Where will the big love show be shown? How to get there and where to watch

For the ninth year in a row, Love Radio invites everyone to the main dance event organized in honor of Valentine's Day. “Big Love Show 2017” took place on February 10 at the Ice Palace of St. Petersburg.

People of different ages gathered at the Ice Palace: from children about ten years old who started dancing even before the concert began, to elderly married couples. It's nice to see when, even after many years of living together, people manage to maintain a feeling of love for each other.

There were almost no empty seats in the hall; the dance floor was filled with hugging couples and those simply wanting to dance, for example, “To the Sound of Kisses” by Olga Buzova. By the way, it was the first time the newly minted singer performed on such a large stage and, of course, she was very worried, which affected her well-being during the performance. Before finishing the song, Olga practically lost consciousness and the dancer who was nearby simply carried the singer off the stage in his arms. But it looked like it was meant to be. And Buzova even managed to say goodbye: “Thank you, Peter!” So we must give credit to her and the guys from the backup dancers, who got their bearings in time.

In addition to Olga Buzova, 19 more artists appeared on stage, and Yolka opened the concert. Upon entering the stage, she immediately complained to the audience about her dress being too long and her insanely high heels, which made it very difficult to move gracefully around the stage, but immediately noted that “they sewed the dress so that no matter which side I’m facing towards you, everything’s fine”. It is worth saying that the singer, more than any of the artists, managed to communicate with the audience:

- Friends, hello! I have a huge request to you: please calculate your strength so that you have enough for all the artists, because there is a mighty group behind the scenes today, everyone is equally excited, everyone is waiting to meet you. And I’ll start with the song with which my true love for St. Petersburg began.

And after these words, the singer performed two songs at once, which the audience received with delight: “Draw me the sky” and “Forever.”

We are all so serious, we don’t waste words, but let’s tell our loved ones more often that we love them, and hug them until their bones crunch,- asked Yolka and immediately sang her song “Warming Happiness.”

After such a catchy start, “Burito” appeared on the stage. True, he turned out to be not so talkative, so he simply performed “Take Me” and “Megahit” and silently left the stage. But this did not upset those present too much, because the hall was so charged that with its loud screams and applause it called more and more new artists to the stage. And they didn’t keep you waiting!

Hannah, “Time and Glass” and “Vintage” came out in turn. And after them Elena Temnikova ran onto the stage. She just ran out, because she was almost the only artist who wasn’t wearing heels. Sneakers, jeans, a sweatshirt and braids on her head – in such a simple outfit, the singer was able to rock the audience even more. And the audience really liked it. Two girls sat next to me, one of whom said: “Here it is, finally! Temnikova is the most normal of all. She came out without all these heels and just sang great!”

And you could really see how the singer on stage was not just performing her next song, but was truly enjoying herself along with the audience. She simply enjoyed being here right now, singing for these people and receiving feedback from the audience. It seemed as if at this moment Lena needed nothing more to be happy. Moreover, everyone present could notice this, because on several huge screens they showed a close-up of the singer smiling from the bottom of her heart as she pointed the microphone into the hall, and people sang along with her. Even before the performance, Elena Temnikova wrote on Instagram that she would give her sweatshirt to someone that evening. And the singer kept her word: taking off her sweatshirt, Temnikova asked who wanted it and threw it into the crowd. So Lena was definitely able to make one girl extremely happy that evening.

Having finished the song “Impulses,” the singer screamed deafeningly "I love you, Peter!" and ran away. And Alekseev was already on stage.

— Thank you, St. Petersburg! I'm very happy to sing for you today. Good evening!

The audience rejoiced, applauded loudly and sang along loudly, loudly, because the most charming artist of the evening performed his two best songs: “Oceans of Steel” and “Drunk Sun”.

Just after Alekseev, Olga Buzova performed with her wonderful dancers. And after she sang “My Michelle,” the radiant Yulianna Karaulova came on stage and performed the fan-favorite song “Out-of-Orbit,” which some may associate with some person, place, time, or something else. At least, the most pleasant memories associated with a close friend who now lives far from me began to pop up in my head.

— I say this every time, but I’ll say it for the hundredth time: St. Petersburg is truly my favorite city! Today I walked along it and realized that this is my energy, my city. It is not clear why I do not live here, but I hope that someday I will correct this injustice. And the next song today is dedicated not to someone specific, but to the whole city as a whole. I think that you, residents of St. Petersburg, will agree with me that he is “not like that”, he is special. Let's all eat together!– Julianna said and sang “You’re not like that.”

Mot, having entered the stage, began with the song “At the Lower Depths”, then decided to add a little soulfulness, so he sang “Trap”, and the people in the audience immediately turned on their bright flashlights on their phones and began to swing them in the air to the beat. Mot ended his performance with a song, during which, it seems, everyone wanted to instantly be somewhere by the sea and rock “Day and Night.” By the way! Three boys from 10 to 13 years old were sitting in front of me. You just can't imagine how high these guys were. Throughout the entire concert, they had a blast: they sang along with almost every performer, jumped up from their seats and danced, shouted, clapped, turned on the flashlights on their phones and told others to do the same. I liked it so much that the boys weren’t shy and just had fun, that I watched them with a smile more than the singers.

Also, the audience was pleased with their presence and performance by Nyusha, “VIA Gra”, “MBAND”, Yegor Creed, Bianca, “Degrees”, and gorgeous special effects helped make the artists’ performances richer and brighter.

The concert had already lasted three hours, so the audience was a little tired and did not scream as much as at the very beginning. And that's just on the dance floor. And those who were sitting in the stands were already starting to yawn a little. Not because it was boring and uninteresting. It's just that it's just too long. Although... If I were on the dance floor, I would hardly say that, of course. After all, it was much cooler there. From the stands you could see couples in love, children, girlfriends and generally everyone present on the dance floor dancing below. When the group “IOWA” appeared on the stage, the hall rocked again. Even in the sectors, people stopped yawning and many jumped up from their comfortable seats. And after “Minibus” ended, for a few more minutes, together with vocalist Katya, the entire hall, without music, again sang the chorus of the song. In my opinion, this is the most pleasant thing during a concert, both for the performers and for the audience themselves, because there is a general unity and some kind of special atmosphere appears in the air.

If you look at it through the eyes of an ordinary spectator, I can say with confidence that the concert was gorgeous. The artists gave it their all, the special effects were cool, there was a lot of positivity in the hall, and the atmosphere was so incredible that even the thought of leaving here didn’t even arise. Everything was done by people for people with great love. So, dear readers, regardless of whether you were at the concert itself or not, remember that none of this would have happened without you. At least that's what the presenters told us at the end of the event. Happy Valentine's Day, friends!

If you don’t have the opportunity to go directly to the concert, but you want to watch it yourself or with your partner, then you can start a live broadcast on the Internet without any problems. This way you won't miss anything either.
