of course, have been actively used by students as additional income for many years.

But we decided to find out what professions the 21st century, the century of computer technology and online life, has given us. Almost all new and modern part-time jobs are remote work. In other words, freelancing is very convenient and practically does not distract from your studies.

1. Working with the word

It’s easy to find such a vacancy: either on specialized sites or directly in specific editorial offices. The second method is more effective. In the letter, write that you are familiar with the publication, what you would like to do, and indicate several possible topics for future articles. There is no need to write the texts themselves in advance; it is better to think about what they might be about and make an annotation.

2. Programmer

A programmer is a specialist who develops software for personal, embedded, industrial and other types of computers, that is, programming. This can be either the manager of large software development projects or a single student writing code for a specific program.

Almost every month new versions of programs are released and equipment specifications are updated. It turns out that information technology specialists must always be aware of these changes. Therefore, the ability to self-learn is one of the main skills that a programmer must have.

This profession is in demand at all times. In addition to the usual sites for finding a job as a programmer, there are also specialized ones, such as: Jobit.ru, IT-rabota.ru, 1clancer.ru. Therefore, if you understand a programming language, enjoy!

3. Posting

In fact, posting is giving life to sites. Information content of the resource with small messages-posts of approximately 150-200 characters.

Anyone can write posts, because it is much easier than copywriting or rewriting. The forum involves live communication, so the sites contain vernacular, slang and the like. All these techniques are used to be closer to your interlocutors, but there is one condition - the poster must be competent.

All messages are written concisely and understandably for everyone. And within the rules of the resource (the use of obscene words, insults, and so on is prohibited). Messages should be informative and unique. They are checked using special programs.

Copying or copying of information is also prohibited in posting. And when creating a topic, a loud title is created that will reflect the essence.

4. SMM-manager

This relatively new profession is gaining popularity very quickly. There are not many people who skillfully handle social networks. If more than a thousand people follow your blog on Instagram, this does not mean that you understand the management and promotion of social networks. You still have to master certain skills.

Your main tasks will include increasing the reach of the audience who are interested in the client’s product or service, and strengthening the image of a particular brand. You will also have to independently determine in which social networks the brand will be promoted, how, how work will be organized to find and neutralize negativity, how work will be carried out to increase the audience, and much more. In short, difficult, but interesting.

5. Selling something interesting on Instagram

If you not only have the makings of a cool SMM manager, but also resources to sell, then go straight to Instagram. They sell everything from handmade earrings to hairdressing services. The most popular is, of course, the sale of clothing and accessories. If you are a needlewoman, sell your designer items. The principle of “buy low, sell high” has not yet been canceled.

As for selling your own services, it is difficult to imagine a more convenient and effective way. You post a photo of your work, the potential buyer immediately sees not only a well-performed service, but also rave reviews, and accordingly, the degree of trust in the content goes off scale. Stylists, makeup artists, photographers, personal chefs, bakers, trainers, consultants - they all actively use the power of social networks.

The New Year is literally just around the corner - now is the time to think about new hobbies, including sports. Already, active discussions are underway on the topic of the most fashionable fitness trends of the 2017 season. And here the forecasts look so promising that you want to get down to business now. AnySports talks about the hottest fitness trends of 2017, among which we are sure there will certainly be something you like!

  • Dance cardio

This type of training has many advantages: you will not have the feeling that you are doing fitness with a set of mandatory exercises. This type of training not only improves your body, but helps develop coordination and smooth movements. It is also a great way to have fun and lift your spirits.

Most often, the features of the training directly depend on the dance traditions that form the basis of the program. A recent trend has been close attention to African and Latin dances - within the framework of IOFF 2016, several premieres of new dance fitness programs took place: Bokwa, Jindafit and Salsation.

  • Piloxing

The popularity of Pilates and boxing broke all records last season. In the new year, this trend will not disappear, but a new variation will appear - a combination of the best traditions and boxing in a special type of training - piloxing. In such classes you can work on flexibility and endurance, and at the same time develop muscle strength and gain the desired relief. You will have to train to music at a very dynamic rhythm, so you will definitely get bored.

  • AquaFlat

In 2017, many will be lucky enough to get acquainted with the new AquaFlat technology, which gives its name to the workout itself. During AquaFlat classes, an inflatable raft made of special fabric is used, which allows you to train while actually standing on the water. It turns out something between swimming and water aerobics. The training program consists of well-known exercises - planks, crunches, push-ups. However, due to the instability of the raft, it is possible to use all muscle groups, as well as develop flexibility, balance and coordination.

The technology itself was developed in Russia by Alex Chernenko, an instructor with 15 years of experience, an excellent specialist in extreme and water sports.

  • FluiBall

This is another new type of training using innovative equipment.FluiBall is a special gymnastics ball filled with liquid. This makes it possible to increase the instability of its position, which means it is better to work out various muscle groups, especially the deep stabilizer muscles.

FluiBall is used for functional training, as well as for rehabilitation after injuries and for the prevention of injury.

  • Crawl

Yes, you read that right - now you can consciously learn to crawl like a baby! This trend has not emerged by chance; it develops the theme of training with your own body weight, which was very relevant in the past year.

Crawling is qualitatively different from them in the dynamic component - you need to move your body parallel to the floor in an unusual way, maintaining your weight and maintaining muscle tension. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it! So far, however, detailed instructions and techniques are available only in English - the training originated in America and is just beginning to spread around the world.

  • Rope training

In the coming year, it will be possible to work on strength and endurance not only on bulky exercise machines, but also using very simple equipment - ropes. From the outside it may seem that there is nothing complicated in such training, but we assure you that after a couple of exercises such thoughts will disappear on their own. Intense, rhythmic movements provide excellent cardio exercise, helping to burn calories and pump up muscles.

  • Animal Flow

Another unconventional approach to fitness, developed by American instructor Mike Fitch, is Animal Flow training. Here all exercises are based on animal movements. The program includes elements of artistic gymnastics, parkour, capoeira and even breaking. Although the intricate mix looks strange, in practice it gives quite a noticeable load and excellent results.

We are sure that the new year will be full of interesting fitness collaborations and very interesting new products in the field of training. What to choose is up to you, but in any case, do not forget to enjoy the process, then any training will definitely be beneficial.
